Staff were very polite and professional in accommodating me at a moments notice for a quick repair. They clearly explained the repair to perform and the price prior to starting the work.

The team at 360 were amazing! Was able to get in as scheduled. The team quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me time of completion and cost. Gave updates regarding status of vehicle along the way. They even have secure after hours drop off and pick up. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again.

Shortly after arriving at college in Joplin my daughters car started making an unusual noise. Since we live several hours away and not knowing who to trust to look at it I decided on 360 Auto service due to all of the good reviews. I made an appointment and they were able to get the car in the next day. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a very reasonable price. They documented the problem with pictures and videos which was great since I couldnt be there in person. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Kristy was the sweetest and extremely helpful and courteous!!! I had a horrible experience at another auto shop, who apparently did NOT want my business because he was too busy pouting over his hurt foot and declared NOONE would be able to get me in for at least 13 weeks. He acted like I was wasting his time and got angry when I asked questions. When I came to 360 Kristy was kind and took time to give me advice and suggestions. I am Soooooo appreciative that she was professional and courteous!!! When I checked in 2 DAYS later for service, again I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by the owner who got me checked in and even had a nice chat about my home town. When Kristy called to tell me the problem she was thorough and even alerted me about a recall on my truck. Thank you for not only fixing my truck, but for being speedy, honest, and going above and beyond. I will forever be a loyal customer! I enjoyed the chocolates also!!!

I own an auto repair shop in Fort Worth so I hold shops to a higher standard than usual. 360° will always get you taken care of in a timely and price efficient manner. I don’t think anyone else in town can beat the type of service that 360° Auto provides. In addition, their staff is some of the most friendly, understanding, courteous, and just overall amazing people you will ever meet. I look forward to the work they do when I need it done.

My daughter’s car broke down on the highway on the way home to Springfield. There were tons of garages to choose from to have her car towed to and I didn’t know anything about any of them. I looked at websites and reviews and chose 360 because of the 3 year warranty on their work, because the reviewers seemed honestly pleased, and I read the “about us” and liked the story of their beginning. I can add to the satisfied reviews that they fixed the problem with my daughter’s car and it was a reasonable charge. They were friendly and easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely care. They didn’t add on unnecessary things but also made sure I knew what the problems were and got them taken care of. I would even drive the hour to go back to them if we have car trouble in the future…I’m sure there’s good garages in Springfield, I just haven’t really needed one and I had a good experience here.

Awesome auto repair shop! My daughter and I were driving through on a long trip and they fit us in immediately to fix a wheel bearing on our vehicle. My trucks rear axle went out towing a 6500lb trailer on a long trip. I was certain I would be at someones mercy, having an unexpected breakdown in an unknown city. But I had to store the trailer during the repair, and fortunately an RV storage + repair facility owner recommended 360° Auto Service to do my repair.Christy and the entire team at 360 were great and went through all my options. They offered to rebuild the axle, but I chose a replacement for the sake of expediency, and I got a good, serviceable (recycled) complete axle unit installed at their shop quickly, and at an absolute value of a price.They even offered me a military discount, and offered me a free pickup from the bus terminal when I rode back to pick up the truck. Just amazing customer service, a welcoming lobby, and most importantly, they kept me informed the whole time. I would highly recommend them!

Recently got my Jeep Cherokee into 360° for a new steering gear box. The quote was on the money, and done in a timely manner. After I had scheduled the appointment for the gear box, but before i had taken it in, it threw a check engine light and then wouldn’t start. I ended up having it towed to 360° where I informed them of the issue. They got it in, diagnosed the issue and called me with the diagnosis and price. Very professional office staff, informative and they keep you in the loop as far as what’s going on and how much money it will cost. They didn’t try to sell me extra stuff and they didn’t try to tell me that there were other issues like some shops do. I would recommend this shop to anyone else looking to get their car fixed right. I will definitely come back to this shop when I run into an issue or have something that I’m not comfortable doing myself!

I was highly impressed with 360 auto repair. I had a bad a/c compressor and I needed it fix before the weekend. I called and got it in on Thursday morning and on Friday it was ready to be picked up! My a/c has never been so cold. Plus the warranty is great too. I tell everyone about 360. They rock!!

They replaced my alternator! They also, repaired some trim work inside the car at a last minute request!!! The work was done earlier than anticipated!!! We were pleased!!! Everyone was very courteous!!!!

