Ordered blades for our l58 A woods mower. Quoted a $59 price had to order ok ..no problem. Got a call they were in. Wanted $78....what? Counterperson had no clue explanation....nor offered to fix.I left the blades sitting on counter. If I have to wait for parts.....I may as well order them on line ..at least I will know what the price will be.S and H is local to me...but this is just one too any mistakes. Goodbye!

I had an issue with a piece of equipment which was still under the manufacturers warrentee that I had bought at the farm show from a different vendor. However since then i found that this dealer was closest so I would use them to fix my unit under warentee. However it seemed to upset them that I didnt purchase the unit through them and they seem very unwilling to help me out.gone are the days of polite, helpful customer service. I called lockwood and rogersville locations and they were a different story, theywere helpful and didnt get irritated that they didnt get my commission. Its not all about money, sometimes about helping out a customer. I was going to buy a brand new unit however I think i will go someplace else. You lost a very good customer for being rude and talking down to me. Sometimes it is you guys who are incompetent rather than us consumers trying to not get ripped off by defected equipment. I will never give these people my business again.

Not to happy. Drove a hour and 15 minutes after they told me they had a part I needed for my tractor, only to be told they didnt have it when I got there.

Excited to find a farm store near my house. Went in found chainsaw blade. Needed help for one other thing. The literally 10 employees there couldn’t be bothered to help me. A two were helping customers. A two were glued to their computer monitors. The rest were just wandering around. Stood at two counters.

I recently had the Joplin store pickup my Skag mower for service and repairs. When they finished they brought it back to me and parked it where I asked them to. Later that afternoon I got on the mower and it failed to start. I was really irked because I needed to get my grass cut and it was late on Friday afternoon and figured I would have to wait until at least the following Monday to get it fixed. I immediately called them and spoke with Tim. He told me he didnt know for sure what could be the reason it wasnt working and would have to come and get it. What I didnt expect is that Tim offered to send someone out right then and even loan me a mower. I accepted. I was just expecting them to bring some older mower. When the guy came out to get my mower I was very surprised to see a brand new shiny Skag mower on the trailor. I said there mustve been a mistake and I couldnt take the mower. The guy told me that this is the way they do business. They really made me feel pretty petty about everything.I was totally expecting them to put me off for the weekend.I would like to let anyone who is considering buying or having anything serviced from S&H that I dont see where they could go wrong. They have won my business from now on.

I brought my 88 ur old mother in to buy a weed eater. They helped us pick out the weed eater that would be of the most benefit for us. My mother couldnt walk all of the way thru the store so I had to find a chair she could sit in myself. No one budged to help me find her a chair. After the purchase, ALL 6 or 7 men that I saw just stared at us while I held the weed eater and tried to roll her closer to the door so she wouldnt have to try to walk. Come on guys....didnt anyone teach you about common courtesy? We made it just fine but it wouldve been nice if someone would have at least offered.

Salesman was too easy to work with. Walked on the lot and less than 15 minutes they were helping me chain down a new 3 pt mower. Easy to work with and knowledgable. The answers he didnt have were immediately delivered as soon as we walked into the office. No fuss or worries. Not as much selection on hand as their sister stores but they are much better represented. I spent more time standing around waiting for something to happen elsewhere than the whole sale here took. You will be well served coming here and having them shipping it in as opposed to driving further.

This place has a very knowledgeable sales team; Jason, Denver and Jed all three know their product from front to back. Eric is the general manager of the store and is a very knowledgeable man. Servicing products such as Schaben, Kioti, New Holland, and Bush hog this company knows their products.

Friendly and professional.....in person, but they dont take their telephone message very serious. Sat on hold for 3.5 minutes, got tired of hearing how important my call was, and DROVE there!

Very unhappy that they sold me a lemon and they wont stand behind It. Mower has 94hours on it and its been in the shop 3-4 times for deck pulleys and wont stay started. They just dont care to back the products they sell. S&H should work with mfg to replace the mower but wont go to bat.

I will never go in this store again I bought a $11000 mower from them this Spring They treat me terrible their service manager Daryl has no people skills has no personality its very rude Ive had to call the manufacture twice to get the mower fixed because they say they wont fix it I a commercial landscaper when I bought this mower from them they told me they would have a loner for me if it broke down they do not I spent 3 months with an oil leak before they would finally fix it on this mower they are very terrible at service at this Ive ordered stuff from them and it has never come in and then when I ask him where the part is or item he tell me O we forgot to order it they are terrible
