I needed a part for my 333G. They ordered it and called me when it came in. It was wrong and they had the right part in stock. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Very disappointed! Requested to have specific different items repaired or replaced on my John Deere zero turn mower, but they failed to do so, then tried to say I had not requested it, which was not true! Basically, the service mgr failed to list everything that requested to be checked and/or repaired when I dropped off the mower!

Frustrating experience with parts department. I lost lift arm pin in the field - and everything that was on the pin . I explained I needed a total replacement (i.e. washer, bushing, pin lock, etc.). When I came in a few days later to pick up they had only ordered the pin. Waited several more days for the bushing and it was the wrong size. They sold me a bag of pin locks that are too big. Im headed to Tractor Supply to get what I need.

I have a JD 790 compact and was getting no help from the Northwest Arkansas John Deere store so I called Joplin. Jose was a huge help so I made the 1 hour drive for their refreshing service. The gentleman that worked with me on a Saturday morning tried for 40 minutes to solve my problem including a call to John Deere.John Deere was stumped too so his work around worked perfectly. I was operational the same day because they had what I needed in stock and it was a hair less expensive. Same $ i spent on gas to get to Joplin.The one hour drive was more than worth it and JD Joplin will be my first call from now on.

These guys are great!! They picked up my equipment, diagnosed what was needed and delivered it back to me in 6 business days. I was not charged an arm and a leg. Im a very satisfied customer

Had you fix my dads lawnmower. Used the mower three times and a belt broke and blades are dull. $520. and mower still isnt right. I expected better service from John Deere.

I cant say enough about these guys. They gave me a killer deal on my tractor, and I just experience my first warranty repair with them. They came to my house, picked up my tractor, fixed it, washed it and delivered it back to me at no charge! These guys are top notch!

I did not have a great experience here. Might have been there at a bad time, went during my lunch, but other than they were knowledgeable and had the parts I needed for my mower, I was not impressed.
