I do a deferred for JOD in the store. They tell me that when the equipment arrives that it will go to the store and return the trade in. It arrived and to my surprise, they tell me that this is not done in Juncos. What should I go to a Customer Service Center. It did not cost me more than to go to the one in Caguas and it was a surprise, they tell me that in Juncos they are supposed to send the team in trade in. And he almost wanted to send me back to Juncos. They are not trained and informed in their functions. Then they complain that the customer is uncompromising. And it is not the first time that I have been misled about a process.

They have an employee who does not value the client, nor their time. I sign up on the list, I wait for 15 to 20 minutes and when my turn comes he omits my name and calls the next one. When I claim him, he says ok, I take care of him now. If thats how they treat the new customer. Missed from a 3-line sale.Thanks for nothing.

To change the plan with tmobile it took 2 hours, first I had to speak by phone to customer service and then the representative in the store made the change something ridiculous that I asked to do in the store without having to call
All are super friendly and give good customer service. But there are 2 employees who are the typical seller who just want you to take something for them to make their numbers and because of that they do not explain the offers well and omit charges or restrictions of certain services just for making the sale. I dont say dont buy anything there but at least make sure you have all the information, go ahead and READ everything you can. Pq if one of those vultures touches them, they can end up with a plan / equipment they dont want.
Very friendly and helpful.It gets a little crowded but they always try to help you as soon as possible.
