Today was the first time.ive ever been in this store and it will be my last.people who worked there were very rude and hatefully.when they were stocking shelfs their carts were in the way .when I asked to move cart to get what I wanted they told me not to get in their way.wow.tjey were disrespectful.eben the cashier had a very hateful attitude.ill never go back.

Linda, the cashier I had, was so delightful. She was polite and cheerful and it just made my day to have an encounter with someone who was spreading kindness.

Customer service was UNBELIEVABLY GREAT!!! We do not live in Junction City and we never have this friendly of staff working at our home town WalMart. Great job.

I enjoy the Walmart neighborhood market. The shelves are always fully stocked (unlike the Junction City super Walmart!) and the produce is adequately fresh. The product variety and selection is good The staff is plentiful and friendly.Its a nice place to shop!

I think this is a great place to get groceries. I was not required to wear a mask and checkout was quick.

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact that I used the self checkout and the conveyor belt didnt work. I was super excited to see them and really wanted to use one for the first time and sadly they were not functioning. Other than that I had a great time at this store

Always have what I am looking for

This Wal-Mart Market is Super convenient! Great prices, never a long wait and very friendly staff! I do wish they had better produce, most of it is bad within 2-3 days. But I shop here more than any other place. The store and parking lot are always clean and they are handicap accessible.

Always been a clean store and receive friendly service. Parking lot is well paved and always clean Everytime we check out we usually have Avis and she does an amazing job. I do recommend Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Ive been working on the west side of town, so this place is quick to get in and out of.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had bought a 60.00 phone card at coustmer service and the coustmer rep didnt load it right she was the ruderst person I ever dealt with yelling at me and the evening supervisor my wasnt any better I had to return the next day and ms yolanda a head supervisor took her time to fix my phone card thank ms yolanda but I will never return to purchase anything there his was the worst experince of my life I dont know how you guys have a 4.3 rateing

The shelves are typically pretty bare here and youre lucky if you can never seem to catch anybody at the deli let alone to get them to actually cut your meats and cheeses. I will say that the last time we went the lady behind the deli was extremely polite which was not the experience I had at the big Walmart over by the highway. Because the shelves are so bare its usually not very busy even when the parking lots full youre not stuck winning in line for the registers for an hour.

Great but the milk cooler is a mess took me a while to find what I wanted

Not crowded wide isles good selection. Better shopping experience than at super store cross town where everything is crowded some area can not get a cart through.

The store is very clean it was warm in there because the temperature outside was 5 degrees people were courteous and polite very fine store

Super nice employees, only downside is they get rid of stuff we buy regularly all the time.

Better meh than the other walmarts meh

There were a lot of items out of stock. Employees seemed reluctant to help customers locate items. When it came time to check out, there was only one register open and everyone else had to go through self checkout. There were several employees just hanging out by the closed registers talking and even two managers just walking around talking to each other on the floor in a nonprofessional manner. This was all around 6pm on a Sunday.

Large variety of products, however I wish that employees were more mindful of shoppers when they are stocking. Narrow aisles plus large stocking carts are problematic.

I met three young ladies Tuesday 6/16/20 that were very helpful in assisting me. I appreciated that very much. And on the way out I met the fourth one that wasnt on the door when I came. That spoke to me and asked how was I doing which I thought was excellent. I love what you guys are doing keep up the excellent work.

Their handling of conducting Covid vaccination is professional and refreshing.

Great place for quick pick ups. The staff is usually quite friendly here compared to the Super Center.

A very nice store! The restrooms are kept clean (my wife tells me that the ladies room is also clean!) The rest of the store is also very clean and it seems this store is well managed. We love stopping here whenever we travel through Junction City.

