EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely personable. Great prices. Knowledgeable. I am very greatful for ALL the help they gave me! I will definitely be using them for my service needs from here on out. They jumped through hoops to get me taken care of.

I just want to commend Sears for the best Automotive Group of Workers in the Joplin Auto Center. They are courteous, professional and they try to find the most lowest cost for any repair when I have taken my vehicles in. I cannot thank them enough, and I just love this place! Sears Auto Center staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the tires and oil changes that I needed. I was able to set up an appointment for oil change and get in without any issues. Theres a side room with chairs, tv and toys for younger children to play with while you wait.

Best place for a set of tires hands down! Purchased a set of Hankook road handlers the other day and I am absolutely pleased with my experience !!!

I went to Sears Auto Center and bought a new set of tires. My new tires had leaks so I stopped into the auto center, which was a week later after making the purchase. I ask about getting my tires checked, immediately I was told I did not buy road hazard. The leaks were from the valve stems, to me it is an installation problem. They wanted to charge me to fix a flat. It just went down hill when we asked to speak to a manager. They told me I declined fixing the valve stems. I said no one even told me they were leaking. I was called a liar and ended up leaving. I have bought 2 sets of tires from them in the past 2 years. I will never buy tires or anything else from Sears again, nor do I recommend anyone else buy from them.

Used to like this place, they used to provide good service. They did lose my hubcap twice so I started taking pictures of the car before I took it in. And now their service is slow and sub par.

Never had problems before. But this time got told had road hazard!! and my tire blow out and they lied and didnt give me insurance and dont help to replace it!! Very upset.....gonna get ahold of corporate & hopefully someone will replace my tire. Only had it 3 months.

5 stars just because of Brian, this guy is awesome. I hung around outside and he knows what hes doing and gets the job done and done good. Very friendly guy, talks with ya while hes working.

There is not a set standard of service. Sometimes I will have an amazing employee who is very helpful and friendly. Other times there is an employee who talks to you like youre are an idiot.

Got the best price for an oil change and an alignment. These guys are awesome.

Sent my girlfriend in for a standard tune-up and she got quoted $200 completed. After taking literally all day (9:30am - 5:45pm) to complete said tune-up. She arrives to pay and get her car, and they say the bill is $408Definitely will never do business here again.

Called ahead literally a block away in front of bestbuy and was told my oil change would be an hour and that I could come drop off my car. I waited at the desk to drop off my car for over 30 minutes and once the man at the desk finally decided to acknowledge me he then proceeded to tell me I didnt make a reservation when I called and that it was going to take 3 hours.

After getting new belts, the team at SEARS AUTO discovered a bad Idle Pully after taking it back because of new noise. They made the discovery and even found a replacement part for 1/2 the cost of the factory part. Thank you SEARS AUTO team!
