Walmart seem to be very limited in stocks on the self in quantity. Also I have ask several time about kraft sweet and sour sauce. And why they wont carry it. And one of the worst things for a while is finding a item in wrong place with wrong price. They have less variety . They seem to be try to force you to buy brand product. Also I know gas has gone up for us all but every time you shop price basicly on everything jump and extreme amount from last last time there. I think Walmart making more profit at everyone elses expense.

I don’t normally write reviews, but today was my first bad experience with this specific Walmart curbside pick up order. I picked up my order at around 4pm today, and everything seemed fine. The employee loading the groceries into my car trunk asked me about if I wanted my bread in the trunk or in the front with me, so naturally I didn’t think that anything would be wrong with any of my groceries.I opened my trunk to the picture included. I am fuming! All of my heavier grocery items were stuffed on top of all the lighter items, fresh produce, drink cartons, ect. The heavier items smashed them all! I’m shocked that my milk and coffee cartons did not burst and spill everywhere because of how this employee carelessly loaded these groceries.In addition, I am PREGNANT. The way these where just thrown and stuffed into my car makes it significantly much more difficult to unload my car at home. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the employee’s name (seemed he was probably 18-20), but this department needs to make sure that their employees are more sufficiently trained. Load heavier items first and lighter items last. This should be common sense!Not only this, but I tried to call Walmart to talk to the manager overseeing the curbside pickup department to let them know that this all happened and to maybe talk to the employee about this situation. I was on hold for over 30 minutes! If I could have been able to talk to someone instead of being on hold for so long, I wouldn’t have the need to write this review.

Always nice, easy to get to from where I live, and friendly staff.

For some reason I never feel appreciated there. Most of the time the people greeters rarely say hello. Thats why I rarely go there.

The last 2 times I have ordered pickup grocery I have arrived and waited 30-45 minutes in the parking lot for my order to be brought out.. (after receive information a message that my order is ready) then today I arrive at my scheduled pickup time and receive an email that it is delayed.. I’ve now been sitting here for 25 minutes and still do not have my order.. and 2 other cars beside me are having the same issue. This location needs to get it together!

Its a great place to shop. U can find what u need there. And the people that work there r very helpful and friendly.

Its walmart you get exactly what you expect nothing more nothing less.

This is our go to Walmart.. this day was a little busy..... so shelves were low, but we were able to get what we went for. Had up, Christmas decorations are being put out!!

Photo department was out of paper to print and did not let customers know before they ordered prints. After we waited for about an hour was told. They told us they would let us know when it came in and would print our order. Still have not heard from then. We will be canceling our order and go to Walgreens.

I am ok with this walmart most of the time. I have talked to some really nice employees, and Im not just saying that because my daughter in law works there. There are nice people there. The rwst rooms are usually pretty clean. The self check outs are great. I love doing it myself. I dont have to stand and wait on someone else whos too slow for my liking. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is they arent too good at keeping things in stock that i buy.

This is the Wal-Mart on Rangeline in Joplin, Mo.. Appears to be a bigger store than the others in the area. Huge selection of everyday items along with a large grocery section.This is a newer store, being built after a tornado destroyed the old one a few years ago. Wider isles and well lit. Plenty of free parking with handicap access inside and out.There is a designated area to park for curbside pickup.

When did every associate (including managers) discard Sams golden rule of Eight Feet? For anyone who hasnt heard of his number ONE rule it goes like this...When a CUSTOMER comes within TEN FEET of YOU (a Wal-Mart employee) YOU stop whatever youre doing and GREET YOUR CUSTOMER! Ask them if they are finding what they need and if they need assistance ask them to follow you and take them to the product or service they requested help in finding. Not point your finger and say something like isle 4 or 5 I think. Wal-Mart just doesnt care anymore.

This Walmart has a great staff as compared to most and overall the selection seems to be better as well. The problem they and others are having is keeping the shelves not looking bare

The Manager should be fire at this store along with the management team if there’s a management team “I say this because the staff doesn’t answer the phone except in the pharmacy the person who answered the phone in the pharmacy informed me that I was the fifth caller today who’s called asking to speak to the manager but he/she never answered for the other 4 callers and he didn’t answer the phone for me either. They always canceling orders without delivery them the items. WORST STORE OF ALL THE WAL-MARTS

The store was in awful shape. The dairy counter was covered with a white drop cloth and so was the fresh meat counter. In several grocery isles the shelves were falling down. It was in bad shape

Not much to say about this place that everyone doesnt know. Anxiety is one thing you can find in abundance here. The employees always act like you are a big hindrance to their job. 😂😂 Yay for low prices!

Store is clean and we can find our items on our list quickly.Love the curb side service. However, Im disappointed with the fact they used to deliver to my home and now they have stopped, which was a real life saver for myself as Im handicap and some time I cant get out to go into the store.

This Wal-Mart was rebuilt after the tornado and is super nice. It is typically super clean and well stocked. The employees you interact with seem like they like their job and are friendly. We get potato wedges all the time at the deli and we rarely have a negative thing to say. For a Wal-Mart, its pretty good. Plus their pick up is great.

