I wanted to express my gratitude to Nicole Palatnikov at Publix pharmacy. She went far and beyond to follow up with a prescription that was difficult to get. It’s been a while since I’ve had great costumer service. I visited this Publix for the first time today and it was amazing. All the workers were so attentive and helpful in all my needs. Definitely excellent costumer service. Will definitely recommend to shop at this Publix location👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is a store that has ALWAYS been clean, shelves ALWAYS stocked, meat fresh, bread fresh and baked EVERYDAY, staff polite and welcoming unlike stores here in New York. The employees in the Publix store are courteous, welcome you, smiles on their faces even if they dont feel that way it is there. THANK YOU TO YOU ALL FOR YOUR KINDNESS.

Everytime I go ... no matter what Publix I enter ... I experience the same excellent customer service, cleanliness and quality foods. Everytime.

I was having a very challenging day. I had lost faith in mankind- until I walked into this Publix. I encountered a young man named Darius. He was cleaning our carts- with enthusiasm and happiness. He demonstrated such care and kindness with the customers as we entered the store. He will be successful in life. Then, I encountered the very nice manager of the store, named Drew. I had been to 5 Publix stores to locate cherry pepsi. He was kind enough to research and find a Publix store that had 2 left- and had them hold for me at the customer service desk. Because of these two gentlemen, my faith in mankind was restored today XOXO!

Its close to me and I found pretty much everything I look for.All the publix are the same so they are good.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well-lit, and nicely organized.This store also has a nice selection of wines and package liquor, including the surprisingly good Flying Embers alcoholic kombucha. And, as always, the deli subs are the best lunch deal in town.Im rating four instead of five stars because options are limited for certain items and prices are on the higher end - if you want a wider selection of cheaper options you should try Food Town on 45th or Wal-Mart on Indiantown - but Publixs frequent buy-one-get-one sales can make up for this.

Always clean and the workers are friendly.

Today around 2 oclock, a sales associate named Michael had me crying the whole day, literally. He packed my groceries very patiently and tried to organize them the best possible way. After thanking him and the cashier, Michael grabbed my shopping cart and started walking me outside. I started to realize what was going on at that moment. I was in shocked. Ive never seen an old man helping a young adult with her groceries. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Without saying a word, he pushed the cart all the way to my car and put my groceries inside. I love this man. He shouldnt be working at his age, not even during this pandemic, but his reasons must have which drives me crazy. It moves my heart to find people like him and to see how Publix, dont care about age to hire people. I couldnt see Michaels face because of his mask but today he changed my world completely. I want him and his heart to be famous. So much to learn.I LOVE YOU MICHAEL. JESUS LOVES YOU. GOD BLESS YOU. :)

Store is clean, staff is always friendly and Management is actually doing managerial task visible to customers. Pharmacy are doing prescriptions in 15 minutes or less. In my case it was 5 minutes. This location is absolutely wonderful and they make everyone feel invited!

A perfectly fine Publix. No complaints about this Publix, its nice, its clean, people are helpful. There can be a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot. Could probably use more cart returns, but the staff is always willing to take your groceries out for you.

The deli could use some training on customer service, pretty pathetic looking sub made with disrespect and the staff member who made it was rude and short with everything she said. Including when a fellow associate asked her the location of something for another customer. Super displeased and likely won’t come back to this Publix. (Not the first instance)

Great experience at pharmacy. So happy that Chris is back. Not so great at deli counter. My sandwich fell apart when cutting it. Instead of making a new one, they tried to put the fillings in a new bun. What a disaster !!!

Some of my chicken was harshly warm other Frozen very unsatisfactory still hungry how to find somewhere to warm up this chicken is good chicken is too cold to eat

Pathetic experience, paid for Subs online they didnt make them at all because they ran out of bread tried to blame me for not answering when they called and then didnt even know how to refund my money i walked away with a gift card and no dinner great job publix. Will not be back to this location.

I love this Publix; however the shopping center is extremely busy and the parking lot is horrendous. It is always packed with slow walking pedestrians who are more interested and fixated on looking down at their phones rather than paying attention to the fact that they are holding up a long line of cars due to their lack of concern and respect for others.

Ive been a Publix Super Market at Abacoa Plaza customer for decades, and I love my Publix. The stores are kept clean, and well stocked. On a side note, the restrooms are the best.

Very rude lady that was a manager or floor employee. Shorter lady with grey hair who was very rude to me and my partner. Would recommend going to another Publix just out of the fact that this is the emotional tone set from top down i presume

Store Manager James Key and his staff are always professional and courteous whenever I have any problems or issues. The store is always clean and organized. All of the employees are very kind and willing to help whenever we have any questions. Brett and Ann in the seafood department are top notch employees. I had an issue with some crab legs and they went above and beyond my expectations to rectify the situation. Love this store!! :-)

This morning I went to buy a battery and duct tape from the store. To match the battery size I was carrying my old battery from home and so was holding it in my hand. Once I picked the battery and duct tape I moved to the billing counter and the lady billed for me. After billing I paid using my credit card. After that lady handed over my things and told me “Safe Stealing” . Initially I did not pay attention to her. I went back to my car and then I realized what she said. I went back to the store and asked her what did she say but that time she said it was “Have a nice day”. I still explained her that I had brought the battery from home and not stolen as she thought. At that time she kept saying that she did not say anything like stealing. People do not become thieves by their skin color. Bad experience.

Indy was amazing in Deli. So caring, careful and eager to please. We used to shop elsewhere but I will bring my business to Abacoa Publix now because of her and others like her. Thank-you Indy, the subs were amazing!!

