We visited JC Western Wear in Jupiter, Florida. Somehow it was very surprising to find this Western store in upscale tony oceanfront city. Tiger Woods is one their many famous residents. But I guess after all they have taste since there is a Western store here! I grew up on a ranch in Montana. When we saw it we immediately stopped and browsed thru thru the store. The person told us the lady that started it over fifty years ago still owned it and she is 97 years old. Her daughter runs the day to day operation. We bought a belt buckle for a friend. The belt buckle was made by Montana Silversmiths! I highly recommend this store@

Small selection but great service

I went to JC Western Wear today and was promptly greeted. A staff member showed me some Jeans. I chose a pair and they needed to be hemmed. The staff member told me he could do that for me and in about 10 to 15 minutes and he was finished. This is why I went to this store because several years ago I received the same great service.

They DO NOT stand behind there products. If your boots break they will not refund your money. They told me if I wanted my money back that I’d HAVE TO GO BOOTLESS for three weeks and ARIAT would decide if my 17 day boots had a manufactured defect or not.Also told me my boot was discontinued but I look and they are available online for 50% of the cost this store charges me. Not an honest business if you ask me . Very unpleasant service. Also first visit there were leaks coming through the roof in multiple locations with trash cans staged. Definitely treated unprofessional on MANY LEVELS. Purchase directly from manufacturers.

I ordered a pair of Double-H 4004 harness boots...they are brown...I received a black pair of harness boots. I immediately took a photo of the boots and emailed Stephen...no response, so I emailed him again and he then found time to leave me a VM. I returned his call and he told me that the brown model was discontinued and they sent me a black pair. He offered a $30 discount or I could simply return them. I returned them. I then received a VM after he received them. I called back to have Stephen tell me that the pair of boots I returned were a 3 year old (unworn) pair of boots....he then informed me that the guy that packaged them said they sebt me a brown pair and this was a different pair...and that he would not refund my purchase...he literally accused me of switching out the brown boots and replacing them with a 3 year old black pair of unworn boots!?!? I cant begin to explain the insanity of this. Im an RN at a major hospital and dont have the time nor the inclination to try and rip-off someone. Im too busy fighting Covid-19. Obviously I now have to dispute this bs charge. Please beware of dealing with this complete con artist. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life.

I just love, love this store!! Needed to order a pair of boots for my brother and I believe ( his name is) Steve was SO VERY HELPFUL in looking for them & also then ordering them for me. I also received phone calls from there just assuring me that my order & when it will be shipped. So Very Caring about their customers!!

I just left the store and could not believe how I was treated. I had a cowboy style party to go to on Friday. The rude lady that was taking care of us literally snapped at us and told us she was not selling anything to us because it was a final sale. In no moment did I ever say that I was returning it . I was just looking for the least affortable one that I can paint and color it. She was so rude I would never ever refer this store or enter it again. By the way I am the owner of 2 local businesses in the area. I would never ever dream of taking care of my customers that way. As I was leaving a lady turned around and told me that she had the same experience.

I am not frequent flyer shopper here ...2-3 times a year, max.Steven and the rest of the staff are AlwaysVery helpful and knowledgeable about the Western Appeal they offer... A+A+A+Mike...☠👍

The manager at JC Western was an absolute dream to work with. Ive been riding horses now for 12 years and have bought many a boot. So when I came in I thought I knew my size and what style I liked. But boy was I wrong. Not only was I a whole size off - I found out my feet are completely different sizes and much more narrow than the average women. The manager took his time to explain all the different fits I could go for. He was able to answer all my questions and give me a product I will love to wear this summer working on a dude ranch in Wyoming :) Thanks JC Western Wear and a special Shoutout to your Manager

Great place wonderful selection. Frendly people, cant wait to find my perfect pair of boots. Couldnt stand the lady trying to sell us boots. She had no clue how to sell anything. Was annoying and argumentative. Took everything in my power to not walk out. She was a huge pain in the ass and everyone in the store new it. I will not step foot in that location again while she is in the store. I feel for anyone trying to buy anything from her. Just look out for the blond with to much botox in her lips giving you attitude and snapping on you when your trying to buy a few hundred dollars worth of boots.

Im from Virginia and while visiting my brother in Delray Beach I decided to go to JC Western Supply! We went to the West Palm location where we got our socks knocked off by the overwhelming amount of invetory! Sam was AWESOME...we connected right away, he was personable and treated us like hed known us for years! After lunch my brother and I decided to ride out to the Jupiter location! WOW...More Lucchese Boots than Iv ever seen in one place! I learned more from Steven in an hour then Iv learned in all my years wearing/buying western boots! I write all this to say...If you Love boots (Like me), go to JC Western and talk to Steven or Sam, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
