Only my second time going to Starbucks but their drinks do not disappoint. We got the pink drink and the iced green tea latte and they are so good!!!

Love going multiple times a week. The cake pops are a big favorite of ours. We are never disappointed

I love Starbucks normally, but unfortunately the chain as a whole has been consistently out of stock on multiple products such as flavored syrups, non dairy milks, blonde espresso, etc. This is since the beginning of June 2021. I understand that the pandemic has thrown a huge wrench into productivity, but this has unfortunately effected my ability to enjoy Starbucks as a whole.The employees at this Starbucks are incredibly sweet and considerate as they understand the frustration all too well, so for the employees I would give 5 stars, but for the chain as a whole I would give a 2 star due to lack of product and ability to enjoy the drinks that gave me my initial love for this chain.

Starbucks is always delicious as a treat but it is costly. My visits to Starbucks has always been good. Expect lines in the drive-thru and to pay more but you knew that before hand. Great customer service.

My bacon, egg, gouda sandwich was cold. And, my pumpkin spice latte had no pumpkin flavor. The customer service was excellent though.

Drinks are delicious! But line always moves so slow and they beed to work on valling the orders out so customers can hear there name to grt there orders. Very clean and cozy feeling though.

Coffee was great, but location is far from idea for drive thru service. Cars can pull in from multiple directions and causes issues. The drive thru is also a parking lot and driving route between buildings.

Their drinks are great, the people are nice but the time you have to sit in the drive thru is rediculous. Picture shows caramel ribbon crunch

My granddaughter received a gift card for her birthday. She loved and the staff were very nice and patient with her.

The staff is horrible at their job. Standing around chatting with customers, watching walls, all while one person makes drinks for the whole store. On top of that don’t expect to get your drinks or food in the order it was placed. Watched them serve multiple people that ordered after I had. I ordered one drink and these people had multiple drinks. They also were serving to go orders the whole 20 minutes I was in there that were sitting there melting and getting old. Absolutely horrible service. Go to Target or 32nd street until management can hire competent enough people to work a “fast food” chain.

This store is consistently slow with their drive through. I go out of my way to go to the store near I-44. The one redeeming quality was an employee by the name of Lincoln. But I have not seen him the last couple of stops so will not be going back anymore. To slow, poor parking lot design so the line up of cars is tough to get around & others are able to jump the line - which they do. Maybe theyll get more efficient staff & move to a better location. Bring back Lincoln and the customer service will go WAY up.

Whats not to love about a Starbucks in joplin?! The coffee is always delicious and the baristas make it really fast. Everyone at this location is very friendly and its always a pleasant experience.

Multiple issues, worst part is trying to find entrance to the drive thru, plus always crowded no matter when you go, best location in Joplin is on Rangeline between 32nd and 33rd

Ive never had a problem with them before. Today I placed a mobile order for someone else to pick up. They gave her the wrong order without saying anything to her the whole time and made her pay! I went back to get the right order. They all gave me dirty looks and didnt give me a refund of over $20! Im not happy.

Frustrated. By the label you can see the drink I ordered : Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. When you look at it that is Dragon Drink. I am HIGHLY allergic to COCONUT and it contains coconut milk. Why was it so hard to do right?

Sorry Starbucks the new 7 Brew is here and their stuff is better and a lot of it is cheaper. Sorry, not trying to be mean or opinionated, but this is just a factual critic.

I love the handcrafted beverages but there is always a LONG drive thru line that stretchs around the building.

I can’t believe this place is honestly still open. Not only is EVERYONE rude, you can count on them messing up your order every single time. I drive the extra mile to go to 32nd just to dodge waisting my money!

This is one of my least favorite starbucks locations. It seems every time we go there the staff members are either rude or rushing. Most of the time orders are wrong.. only had couple times when they was right. And theres always a huge line 90% of the time.

Friendly but a little slow.

Super slow and because of COVID, they will randomly be closed. Went to get my Birthday reward drink and they were closed! No sign, no update on their Google page or Facebook, nothing. This kind of service is exactly why Im switching to Scooters.

I’m so glad I just sat in your drive through for over THIRTY MINUTES stuck in a line that was AROUND THE BUILDING and into the parking lots of other businesses. After finally getting tired of waiting at your drive through menu - we drove to the window only to find YOU’RE CLOSED. Not a single sign or notice anywhere online or on the building. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessionally rude. This store pulls this stunt multiple times a month. We drove back around to tell everyone that was still waiting in line. I will be filing a formal complaint with your corporate office Monday morning.