As far as Publix goes this is one of my favorite locations. Not only is it clean but it has everything I need with the convenience of it being open a hour later than most other Publix grocery stores in the area.This really makes a difference when needs to grab a few quick items after hitting the Golds Gym across the street.

There will be 5 stars when you bring back the pate that my husband and I love. Were not the only ones. Why in the world would you stop that and replace it with some organic stuff? I will never buy that. Bring it back, please. Its the closest thing to the pate my husband is used to from his native France. Please bring it back.

I really enjoy shopping at this Publix because the staff is really friendly and helpful. The best experience I have had there was when I go to the deli and get coldcuts and sandwiches Phaedra Thompson always goes above and beyond to make sure I get want for my family for years now. She always remembers my orders and how we like it sliced. She is the best employee there.

Ive been a Publx customer for decades, and I love my Publix. The stores are kept clean, and well stocked. On a side note, the restrooms are the best.

Love the BOGOs... Everyone here is quite friendly and always willing to help me find something when I need. Subs are better and less expensive than the Jersey Mikes nextdoor. Hot food including rotisserie chicken is also great and reasonably priced.

The Deli has taken a nosedive. They used to have some great workers over there. Be prepared to wait, regardless of the line length. Glaciers melt faster than these Clowns move.

Great store made by nice people..but..but you have to put a refrigerator in the pet aisle...I have to drive to the Indiantown Rd. Store to buy refrigerator fresh dog food...they told me 6 months ago they were getting one but it has not happened...thank you in advance for your attention.

I am a 72-year-old widowed, I live alone and do everything on my own, I love to shop at abacoa, everyone is so very helpful. Few days ago, a young lady showed me how to use Publix digital coupons and download the app on my phone, she is very humble whenever she serves me, she comes out of customer service counter and place all the groceries in the electric cart also calls help to carry out, beautiful soul she is. I forgot her name but luckily I saved the receipt. Her name is Sheetal, very unique and beautiful name. Thanks Sheetal for being so helpful and caring also thanks Publix for friendly customer service, they not just friendly, they are also very caring and helpful, and I appreciate a lot. This is a first review I ever did, Im so excited to use my smart phone, thanks Sheetal! Im learning all new things, its fun. You are a blessing to others and a valuable asset to the company. Was in this Publix right before surgery on my first time venturing out after my neck surgery. The manager gave me a Publix gift card to make my holiday brighter and for the first time ever I actually let one of the baggers take my bags out to my car with a smile. My favorite public.

I ordered a half foot boars head roast beef sub from the online easy ordering expecting it to be ready when I arrive, I get there and the lady at the deli is trying go tell me she didn’t prepare it because there was no Italian 5-grain bread as I requested, her english was very poor and it seemed like she had a speech impediment or something as I could not understand a single word she said. I tell her I guess it’s fine and I’ll take white bread instead. I ask if she minds if I go off to grab a beverage from another part of the store and she says ‘ok.’ I leave to get my drink and as I get back I see her spreading guacamole along a FOOTLONG sub about to toast it, she says there is no provolone as I requested and they only had white american and swiss... I just decided white american would be fine as I wasn’t here to answer questions and wait for her snail speed working. She then puts my FOOTLONG with avacado in the toaster, it should be common sense that you do NOT toast avacado... After it is toasted she takes it out and for the most part completed the order but added onion, which was not on my order ticket, and grabbed an empty bottle of vinegar just to look like she was putting it on my sub? No salt/pepper and when I got home the sub tasted absolutely awful as the guacamole was most likey sitting out in room temperature uncovered alll day then put in a toaster. I ate half anyway as it was the only available food and ended up vommiting through the night. Please look into improving the deli at this location, this experience makes me not want to do business with publix.

Employees always very helpful and nice. Parking lot was full and hard to find parking. Produce was lacking which was unusual.

Some people at the deli who make the subs give the worst attitudes... I feel like I’m pulling teeth when I ask for a sub here. I love Publix but I’m sorry for the rude people.

Went to get bananas, NO bananas of any kind! Also no large plain Fage yogurt! Mostly wasted trip except found a rotting bunch in the coffee aisle! Felt each one to find 2 small half over ripe ones, bought them, wasted money. Back to Trader Joes Ill go!

Many items not in isles that they should be in, at least according to the signs. For example, party supplies are in isle 13 while birthday candles and birthday supplies are in isle 4.

Im a regular customer at abacoa publix and I love shopping at #756, its my publix, one of their associate by the name of Sheetal, is so kind so generous. She told me shes from a beautiful country Fiji, wow Fiji is my dream, I wonder what shes doing here lol, well she knows how to serve customers, shes always smiling, very attractive and she got that good energy that makes you happy once you see her, thanks Sheetal for being there, publix needs more good employees like you, your customer service is excellent, God bless.Cindy

This was the single worst Publix experience ever. We traveled here from the West coast for a baseball tournament and needed a few things from our favorite grocery store but were horribly disappointed.Not only did it take over 30 minutes for Ryan to get 3 sandwiches made but our 2 pressed Cubans werent pressed. When making the mojo pork sandwich, which weve had several times before, he only put the amount of meat for a 6 sub on the 12 sub and then charged us an additional $3 to fix it.My young girls wanted a meal but the side items in the display were so dry they had changed color.In addition, another customer walked away without his list of sandwiches he was holding because he had been standing there the entire time and not one of the other several people working even addressed him.

Superb customer service! One time I lost my vape and this black woman workin at customer service desk during day told me my vape was NEVER dropped off there and IT WAS! The woman literally right next to her had my property. She could have asked her instead of quickly dismissing me but publix employee found it and saved it for me so kudos to him! But other than that incident with woman tryin to claim my property wasnt there when IT WAS, everyone else is great!
