What a delightful experience it is to go to this publics! Luis and Jordan in the deli are very respectful and work joyfully to deliver you whatever you request. Everybody up front seem to be very pleasant and happy. Its worth the extra 15 minute drive to go to this Publix! I dont know who the manager is there but keep on doing a great job thanks!

Thanks Publix for carrying Happy Egg Co. eggs. They are the best! With an orange yolk, they taste so good and frsh, like Im on a farm. Great job bringing them to us. 👍

Best location vs the one on palm beach lakes in regards to customer service. Managers are friendly & drive up at this location is expeditious. Can’t say enough about my local target !

Dangerous place to visit when youre hungry. Fresh made mozzarella and wonderful prepared meals to grab and go. Excited to have them nearby

“Super” supermarket, the Publix at Jupiter Square includes a pharmacy and excellent liquor/wine selection. Very clean, wide aisles and weekly sales are great. There’s also a to-go section with sandwiches, soups and salads. Also a Red Box inside with current movies. Each checkout has a bagger who’ll offer to carry your purchases to your car. Love this store!

Always a pleasant experience at this Publix, Everyone is always respectful, no matter what department you are in. Thank you for proving there are many nice people in this world. May God bless the staff and all of their families.

Very clean and well run store. The folks behind the deli counter know their stuff. Everyone is super friendly and the store is taking Corona seriously. I felt as safe as I can in public. I always find some wacky thing to try. Gator was todays find.

This is a nice bright and clean store with everything extremely easy to find. Staff keeps carts disinfected to ease that concern. This was our first time in this location but Im sure we will be back.Very positive experience.

It was wonderful as usual. I like a bow tie pasta salad there was only one; I wanted more like 3 SO the 2 young ladies told me to go shopping and come back and they had made a fresh batch for me SO NICE, SO PUBLIX!! 🤓

I have visited this store twice so far this week while on vacation. Both times I have been blown away by the staff. From the guy in the deli, the lady in the pharmacy, the checkout and the person bagging my groceries both times I shopped there. They were so friendly, nice and genuine. What a great experience!

I have been shopping at various Publix stores my entire life and I have never seen a Publix Deli as poorly run as this one. Nobody in the deli knows how the family meals work. While I was waiting for them to figure out how many chicken strips were in the 12 chicken strip family meal a man at the sandwich station couldnt get an answer as to why the sandwiches he ordered online werent even started yet. Finally got so frustrated that I left.

Terrible online system. We have been Florida residents for 65 years and my husband was a firefighter for many years. Isnt it a shame none of that matters at this time of our life. We annoculate people who have no alegence to our state as soon as they come down.

Love how theyve reconfigured interior layout to facilitate social distancing. Friendly and personable staff.

My mom ordered a sub from here since it was closest to the beach. She was waiting at the deli with one other person being served and was ignored until a woman shouted NEXT! at her without even greeting her. My mom ordered an ultimate sub and the woman had no idea what it was so my mom pointed to the menu and the woman refused to look at it. Finally, she wrapped the sub and basically tossed it at her without another word and left. Super rude customer service and unfortunately my mom never got her name. Will be contacting corporate because I notice the other reviews have pointed out the lack of polite customer service.

I have now been officially introduced to the Chicken Tender Sub and as a Northerner, I was totally blown away. My waiter was already stuffing the tender bits in before we even got to the toppings. Highly recommend for certain!

Absolute horrendous customer experience. My partner was checking out in line and a patron in line called him a queer as a manager stood there and did nothing. No excuse me sir, you cant speak to people like that. Stood there, watched it happen and went its not my place to say anything Lillian Cook the district manager should be ashamed of the way this store manager handled this situation. Discrimination is wrong, and by just standing there the manager made it ok. Ill never return to this store location again.

I purchased a mop from this store and never opened it.I decided to return the mop and found out that Publix HAS A NO RETURN POLICY...I asked for the manager who finally decided to accept the return after a heated conversation..WE DONT NEED THIS!!!... I want to take a moment and talk about the staff at this Publix. For years my office was located in Jupiter and this was our Publix. The staff is friendly always saying help, help you find what you need. It has been nearly a year since I have been in this Publix as our new office in Tequesta and there is a Publix that is closer. However I ordered a Birthday cake for my assistant the other day here. When I went to pick it up it was like I had never been gone. They bakery staff recognized me by name, ask how I have been. (They do great cakes by the way). When I was in produce the manager like always tells me about what fruit just came in as he knows I like to try the odd and unusual ones when I can. The cashiers grilled me on where have I been, why have not been it. It truly felt like being Norm from Cheers and walking in the store where everybody knows your name. This store has a great staff and is worth driving a little further. Thanks Publix for truly be my hometown store.

You can park your boat at the town dock a few blocks away and walk over to this store. Very convenient for boaters. About a 10 minute walk. Very clean store, everyone is helpful. Food was fresh and checkout was speedy.

Ive lived in Jupiter 40 years. This is my favorite Publix by far. Luis in the deli is an absolute gem!!! All the employees are friendly. Amazing food & people.

The workers from customer service to cashier to box boy to shelf stockers were all extremely respectful, polite and helpful.

Publix is where I shop when in Jupiter. They have everything and more. Infact, I love it when they cook up recipe ideas for dinner and offer he customers a little plate. Yum!

Everything was great until we went to the customer service counter where female manager and blond employee were standing there talking while we waited for at least 4 minutes without even being acknowledged at that point we raised our hand to get their attention and the female manager just waived back as if we were saying hello... Then they kept talking and finally the blonde lady came over to assist us while having a bit of an attitude..

Yesterday evening I was detained on my way home after the Boat parade. Stoped by to kill some time and shop. A manager took the time to ask if I was ok because I must have looked dismayed. She was sympathetic and made sure I was o.k. I do not post often but this warranted a thumbs up.Small kind acts add up.Thank you.

Prices high, a problem for all Publix. Dont carry many items available in Tequesta or at Marsinski adding to the frustration of shopping at this location. Yesterday (1/22/21) I found prepared chicken and mojo pork with freshness labels dated 1/22 covered over with stickers changing date to 1/25. Buyer beware at this publix.

I work across the street from this Publix and I have to say from the guy in seafood section to my cashier to the produce guy. They were all great and they are all consistent every time visit here.

Worst place to get a sandwich around 8 theres a big tall man by the name of bill in the deli area I asked him for a chicken tenders sandwich and he was taking forever and didnt even change his dirty gloves I asked him to change it n he got mad and looked at me like I was crazy ....bad experience, bad customer services never again .....
