My car was overheating and we really needed to get it working ASAP. I was able to have it diagnosed and repaired within a few hours and it was only $70. The owner Ryan even went above and beyond to drive my 3 year old and myself back to our house so we could wait there while they worked on it, because we didn’t have a ride. I also brought my other vehicle same day, close to closing and they had the oil changed within minutes. These guys are amazing and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile. Excellent service. We’ve been going here for years but we will for sure remain loyal customers.

Every time I go to Airport Express Lube for an oil change they are quick and friendly. I love looking at all the old signs and memorabilia, and the delicious popcorn is the best touch! These guys are great. They diagnosed and repaired my car in no time. They found the source of the problem and fixed it cheaper than I was expecting. Turns out a bigger automotive outfit in Joplin couldnt find this. Or didnt want to, and wanted to charge me a great deal for something that still would have not been fixed. Great work on everything Ive had done there. Ive had brakes, rotors, transmission and radiator flushes and of course oil changes. I absolutely LOVE this place. They are always very nice as super fast! They never take longer than 10-15 min to change my oil and charge me a fair price (about $35). As a 21 year old woman, Im always careful where I go to get any kind of work done on my car for fear of being ripped off. Honesty is very important to me and I never feel like Im being cheated here.

These guys are always professional and quick. I had my oil changed yesterday then this morning I heard a pop, then my oil pressure light and check engine came on. After checking simple things myself (Oil cap tight, still has oil) and the lights went off. I drove it to them and they checked it out, found the problem which was in no way related to the oil change and educated me on what happened. All free of charge. These men are amazing!!

On a trip back to Dallas from Wisconsin, the oil life indicator said I needed a change. The dealership said to do it before we got back, so I relied on reviews for a trustworthy location. Got in and out quickly and the owner Ryan could not have been more courteous and professional. Even gave me a $10 discount when he misquoted the cost of the service. I obviously dont live in Joplin but that would be my shop if I did, I highly recommend them.

$62.00. Thats how much it cost me on January 18th to get my oil changed in a Honda Accord. I dont live in Joplin anymore, but I used to use this place all of the time. Changes would cost in the $30 range. This time I pull up, the attendant comes up, I tell him an oil change, they DID get it done in 10 minutes or less which was nice. He rings me up and tells me it was $62.00, of which $35 was taxable it said on the receipt. So either the work was $35, or the 4 quarts of oil and filter was $35...either way, RIP OFF.They did not replace other filters (as some places do, which is why I used Airport Express Lube in the first place).Last time I will be there. Quick, yes. But be prepared to be gouged.BTW, I later found (from reading reviews here) that the place changed management in July of 2013. That explains everything.

Right now I am stuck on the side of the highway with my son with semi trucks flying by because they didn’t know how to put bolts back in a oil pan cover after a oil change. I’m late to where I needed to be as while. And when I explained how upset I was and requested a refund or discount they would not.Update! They found me helped me and gave me a refund and where super kind. I guess I will give them another chance.

Airport Drive Express Lube is under new ownership as of July 1 2013. There are very knowledgeable staff members that can accommodate you with a wide range of automotive needs.

Truck didn’t even need an inspection being an off year truck on an even year. Still did the inspection and failed due to having a tint strip that has been on for the previous 4 years. Made me pay and I was only there for 3 minutes.
