The manager is the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with. She has price signs up and wont honor them when they ring up wrong. Their sign for gas prices is always off. Their pumps are slow. The other people that work there are rude. And she needs to check expiration dates.

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I just received the worst customer service I have ever received at any business. I will never come back. The associate working was disrespectful. And even though they have business to compete with right down the road, they still do not offer a public restroom. The associate followed me outside and then threatened to call the cops on me, even though I was a paying customer. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful forms of advertisement and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family

I see they deleted my review about them kicking out my husband and daughter. So I will tell it again, but this time I will add the fact that he is a Combat Veteran.My husband and 5 year old daughter went into this store during the covid. They were one of the first few in, already had worms and drinks. More people were walking around the store and shopping. Instead of approaching any of those other people or the people behind my husband and daughter, they specifically targeted him and told him there were too many people in the store and to get out. My husband is Native Anerican. Now my 5 year old thinks she was kicked out because of her tanned skin.

There is this woman that works on the weekends,and she is super sweet and kind and goes out of her way just to help you with anything

No water at all the bays to clean windshield...called attendant and she didnt respond??

The Go Zone is actually a convenient location for a convenience store; but the strict bounderies of their payment accommodations are not so convenient. Just looking at the lottery tickets, I was told CASH ONLY!! And then asked if I had cash. Im not purchasing lottery bought a pack of ciggerrettes that totaled $4.30 and whipped out my bank card and was told a minimum of $5.00 for cards. Then she asked if it was a debit card and I said yes, she said since its debit, Ill allow it this one and only time. I totally get not wanting to take from profit to pay fees, but its almost 2020. Cash isnt isnt even the second most used form of currency (cards/apps) used today, the world is rushed for time and its accountability and security. I wonder how many truck stops down the road inherit business from frustrated customers in a hurry?!?

They raise there minimum payment to 5.00 to swindle you out of your money and they use the excuse that it costs them so much to run transactions, well if thats the case then why do so many other gas stations let u just get soda and thats it. Why lose a customer when u will make so much more money off of that person if you keep them happy and returning. Im also sick of having to look around the store to buy other things when all I want is a soda. Also quality of gas is just ok. I would choose conoco from now on. I live 2 blocks down the road and there pizza is good but they complain when they have to make one. Ohh and if u want more than 2 pizzas dont call them because there not a pizza shop there a gas station or atleast thats the excuse I get. Years of dealing with them and today was the final straw. Im done dealing with this gas station. The craziest thing is I can call Caseys and order 57 pizzas and they will make everyone of them without a single complaint. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The women that do the morning shifts are rude racist and always very impolite me they need to be fired and find new employees. This is my regular gas station beceause its half a mile down the road from me. You just lost one more customer

This was the conversation ...You have to spend $20 I can help you unless you buy somthing else. I said serious this is all I have, she says then you will have to go some place else.I informed her I buy all my gas at that station and she took the drinks from me and said Im sorry you can take your business else were. I ask who owned the business and she said none of my business.

Ive been going to the same gas station every morning for as long as i can remember. I recently moved to Seneca and was going to make this gas station my daily stop. The lady at the counter should not be dealing with the customers. She comes off very rude. I parked at the gas pump so i could throw some trash in the trash can by the pump. When i went in to buy my stuff she said, are you getting gas. I said, no. She said, well yourre parked at the gas pump. I said, i know. Then she said well dont park there unless your getting gas because we get extremely busy in the mornings. There was literally one other car there. You just lost what would of been a regular customer and would of spent money there daily. I will now be parking my car at the conoco down the street.

Just spent $50 on gas at the pump, but if I want to purchase something inside you have to spend at least $5. No where is that posted. You only find out when the rude lady behind the counter tells you. I left my fountain drink and snack with her since it was only $3 and didnt need or want anything else. Went down the road and spent it there.