It looks like what mc donalds ended up becoming, institutionalized, bland and overall corporate. We will see how things pan out at Christmas time.

Never have I found large bag of Butter Rum Lifesavers and not 1 bottle of Starbucks Frappuccino Vanilla flavored. I always have to go to more than 1 Walmart do get everything needed.

This has been my favorite wal mart for over 20 years, up tell this year, I have had a number of bad experiences with this store this year, I was dubble charged by a cashier for my grocery, had to make a dozen or so calls and was given the run around before finly being told that I would have to go back to there store to get reimbursed for wal mart dubble charging me, I went in and was left waiting for 45 minutes at the customer service desk before they told me they had fixed it, I was not offered any place to sit down or nothing, I was then sold a broken fan weeks later that wal mart staff just removed and putt on the clearance aisle, had to take it back, they knew it was broke but they tried selling it any way, then just last week I baught a cold energy drink, and it was spoiled, after Takeing one sip of the drink I about threw up, t I is store is under staffed now, not enough cashiers or self check outs to meet the hi flow of customers needing to check out, this is the only wal mart that I have to wait a min of 5 mins in self check out line to check out, worst wal.mart super center ever

Walmart Supercenter always has what I am looking for. The self check out provides easy access. In and out.

Usually only have 1 or 2 checkouts open, even when there are 6-8 or more people in each line. I needed help recently getting water loaded in my truck. I asked the checker if she could get me help & she said she did or I could get one of the cart guys to help. She did NOT call for help for me as I watched her never do it. I got in the parking lot & waited 10 minutes & never saw a cart person.

Just stop moving things into different areas and heights. The store in Joplin has so much more over the Carthage store. I am missing a good deli. I was raised in Northern Indiana and had great delis. Less lunchmeat choices and less cheese choices as well.

Terrible, serve had a person and 4 people in line. Had a defective product Celestial tea had unsealed bags.. waited 15 min to return a 3 dollar item.

A good store, overall. Id have to say that quality isnt guaranteed. Always be mindful when you buy from here. I have had a few bad experiences with expired foods left on the shelves, broken products out-of-box, and general issues with lower-than-expected quality.Otherwise, its a decent store.

I dont know what is going on over there at the 15th street store but someone needs fired. They dont answer the phone and let it ring until it hangs up, they managers excuses, the food delivery service failed to deliver or Fed up my order 3 times in the past 30days and of course no one answered the phone. They are the worst. I tried to report them online but of course I get excuses. SOMEONE OR MANY SOMEONES NEED FIRED THERE. WORST SERVICE IVE EVERY RECEIVED. Mind you I only had drivers who cant read driving directions or the 2 foot tall address letters I painted on the driveway to help get them to my home, until now. 3 terrible experiences in 30 days. The worse service ever

A walmart employee jumped on the cart and told me I couldnt have it and rode away. I wish i could have gotten her name. Im disabled and that is very rude.

Worst experience of my life. I was targeted and harassed while trying just to check out I wont be back to this location unless I absolutely have too. Target has become my new shopping place. They actually have a point system to help save money...

If using the self checkout the time is quick as well as the shopping..Not saying much for the quality of shoppers you have to stagger around but hey it is convenient.

Pharmacy really needs better management! Why tell a customer cant you see theres only two of us back here? Well get to your prescription eventually? Thats after they told me it would be ready in 20-30 minutes... 2 hours later .. If you cant handle the capacity, either expand or get out of the game.

Some times shelves are stocked and other times not, cashiers are sometimes friendly and other times they act as if your bugging them to check out. store is sometimes clean and others looks like people are just pigs 🐖, but its Walmart need I say more.

Always make sure no one put stuff in the wrong place when you see something on sale. 95% of the time it is too good to be true. And I guess even if it is on sale it doesnt mean that they will actually honor it.

Cleanliness is okay, and the workers are nice. There is the occasional bird that flys in somehow so thats why I gave it 4 stars but it hasnt happened in over a year so I wouldnt worry about it too much.

I would say its just like every other Walmart, thats fairly crowded and has a customer service satisfaction rating thats a little below average. However, this Walmart wasnt too crowded and the customer service associate went out of her way to help me cash a check by cashing it before the money center was opened and by calling someone that had to bring up extra money because her register couldnt cover it.

Good experience very helpful in selecting my item.

One of the things I didnt like was that they stocked the water so far out in the aisle that I couldnt reach what I needed on the shelf. Im also 56 and absolutely couldnt reach to the back to get what I needed. Of you going to stock like that I suggest you at least bring the products on the shelf closer to the front.

Went to this Walmart and ordered a cake. Placed the order on a tuesday. I needed the cake on Friday. Picked up my cake on Friday morning. Took the cake to where I needed to take it. Opened the box. The cake looked terrible! I added the blocks, rattle, and booties. The frosting is not whipped!

15 checkouts and only 3 in use...... And people scrunched together........ Has the pandemic taught us anything?

Stopped to get a order we placed on line, less than 10 minutes I was back on my way.

Only two guns in one case, zero in the other. Did manage to find a young guy to get the turkey fryer I wanted down. All in all a not unpleasant experience.
