I got there three minutes till closing I told her I was traveling to Maine and I just wanted a couple of pillows my wife forgot ours at the last motel lol she directed me to the right area and I was off to check out not sure who the lady was but thank you

This has been such a big help to me. I am 87 and by the time I shopped, I was too tired to put groceries away, now when they are delivered, they are quickly put away. I have been so pleased with whoever does the shopping and the ones who deliver! A big thanks to those involved..

I looked online and saw that their photo center is open until 10 PM before ordering 1-hour prints from the photo center yesterday around 6:30 PM. I was over there around 8:30 and all their machines were covered. The representative I spoke to apologized said they wouldnt be ready until the following day. Around 9:30 PM I got an email stating my order had been delayed, but per a newly launched feature I should have been notified of this within 60 minutes. That clearly didnt happen because I didnt get notified until 3 hours later. I have called this location today, because it is the following day and havent heard about my order. When I called, I was immediately transferred to the electronics/photo center and listened to the phone ring for about 2 minutes before I was put through to another Representative who said they would try to patch me through again. After about 5 minutes of it ringing and no answer, I hung up. I dont plan on using Wal-Marts photo center after I get my prints, because this was ridiculous. Please make sure your hours are correct online, your newly launched feature actually does its job, and try to keep at least 1-2 employees in each section so that the phone can be answered.

It was a pain to get my pictures uploaded from my phone at the station and there was no one around to help. Once I figured it out on my own my pictures were printed in a timely manner and they all came out great. Just wish there was some more staff in the area.

I shopped at Walmart but there isnt photoshop at this Walmart.
