Awesome people all around. They’re very professional and reliable. If I need something I usually call them prior to calling other places. If they can’t fix it they’ll suggest other places that can. I have never once had a problem with my car or any of the office people.As for the title... Anyone saying Keith doesn’t give you the title is wrong. If he has it he’ll give it to you to take to DMV and get it into your name. I know because I got mine the same day I signed papers.

My wife and I paid $2500 up front plus $99 for a warranty for a vehicle here. We got a photocopy of the title and Keith said he had to pay off the vehicle and the title would be in our hands no later than the following Wednesday. This was 2 weeks ago today. Every time Ive called Ive got another kind of excuse. He even tried to tell me to not worry because Missouri changed the law and I had 90 days to transfer the title. That is not true as I verified it throughnthe State DMV. The State DMV also said that the dealer should have by law already transferred the title to his dealership on a Missouri title since he is not a franchise dealer. Keith told me if I wanted to reverse the deal it could take up to 10 days while waiting on a check to clear. I wouldnt take a check due to what we have been through. We would have to have the $2599 we paid for vehicle and warranty and $$35 for improvements to the vehicle minus $20 that we were given for inspection in cash. Excuses included mail time, no title people in office, etc. Weve bought 2 items off ebay in the past few days and they were shipped regular mail and we already have them. When I know for a fact where the title is and get lied to on a daily basis that is not good. I wont recommend this place. Apparently I am going to have to seek legal action through the State to resolve this.

Awesome people! Im not really sure why the guy is complaining about not getting a title on the same day. Ive purchased four cars from different lots and I have ALWAYS had to wait for the title to come in the mail... Its not a new concept.

Do not buy a car from this place. They have these cars financed. Which means you cannot leave with the title. And in the state of Missouri means you do not own the car. And if you pay him and he forgets to pay the lender that bounces back on you even though you paid for the car. You will not own it in the eyes of the state. Do your research and do not buy from here. I sure didnt. Its shady business. They will talk it up but just know that vehicle is not yours without title in hand. And without seeing the title you dont know if it is salvage or not which drops the value of the vehicle edit:It was not unnecessary work.Manufacturer recommends the timing belt and water pump to be changed every 75000 miles which was coming up soon and he said that it was a good thing they did it because it needed to be changed. I will post the text where he says that on my Google maps if anyone would like to see for referenceEdit 2: if you knew I was coming to get the car after the work was ready why didnt you already have the title? You have like 4 days to get the title after we shook hands and you never said anything about not having a title in hand until I was there filling out paperwork. This is just scumbag level stuff.
