I stopped by this morning with an unusual request and Ray gave it some thought and figured it out. I have a tiffany lamp that fell off a table and dented the metal attachment at the top. LOVE THEM. As the daughter of a (far away) mechanic, I am super picky about my repair shop. ESPECIALLY since oftentimes mechanics still try to take advantage of females because of tired ol stereotypes. But not at Integrity. The name says it all. They didnt even charge me at all for various small things like mounting my front license plate when I first got it, even though it turned into a bit of an ordeal. Thats true customer care. I will be back if I ever have any other problem, thats for sure.

I find it really hard to find good honest business practice in Juneau in general, especially car dealerships/auto repair shops. Integrity automotive is by far the best, and I wouldnt even consider any other auto repair shop in Juneau. They are extremely honest, prompt, communicative, and friendly. Simply the best.

Awesome shop. Fixed a couple issues other shops couldnt and the young mechanic was very helpful and showed he took pride in his work and went over everything. Even went above what I needed to make sure the hoses werent really loose. Only issue is it can take about 2 weeks to get an appointment.

These guys are really good at what they do. They undersell themselves for good business in the long run. Very honest and competent!

Prompt service, talented mechanics. Todd is a no BS guy who will fix everything wrong with your car, and if your car is complete junk, hell call you and ask before he does anything. Really saved me with my first car I owned as the start point for repairs was more than double the value of the car.Fixed my minor issue with my new car in no time and had it ready at the end of the day to pick up. Integrity is a fitting name as this place operates with it.

I am completely happy with the level of service provided from Integrity Auto. They are thorough and fair - they only fix what needs to be repaired and never try to push anything on you. Theyre responsive and wonderful to work with. I will not take my car to any other shop in Juneau!