I ordered an Ice Coconut Mocha with whip cream through the drive through. They forgot the whip cream and the drink wasnt as cold. Tasted like ice water cold but not the drink itself cold. The drink wasnt even mix well because I could taste the coco bean itself at the bottom.

Its was so nice inside, and the service was really fast!

There was a huge line and people were waiting forever... 30 minutes later we get to order, no answer. The screen and lights are on. We pull forward.... They are closed with the a sign from Friday saying theyll be open Saturday until 9... It was Saturday at 6:30pm. So we pulled around and told the 8+ cars that no one was there.

I visited this location due to convenience and promotion of happy hour. After waiting in line for 20+ minutes, we ordered and picked up our drinks. But they were wrong and I wasn’t in a hurry to spend longer in a drive thru only line for the possibility of getting the same drink. I reached out to the store manager who offered me the company wide policy to correct the drink but I had to be at the airport early the next day. None of the locations I visited this past week made my drink right.

Over priced and didnt taste good in my opinion I think there are way better options than here.

This Starbucks is closer to stores I typically go to so I always find myself going here when I know I hate the customer service. Light ice always means 3/4 full of ice, and the wait time is always crazy but today really is the end of the line for me. I went in to get the holiday cup. Ordered a peppermint hot chocolate for my daughter in a tall, and my venti pink drink. The employee refused to give me a holiday cup because I had to order it in venti or bigger. I pointed out to him that the website says any size, to which he told me I was wrong. Just so frustrating!

Im not sure if its just not my taste but I really tried to love Starbucks. The wait in line is not very enjoyable and every drink Ive tried tasted so sweet it was sickening.

For a long time Starbucks was the only place in Joplin to get a decent cup of coffee. Thats not true anymore. In fact, many of Joplins locally owned coffee shops offer excellent coffee and espresso. That said, I still buy coffee there three or four times a year.

One of the most consistently fast Starbucks ever! They’ve never messed up my drink nor been rude. Lovely lovely lovely baristas! The NICEST barista handed me my mobile order despite their lobby being closed as I had walked over and had no car to go through the drive-thru (I work in the vicinity). She was very kind and understanding as I felt horrible for not following their protocol. They’ve handled COVID well & I appreciate the extra precautions they’re taking. BEST STARBUCKS EVER.

Always out of the drink ingredients I want. WHITE MOCHA IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR DRINKS EVER!!! How do you run out? It’s like McDonald’s running out of nuggets or beef for their patties. #lame

Starbucks often has a big chain feel to it, but this particular Starbucks has always had the feel of a local, high quality coffee shop. The baristas are friendly and very knowledgeable on coffee and always provide the best service!This is a great place to grab a coffee on the go or to sit a stay for awhile. With all the great coffee shops in Joplin, this one still manages to compete with the best.

Decent coffee that is very expensive. This is a nice place, I recommend the Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino.

Consistently good morning coffee and friendly staff. With this Cabin Fever virus, stores are not providing seating areas for longer stays at stores. You will get a fast service coffee or food item still. Drive-thru locations are convenient too.

I really enjoy their products. But there service is crazy slow, the lines are long and its takes forever. Chick-fil-A has this drive through thing down.... Starbucks not so much.

I have always loved Starbucks. The prices are high of coarse but people are amazing, friendly environment and its a nice place ot just sit and relax. I always love going in and trying something new. Some of them even have some personality to the cups when you have a conversation with them. I miss when they hand wrote your name instead of typing. Made it more personal.

The staff is very friendly. The vacant tables were dirtyI had to clean one myself to eat there but they were busy so completely understandable. If you like to people watch its a great place. Its funny to hear some of the things the college kids say to impress the people they are with. Ill be laughing for days about some of the whimsical worldviews of the unemployed students. Ill definitely be back.

Typical of what you know to be the Starbucks experience. Still think the pricing is way to high but its nice for a once in a while stop. Staff at this location was great though.

I will not visit this location agian. I have diet restrictions and I have always enjoyed Starbucks because of their ability to meet these requirements which other coffee shops seem to have an issue with. For some reason this location has refused to make my drink the way I want it and is rude about it. I have never had an issue with any other Starbucks when it came to ordering my drink. So if you are looking for a Starbucks in Joplin I recommend the Target or South Rangeline locations.
