I appreciate so much about this location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I received great advice for keeping my vehicle on the road. The store and bathroom is very clean. An impressive staff that uses the golden rule. I will be back.

They do their best to make sure the proper tires are in stock and on our cars in a matter of hours, or let us know if something else needs addressed. Great work, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

When we walked in the shop, it was very clean and airy. The gentleman was very friendly. He greeted us, found our appointment that was scheduled and explained what was to be done. We had questions and he was very patient and answered all of them.When we came back for our car, the gentleman explained what was actually done. I was eligible for a military discount, but there was another discount pending. He figured out what was the best one for us. Again he was very friendly and knowledgeable.My husband is even considering having them work on other problems with our cars. We would definitely use them again. Also their pricing beat some of their competitors.Thank you, Goodyear for a great experience.

Absolute lifesaver. We were traveling for a family trip and had a flat tire in eastern Oklahoma. We made it in just 15 minutes before closing time on Saturday night, and the team was helpful and worked past their closing time to get our tire fixed. Friendly, professional, and much appreciated.

Good service but super slow. 2 hrs for an alignment and driver side tire rotation. After working a 10 hour over night shift welding this was the last thing I wanted to do and the wait made it way worse than it needed to be.

Had a blow out on the RV. Called Goodyear and they had a tire. I went to the store and they got me in for service right away. Tire replaced and I was on my way in a very short time.Everyone was GREAT THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH

This location is by far the nicest Goodyear that I have ever done business with. When I walk in the door I am always greeted by name. It truly makes this store feel like a family. It is always clean and professional. I have nothing but positive things to say about both RD and Zach. I will continue to go here for the future for all of my needs. This shops work is always done in a timely manner and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions that you may have.

Bad news was the rear tire on my Transit Van hit a curb going around a corner. I got half a block when I knew I had a flat. I found a hole about the size of my thumb. So I knew the tire was shot.Not having a spare I decided to drive about 2 miles to the Goodyear on 7th. I babied it at about 2 mph on the side streets so the rim wouldnt be damaged.The good news is they had the. EXACT tire I needed in stock. And St. Nick got right to work putting it on. We chatted a little while he worked. He was very friendly. He answered all my questions and I knew I was in good hands.The job was completed as quickly and economically as the situation allowed. Nick checked my tire pressure all around for me. And he had me back on the road.If you need tires you should give these guys a call. It was a little spendy. But that was the going rate for a matching tire. Lucky they had it in stock. And that I just needed the one.5 STARS

I was driving back home from out of state 2 hours into my 8 hours trip and blew a tire. I called around to see who could fix the tire. It was close to closing time but they were willing to help me out. After getting the spare tire on I headed their way. They were waiting for me and very nice. They couldn’t fix the tire it needed to be replaced however it was a discontinued tire and would take a few days to get one. So they graciously called a used tire shop and set up for me to get it replaced and put on. 😃 Very respectful, courteous and willing to help even at closing time.

Great customer service, but no matter what you are getting be prepared to say for hours !!!! Even when having an appointment you will still be here for hours !!! So if you are in a hurry this is not the place to come !!!!!

3 year alignment program for a great price, staff all friendly and answered any questions they were presented, employee at front of desk that day bantered and made the day better.

I came into Goodyear on 7th yesterday after being turned down by another tire shop because it was 10 mins before close. When I got to Goodyear it was also closing time, maybe even after close and store manager went out of his way to help me with a free service( this wasn’t something that would benefit them) . This man went out of his way to help me when other tire shops turn down their customers at close . As a store manager myself, I want to thank this man for his hard work and dedication! You’re doing a great job!

Been buying tires here for over 30 years. Seen lots of managers and techs come and go. Always been good guys to deal with. R.D. is the current manager and I have known him about 11 or 12 years now and is one of the nicest guys you could meet and makes sure you get what want.

The customer advisor was very nice made me feel comfortable was unable to take care of me on Saturday but made me an appointment on Monday for a safety Inspection he even remembered my name. They took care of my car quickly no trying to tell me I need this and that done to my car. I think if I need service I will go there.

Made an appointment on their website, a few days later took my vehicle into the 20th St. location, was then told we can’t get you in today, it would be 2 weeks before an appointment could be made. I was told that they called the day prior however it is strange that my phone doesn’t show a single missed call. I was also told that I didn’t have voicemail setup so they didn’t leave a message, interesting how I get voicemails from other people on my phone all the time. Lastly, I was told if you make an appointment on the internet then they can’t get those people in...what sense does that make? Why do you have the option of making an appointment on your website if you can’t honor it? Very dissatisfied with the customer service, looking at other reviews a majority seem to be positive maybe I just caught it on an off day. It would, at the very least, be nice if you would update your website mentioning the appointment you make doesn’t mean that you will actually get service or that it would be best to call instead of using the website.

Had severe tire issues late one evening, called Bryan and he went out of his way to find my tires since they done sold every tire in their stock my size earlier that day. Thirty minutes later Im driving back to Oklahoma a highly satisfied customer. Highly recommended, Bryan has gained a customer for life!!

RD, Zach and Bryan know what they are talking about. These guys have been my mechanics since Feb. of 2014. They are friendly and honest, and they always try to cut me the best deal that they can. They let me know when something should be changed soon and if I have let it go too far and I need to do it now. If you are looking for great mechanics at a reasonable price with EXCELLENT customer service. Look no further. :)

Driving down to Tulsa we had a check engine light and other dashboard lights come on and I stopped into here hoping they could help us out quickly. Even though only one technician was working, their front desk manager took his time and helped out on other jobs, while the technician took care of our van. We were in and out in about 2 hours, which was a great turn-around for just dropping in un-announced. Thanks much!

RD Stevens is a great guy. I was traveling home 11 hours away and my tire blew out. He said he would stay late and put them on himself if he had to in order to get me on the road and back home. This was at 4:45 on Saturday and they close at 5

I was driving from Tulsa to MN when tire warning lights went on. The guys got me in immediately without an appt., managed my issues, had me back on road in10 minutes.... NO CHARGE! Good guys‼‼

I was in a hurry and they werent able to fit me in; but were KIND enough to give me the name of another service provider who would be able to work me in. Very helpful.

Would not recemond the Goodyear on 7th Street .. Went there about a month ago to get my brakes changed they said my brakes didnt need changed so they cleaned them and when they put them back together they put them on where no one else could get them off.. my brakes still squeaked after them cleaning and adjusting them so I took it back and the manager didnt care to do anything about it he was very rude and told me he didnt HAVE to do anything about it.. very rude people and have no compassion they will try to screw you over any way possible.. !!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Great service, friendly as well while we waited. Under one hour to pull in, request new tires and installation of them, and to pay and leave.

I called ahead and got no answer, I then went to the lobby and no one was there. I waited ten minutes and called again, nothing.
