My pregnant, nurse, wife brought her vehicle in. Said bring it back in a couple weeks, handed paperwork, thought all was great. Minor damage on bumper, sensors, and bottom of vehicle from going through a ditch. Vehicle ran fine.2 weeks go by, they are waiting on insurance. No call from them, no nothing. We reached out to Allstate with no issues, back on track.4 weeks go by now, they are waiting on insurance again, because their first quote was off. They have changed their quote and its now double the price. We reach out to Allstate with no issues, back on track.6 weeks gone by now, they are waiting on insurance again. They have changed their quote now again (3rd quote) and its more. We reach out to Allstate to help.This whole time we tried calling them over the phone every couple days but they usually dont answer the phone and they usually dont bother to return phone calls. Or apologize for it, or try to fix it. And when they say they will do something, they might not, so stay on top of them.Wife went in person and the manager (Josiah) blew up on her, towed her vehicle, slapped us with a bill, car is tore up into parts at this point and doesnt run, we are still without a vehicle and now having to start over with a completely different company, that we now get to pay someone to tow. Their fix, its all our fault, get different insurance!Its sad that a company treats their customers this way, and is willing to kick them to the curb, threaten, belittle, and charge the customer after having their vehicle for weeks on end without following up with us or doing what they say they would.Absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone work with this company, ever, they dont care. If you are already stuck with them and dealing with this Im sorry but I recommend staying on top of them (you may have to come in person because they dont answer phones or return calls). Be warned they may slap you with a bill and leave you with a broken vehicle after months of forgetting about you.

I had a wonderful experience with Josiah for an estimate for my car. He was efficient and didnt waste any of my time. And to be honest i probably annoyed him with all of my questions about everything, but he happily tried to answer all of them. Very helpful through the entire process and I would recommend them to anyone. They not only have great customer service, but they know their stuff!

I am very picky when it comes to taking care of my car so I will ONLY use The Touch Up Shop! They are always so kind and work quickly! Their prices also are always very reasonable. They truly care about getting my car back to perfect form.

Took my car in on 8/20. Got a quote quickly. Was told to go ahead and take car home and they would order the parts and send pictures to insurance. and to bring back in two weeks (they would call to let us know). Around two weeks we called and they knew nothing about ordered parts or my car. So started over. We called Insurance and they never received pictures of the car or any quote. Resent on 9/2. Called a few days later and insurance was working on it. Was told by shop taht we needed to bring in the car and that was the hold up. So brought the car into the shop the next day. Found more damage. A few days later was notified that they are waiting on insurance but the first quote was approved and they ordered parts and was working on my car. Online app stated insurance approved second portion (over $5000). Called shop for an update. Parts have not been ordered because they are waiting on insurance. Was told that no one has called insurance company, this was Two weeks from last update. I called insurance and they issued me a payment directly into my account so the shop could get started. Called 3x no answer. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Went into stew shop and stated the facts, called several times, left messages and no answer or returned phone calls. insurance gave me a deposit today and I wanted to pay. Explained frustrations to receptionist d/t lack of communication. Guy from office yells out (what insurance does she have?) manager Josiah came into the lobby area telling me how terrible my insurance is and how I needed to switch and have me another person’s insurance card. I explained that I wasn’t switching insurance companies. This guy went on and on about how he as several cars out in the parking lot (all Allstate insurance) and they are waiting on them. I said “I am sorry, I don’t want to discuss how terrible my insurance company is, I’ve never had issues reaching out to them personally and got results quickly”. I also explained or tried to, about how they were at fault too. The manager belittled me, talked over me, I told him that I just want to pay my bill so th work can get started. And I wanted to know what they’ve done and how much longer it’s going to take since it’s been 6 weeks already. He told me to leave and have my car towed. He threatens to call the police (which I told him to go ahead so they could see how he treats his customers). 10/4 Got my car. Now there’s transmission issues and God only knows what else. The front end was taken off. Everything was placed on my trunk and back seat. And had a bill of $214. Everyone that I’ve talked to over the phone seemed pleasant. But I seemed to be lied to multiple times. The manager is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful toward women, lack people skills. Would not recommend this place because of lack of communication, lack of professionalism.

Great professional company. They have great customer service and are very accommodating to your needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you are needing any cosmetic repairs in the joplin area.

They never fully completed my truck bed. Left it rattling around, And gas lid doesnt sit right anymore and I couldn’t open The gas cap and Theres scratches from them on one side of my truck significantly showing etc.And they denied it being them even though I got pictures of my truck before they got it. insurance paid them in full and plus they charged My insurance for things that never got done aswell, And so I kept taking my truck back to them To try and get them to fix all there mess ups etc they blame everything on everyone else and tell me to leave before they call they cops on me. This company is clearly fraudulent. I highly recommend customers who care about their vehicles to take it elsewhere to be worked on !

During Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season I needed repairs done on my Toyota 4-Runner. I think the estimate was very thorough. I have had work done by Touch Up Shop, and they have done an excellent job. I feel they are honest, detailed, and responsible. This is all you could ask for when repairing your car after damage.

Ive taken my vehicles here multiple times, Ive had a bad run of luck a few years ago, sent all 3 of our vehicles in for hail damage twice and hit a curb on the ice 🤦‍♀️. They always tell me exactly whats up, deal with me, as well as my insurance company to make sure everything checks out right and goes smoothly. They needed to replace the windshield in one of the cars and the ones who did it cut my headliner. I told Scott about it and he had me back in to get it fixed no problem! Him and his wife are very kind and personable. Ive told all my friends and family to go here, because they are hands down the best!

This company does business the old-fashioned way. They are honest, hard-working, and do a fantastic job. They worked with my insurance company so I didnt have to and they fixed my car so it looks like new again. They did it all in the amount of time they promised it would take which wasnt long. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future if I ever have any damage on our cars.

Second time I have taken my vehicle here and have gotten the same result (excellent). They definitely put the customer first! Worked with my insurance when they tried to cheapen things out and convinced them to do the right thing. I would highly recommend.

Very nice and easy to work with. They were willing to work with the insurance as well to make sure everything was taken care of. Had a few scratches on the bumper and it looks good as new now. They were also nice enough to work with my time crunch being that I would be out of town soon and they fixed it within a few days.

The Touch Up Shop did a great job repainting the roof of a used car that we had just purchased. MONTHS later, when the dealer agreed to reimburse us for the cost, I had the required documentation from The Touch Up Shop within five minutes of asking for it. The Touch Up Shop was professional, thorough, and caring throughout our dealings with them.

They where so helpful and such a delight to work with. Made getting our car fixed so much easier. Took all the stress an guess work out of it. Will never go anywhere else would highly recommend them.

Made a random stop here to get a second opinion on how our vehicle shouldve been repaired by the dealership after recieving poor work and these guys were outstanding. Very down to earth and talented. They found more seeing with the repair than we were aware of and possibly saved a lot of headache later down the road. Got my car repaired. Excellent body work! Had a couple problems with when they took the inside of my door off and put it back. They kind of fixed one of them and I havent took it back to look at the other. They did say they would look at it. Very nice people though.

After the May hail Joplin got, my brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee had hail damage all over it. Needless to say I was so upset & being that I just moved back to town I wasnt sure where to take it.