Dropped car off at 10 am for a rear brake job, quoted 325 (kind of expensive if you ask me). I come back 1.5 hrs later, my car hasnt moved. Go in to see whats going on, theyre behind. No calls or anything. Went to Webb city and got it done 100 cheaper

Took my car for a tire rotation and an oil change, the morning they were coming to pick my car up my rear view mirror fell off so I asked if they could fix it they said yes. When I got my car back they some how broke the metal piece that holds the mirror on and cracked my windshield. I’m talking pieces of glass in my car. When I went in and told them about it they said “the windshield was already broken” which is a lie my windshield was only 5 months old. Shane said there was “no documentation of it not being broken or being broke so he would pay for it” so I waited a week for a new windshield when his company came to install my windshield, THEY TOLD THEM THE WRONG WINDSHIELD. So they had to reinstall my cracked windshield and express ship the right windshield. 1/10 would not recommend, they even got the mileage of my car wrong for my oil changed said it had 4K miles more than it does so they had to fix that on my car fax as well. In all it was a mess and I will never take my car back there.

My AC went out and they got me in the next day. They were fast and friendly. Would recommend them and will use them again.

They are the worst at communication. Constantly telling me they will call me back. And never calling back. I always have to chase them down to get any kind of update. I will definitely not be back nor do I recommend.

They provided a detailed diagnosis within 90-minutes, and the tech showed me what the problem was and explained it to me. With this information, I decided what the best course of action was, whether to fix the car or not. Also, they provided detailed information about the work they did in an email they sent me later that day. Over the years, Ive dealt with many mechanics, both dealer and private companies, and it can be challenging to navigate and know whether they are honest or not. 360 Auto Services was upfront about pricing, clear and concise when speaking to me about my cars problems, and on-time when it was all said and done. Because of my great experience, I told multiple people in the Joplin area to visit 360 Auto Services if they need their car looked at or repaired.

I was charged $50 to have my vehicle diagnosed. I spoke with long time employee each time, not someone new. I discovered the charge when I received my estimate for repairs. My estimate was for over $800. I was able to get the $18 hose replaced for a little over $100 including the parts at a different shop.

This place is to expensive and give a poor service only for replace 3 ft of hose I pay $430.00 and make charges for checks breaks 50 checks the ac 80 and don’t fixed put charges for this and that total 430 and have my truck a day and a half for a work in any other place take 2 hrs

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! My mechanic retired and when my check engine light came on I DREADED finding who to go to. After reading all their reviews I chose 360 Auto. I am SO glad I did. I called and the lady that answered the phone was so nice and got me in quickly. I told her about the codes coming back on my check engine light and she was incredibly knowledgeable explaining what would need to happen next. I had an issue with my HVAP system and she was very up front about how difficult it can get sometimes with this. But when I took it in they found the issue within a few hours, changed my front brakes, and the waiting area is SO nice! They consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything and getting my approval with the prices. Very very reasonable prices and the best customer service! Will not be going to anyone else and Im recommending all my friends and family to them!

I was referred here by friends/family and spent time reading all of the good reviews so I gave it a shot. The receptionist was very friendly so that was not an issue. It has been over 2 months now since I took my vehicle in and paid $45 for a test because my car was overheating. I sat and waited for over an hour to be told that I had a head gasket issue and that I would have to take my vehicle to the Cadillac dealership for a costly fix because there was nothing 360 could do. That same week I had my car worked on by somebody else and in less than an hours time it came out that my expensive head gasket issue was only a leaking coolant reservoir. Here Ive been driving the same car for going on 3 months with no overheating issues. Very upset that I wasted my time and money at such a reputable place

Quality mechanics! They share what is needed and let you decide if thats what you want to do. They have taken care of my dad the last few years. Last week, we took advantage of their skill set when our van needed help and were 3 hours from home. They new our urgency and took care of us swiftly. Also, the repair came with a 3-year warranty.

This is the best repair shop in the area, the folks are down to earth, they treat you like you deserve to be treated, they really seem to care about the work they do and do it right, and they are decent on there prices cheaper than a lot of others in the area. I would defiantly have more work done there.

Shane saved us. We were driving across country, and our Volvo broke down. He diagnosed it, called colleagues, got parts, and got us back on the road in less than a day. He is a true superhero and phenomenal human being.

Rip off central right here. I got a raidiator from them and they charged me $725. They even charger me $30 for shop supplies, ive never seen someone charge for shop supplies. Be smart and go to a good machanic

Shane and his staff is AMAZING! I brought my car in for a oil change, as a courtesy with the oil change, they did a 5 point inspection. They found a leak in the front crank shaft. Im a girl.. so i really dont know what that means.. HOWEVER, I did just purchase my car at Fletcher--and it was under warranty. They finished me up.. did a great job--and sent me on my way. I called Fletcher to make a appt with them to fix my leak. While my car is getting fixed at Fletcher--they found another problem(some kind of rubber thing) that was due to the leak-so that fixed that as well, again all under warranty--otherwise Shane and his crew would of fixed my car. But a big THANK YOU to Shane and his crew.. bc if they would of never caught it-- i would of never known. And as a mother of 2, this is the car that i haul my babies around in! I couldnt imagine if I was on the road with my babies and something terrible would of happen. I truly appreciate the customer service and how they went above and beyond for me to make sure that my babies and I are safe!
