Very helpful.Had to exchange a ratchet.They did not have the exact model.But they had one to exchange it for.Very accommodating people.I purchased some ratchet wrenches and the premium long nose locking pliers.Everything worked great.Nice Harbor freight store.

We was in there today Wednesday October 6, 2021 needing help finding parts for a power tool they sale. The store manager and supervisor were both rude and didnt want to help any of the customers that were in there needing help. All they would do is point the direction of where the tools would be. We definitely wont be spending anymore of our companies money. We will be taking our business to Home Depot and pay more money for better quality tools for our home improvement business.

Great store with a wonderful staff. Everyone tries to be helpful and do what they are allowed to solve your problem. Inexpensive tools but very good quality for the cost. The warranties will save you a ton of money, trust me. If they dont have what you need in store theyll check around to try and find it.

Super kind workers. I bought a 56 inch tool box, my truck was broke down so I took our minivan. It was not fun but the guys un boxed it and laid it down so it would fit... barely. They took great care not to scratch it and we got the 450 pound box loaded. No attitude, no remarks, just smiles and politeness.

Joplin Harbor Freight is a friendly place, well kept store. Must have great management. Thumbs up. Good enough quality for me.

It is a waste of gas to go there when every time they dont have what you need. Last time i went there they didnt have an engine hoist or an engine stand. Had to buy them from Tractor Supply. Before that they didnt have one of their hydraulic presses. Before that they didnt have the 3/4 drive impact i wanted. But they did have 2 display models but wouldnt sell either one.

Stood in 2 lines for 15 minutes waiting on the cashiers to take care of 2 customers with returns. One brought a bag in with contents from other stores. I put down what I was going to buy and walked out.

Great variety of tools that are priced affordably. Customer service is excellent as well.

Poorly stocked . since they did away with the coupons and raised prices little incentive to shop there. Place used to be busy. Now its almost empty. Expect HF to go the way of Sears in a few years.

The prices are good but what their website said they had in stock was not accurate. I chose to go here because their website said the required masks. Unfortunately, they were not enforcing the wearing of masks - other than the employees and me, only one other person was wearing a mask. That person had it pulled down below his nose and was wetly coughing. I left and went directly to Home Depot.

I can not stand going into this store if my husband didnt need me to I wouldnt have . There was no customers when I went in asked the cashier if she could help me find something if I showed her a pic she said she couldnt leave register so asked if she could call someone to show me she said its down that isle over there I said I dont know what Im looking at when it comes to tools can I get some help she said no I said listen if this was a gun shop I would know but not with tools she wouldnt help till I asked for a manager

They have most of the tools you need to make something work, at a real decent price. But the quality of most of the tools isnt the best. Like itll hold up, but theres a good chance youll have to replace it just outside of warranty probably.

I don’t understand why they don’t sell the display. what’s the point in having the display if you don’t have the product

Good store for tools but they definitely do not keep enough items in stock!!!The last 3 to 4 times me and my father have traveled up there everything we went there for was out of stock and when we ask if there is any in the back they act like we just ruined their day asking them to look !we left every time without buying anything

Never seem to have enough help. One checkout and waiting in line. Fully stocked, so that is a plus.

Cheap tools and friendly staff except when you dont want to give out private information like email, phone, or home address. Staff tone quickly changes when you refuse, even though the employees can process purchases and take payment without any of those data points. For that reason, I stopped shopping at Harbor Freight early last year and wont return. Id rather drive a half mile up the road to Lowes or Home Depot and spend a little more to avoid dealing with nonsense every time I need to buy a tool.

They have a little bit of everything. And everything we bought there works great. Even our solar panels.

They have a lot to choose from here. Also in the last few years they have upgraded the quality of their products. Pet friendly too so you can bring your best friend!

Great Harbor Freight... Clean and organized but not as good of deals like the past unless you are part of their club.

As an artist I use a lot of various tools, and if it werent for Harbor Freight Tools I wouldnt be able to afford most of them. They have great tools, a large selection and their prices cannot be beat.

Lots of stuff. Got battery powered weed eatercwith wheels to help with arthritis issues when I mow.

Love Harbor Freight as their tools do thd job. Ive always went Craftsman and you never catch me in another place than Sears. Well times change and HF is my go to place. Everything is reasonable and their warranty is unmatched. Alot of times you just take it back to the store. Just because it doesnt say craftsman doesnt mean its bad.

Great help from the employees there. The parking lot is awful though. Pretty hard to get in and out of... especially pulling a trailer... of course the quality isnt top of the line but as long as you know what youre getting for that low of a price you cant complain too much.. they dont hide the fact that they carry Chinese made tools that are of inferior quality... so... you get what you pay for in most cases...

Everything we buy here does not have all the parts included that you need to install. Wall tv mount = no screws. ATV light bar = no brackets to attach. Utv wench no holes for front bracket. Had to make our own. And we keep going back. 🤦‍♀️

Parking lot almost in passable, got stuck and spent 20 minutes trying to get out. They made ZERO efforts to even remove snow/ice from sidewalks or the handicapped parking where I fell due to the neglected lot.Now 3 days later I can still hardly move and going to seek medical treatment Monday.

Great people no products out of stuff .

Some tools last a bit longer than others. So far Ive found if its got a plastic or wooden handle, it will break with its first or second use. Drill bits I got today. Were breaking every 2 holes I drilled. But a buffer/sander has held up a few years. After one shops there awhile you learn what to, & not to buy.

I actually enjoy shopping at Harbor Freights. I have had pretty good luck with their tools except for the Pittsburgh torque wrench for like $10.99 when it is on sell. I went through 3 of them and none of them worked correctly. However, I have had pretty good luck with their other tools.

Prices are hard to beat. Parking is not good. Lots of stuff you cant find at major stores. You need a coupon for most things but they are available at location. Not a bad wait line but not good either. They need a location more suited to their needs.

This store has a unique layout. Of youve never been Harbor Freight is known for their cheap tools. However recently they have started producing higher quality tools at an average price. Both times I have been at this location they have been out of e-track. Its a good store if you do your research and know what you are getting.
