I have been to many Hot Topics and this one is like all the others. Fantastic! The employees were very kind and helpful. They had a store wide sale going on and still had a good amount of inventory in stock. I will continue to come back to Hot Topics for my nerdy items!

So many different things! A lot of anime stuff, which I love!!! And a lot of cute clothes and hot clothes that I freaking LOVE!! A little cramped, but that isnt their fault. And the staff is always so nice and relatable! Every time I go I have a great time! I love it! ❤

I always love going to Hot Topic! The workers have always been kind and very helpful every time that I go. Although the store itself is a little cramped, all of their clothes and other items are super cute! Hot Topic is a great place to find, from my experience, awesome t-shirts and hoodies! And for my fellow Kpop stans- its also a great place to find Kpop merch! Ive found SHINee, NCT, Blackpink, Exo, and BTS merch so far!

Clothing was ok buy not very many sizes for larger people.

I wont shop here ever again! I was told you have to wear a mask even if youve had the vaccine, ridiculous!! Closing my account!

Best time to shop here is before noon, when its not crowded. Its a long and skinny store so it can feel tight when store is full. Staff burst into song sometimes and its beautiful. The staff are also customers to their store, which means they are good at giving recommendations on their products

This is my favorite Hot Topic location, and I visit quite a few.The staff is absolutely amazing and always ready to help out whenever they can. They go above and beyond their duty to ensure that customers are happy, educated on sales, and leave with a smile.The Joplin location is always clean, set up well, and fun to be in!A massive shout-out to the employees there: you are incredible!

A Novel: Why we will never buy anything from Hot Topic in Joplin, MO AGAIN.My husband and I ordered some shorts from the Hot Topic Store in Joplin Missouri. We were hesitant, because they said they could not mail the shorts to our home and we may make the trip to Joplin just once a month or not at all. Regardless, my husband had to have the shorts so we caved. The ordering process went fine and the female employee was nice, but we did not make it back to the store for at least two months and we did not receive a call that the shorts were ready to pick up. If I received an email it was lost in the never ending, enormous amount of spam that is sent to us daily. Finally, we had the time to make a special trip to Joplin just for the shorts. Upon arrival we learned that they did not have the shorts. Why? We still arent sure.. Wasted trip. We were disappointed and upset and the same employee that ordered the shorts for us was helpful, but nonetheless very rude. Why didnt I have my receipt? Why didnt I have my order number? Why hadnt we been back in two months? Why didnt I do her job for her? Why couldnt I magically make the shorts appear and make this awkward situation end? I was told they couldnt do anything for me unless they had the receipt or order number. Few weeks later (BECAUSE WE ARE BUSY) I finally found the order number and gave it to the store. We were told they would call us when the shorts came in. A few more weeks later, I got a call saying the shorts were in. Then we made, yet another, trip up there to have the employee glare at us and not say a single word. I wish I had a job where I was allowed to hatefully glare and ignore customers that I should be working to make happy after the ordeal the store had put them through?

An awesome store. Great for geek merch. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Store itself is a little close quarters but only cool people shop there so its ok.

It is a fine store good service. Just needs more Bullet Club T-Shirts. Its also kinda cramped. I feel like everything is on top of me.

My second visit and I enjoyed the adventure and sharing it with my grandson a wonderful place to go and learn about wild animals and see them up close! Awesome staff to make your adventure a great memory!

4 star because I really want to work here as a cashier. Id give it a five star rating if I manage to get the job and can afford transportation. I have to walk everywhere right now because Im legally homeless. 😓 It sucks.

Its got your standard Hot Topic selection. The employees are nice, know what theyre doing, and will help you find what youre looking for, tell what dates are on, and hello you have the most money using your membership and whatever hot cash or coupons you have. Ive gotten lots of great deals using their sales. Its a bit crowded with small aisles, but thats corporate making them fit as much merch in as possible, in sure.

Hot topic is a great place to buy all kinds of fandom things. They have clothes, purses & wallets, nail polish and much more. If you need a present for a teenager or young adult this is the place to go. They also offer deals on your birthday. We shop for Christmas and birthdays there. Hot topic is located inside northpark mall and open seven days a week.

Always unique shopping experience with plenty of clothes or miscellaneous items to find. Would recommend to high school age kids unless you are trying to find nerdy items

Very rude customer service, I mean its a kid store and if you have a problem with children maybe you should pick another job to pay off your student loans....I cant help your store is super small and you pack the stuff in so tight.Yes, your shirts are going to get messed up...yes my 12 year old is going to touch things...yes my 15 year old wants to try things on. God knows your sizing chart is insanely incorrect...The only thing I got from this store was the experience I needed to use your website...You can get all the cute multi colored hair girls you want...but if you cant teach them customer service...then gtfo....nobody goes here for anything else but a mid life crisis, and childrens clothes....ffs

I love this store! The clothes are of good quality and there are frequent sales.

I was looking for a specific shirt for my sister. Their selection was terrible and the actual shirts were aweful cheap feeling material. I went to another store and found the same shirt in a better quality for a better price.

The associates here are always helpful and friendly. They keep their store tidy and the manager is so awesome. She let me have one of their old window clings that they were going to throw out.

Not my favorite store, but some people love it.

I love love love hot topic! Although I dont keep up with all the section they have, theyve got something for everyone. Gay merch, band merch, fandom merch from every fandom you can think of from Riverdale to studio Ghibli to RuPauls Drag Race and a million more things.