Great place to go grocery shopping. Its the main store I go to for all my grocery shopping needs. Store is always clean and staff are friendly. Only downside is the fresh veggies section tends to be out of things quite often, or what they do have on the shelf is wilted and not very good. Other than that great place to go

Helpful staff

This Walmart is very clean and we go there often. My issue occurred today and was very disappointing. My family chooses to use reusable shopping bags and to not waste plastic ones. We got about a half cart worth of groceries and had 4-5 Walmart reusable bags. We chose not to use our non-Walmart brand bags because they don’t have the straps to hook them to the bag station and we didn’t want to cause a problem. Our cashier, Katrina, did not speak to us, but as we were putting our bags on the station she starts huffing in annoyance and stacking our groceries on the center piece of the bag holder. She then would toss a thing or two in a bag or hand them to my husband in a rude way. When I mentioned if we could turn the bag holder so she could just put the groceries directly in the bags instead of stacking them, tossing them, and handing them off she filled one bag and then again refused to turn the rotating bag station so she could access an empty bag. I just feel as though when we use reusable bags we try to make it as easy and quick for everyone involved, to set an example and show people doing something small for our planet can be just as “normal” and “simple” as what we are used to and it was blown way out of proportion and she acted as if we were such a huge inconvenience.

No wiper blades but plenty of junk food

It was a snowy yucky day and we went here to avoid going downtown and the employees were so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed being able to get in, get help to find what we needed and get out. The other shoppers were freindly and curtious and made picking up a few groceries and consumables an enjoyable experience.

It’s a lot quieter than the super center across town. Which I enjoyed. The staff is nice. Aldi’s seems to have cheaper prices but the convenience of the store pays off.

Very nice store has a lot of items the regular Super Walmart does not have some of the prices seem to be better the quality of fresh fruit and vegetable seem to be better has a very large variety of food and the wife loves going there because she can get in and out fairly quick and they have a Walmart gas station right there on the premises and pharmacy and that is very convenient especially if you live on that side of the town thought it was a great addition to our town

Perfect place to stop on the way home after work to pick up a few groceries. This store is very clean and organized, unlike many of the bigger Walmart stores. Also, I have never had such great, consistent customer service at any other Walmart. One cashier even offered to watch my full cart of groceries for me while I brought my car to the front of the store during a heavy rainstorm!

Was really happy to have this put in on this side of town. Makes getting smalls items easier or even full on grocery shopping. The store is always kept clean and neat. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

In being hospitable the main feeling should be good will. Thats this Walmart Neighborhood market. The bathrooms are always clean. Ive never caught them ditching that duty. The isles are always clean. The floors are always clean. That says so much more to me than any store Ive shopped at bc that dont happen every time. But at this store, it does every time Ive shopped there and I go every Sunday afternoon.The people take after their managers, polite courteous, kind and patient.Even super stores run out of something thats normal.And produce is not suppose to last long if its good quality like organic or non gmo.Little market, I commend the entire staff. Great job. Pls keep up the good work bc the only clean bathroom Ive been in public is yours and Dillons. That says a great deal to me bc I dont go to public restrooms unless I cant wait to get home. Thats bc they are never clean to me.🙋👋(waving thank you).

Cheapest gasoline in area

This is may be an ok store for quick shopping needing a few basic items. Just be careful to check expiration dates. Many times milk and other dairy items have been left out days after ‘sell by’ date. Produce is another thing that needs to be managed better. Way too ripe produce is a constant at this location. I only go here if I need something quickly as it’s close to where I live. Otherwise I avoid it.

Some staff do.not know where items are and do not help locate (grocery side). However, individual in school supplies/paper was very helpful and took me to grocery side and found item right away.

Carmen is the rudest, impatient, snarky lady I have ever interacted with at this Walmart. As an employee, she treats customers poorly and talks very rude or sarcastic. And when she is not on the clock she gets up on the people in front of her if they aren’t checking out quick enough. This woman needs some retraining in customer service and some patience.

Just your typical day at Walmart anytime you go in to this Neighborhood Market. Im sure youre all aware oh so many of a different things people say about Walmart and Im not sure theres much else that I can say here that has not already been said. I think that people should take into consideration sat reading someones review online only provides you with someone that is not you and doesnt think/feel exactly how you may think/feel. I personally would like to continue to form my own opinions.

Clean store with helpful staff. Is normally well stocked up on items. Has great prices and usually faster to get in and out than the super center.
