Very decent prizes. Why on Earth would you want to pay 40% to 50% more for a pair of sneakers if you bought them at the Mall. You can save an additional amount of money by texting a certain number and getting a coupon that you can use immediately on your purchase over $59. I bought a pair of New balance sneakers Plus I can of water repellent and a Snicker for $53.

Horrible service. People are soooo rude. I asked where the Nike slides were and he said “WHAT”! He also was talking to someone on the phone and not attending the customers. The lady at the front desk was so rude. I got an email saying that it was buy 1 get one 50% off. The lady said that I had to pay full price and earlier that day I went to a shoe carnival in okeechobee there wasn’t as much selection so I went to the one in Jupiter. I told her that in okeechobee it was buy one get one 50% off and she told me to go back to okeechobee. Worst service ever and worst attitude of the employees I’ve ever seen in any store. DO NOT recommend.

Well worth a bit of a drive. Store closest to us closed, so we shop this Jupiter Shoe Carnival now. Tried several other shoe shops, however no one comes close to the selection or prices offered @ this store. Nice customer service also. Start here first.

Its a nice place. Staff is friendly. Only issue is going and trying to find size 13 shoes. Actually lost my business last visit cause didnt have a single shoe I liked in my size. Other than that its very clean and the staff was eager to help me but only so much they can do when they dont have my size.

You have to beg someone to help you, they know just about as much as I did, stand around cackling as you are searching through their unorganized mess and then disappear. Their passive aggressive comments are completely unwarranted. No manager in store just unhelpful teenagers. Selection of shoes varies but this time it wasnt great.

Looking for a reasonably priced pair of New Balance sneakers. They have a few to choose from so Ill go back when I decide which ones I want.

The clerk would not accept the coupon I had and convince me that I couldnt use it. When it popped up again in my phone the next day I decided to call and speak with a manager. Now I need to drive all the way back to Jupiter and order to get the situation rectified.

Not only did I find shoes in my size, the staff there actually wanted to help and helped me find many options.

Didnt have the style of New Balance I was looking for, no employee greeted or offered to assist me.

Needs more of a selection of sizes. Needed to order online & paid extra for 2 day delivery & recieved them about 10 days later. Never was reimbursed for the extra I paid.
