Totally wonderful experience! On our first encounter, the staff were so knowledgeable and so helpful and so talented in helping us select an assortment of tiles for a bathroom remodel. The delivery time for the tile that we ordered was right on target. And then they went above and beyond when we needed one extra package of tiles several weeks later - they personally made a trip to get us one package of tile. I really appreciate that level of customer service!!

I had the opposite experience than Gene did. I did my own measurements, though, but because of Michele and also Jason, our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful! I must have come in 10 times asking Michele what she thought and she was so patient with me. Shes an excellent designer- gave me so many options and helped me with all my decisions. And thanks to Jason, too, we used a high quality epoxy grout that I had my tile man use instead of the standard grout! OMG...I highly recommend that for bathrooms and kitchens so you dont have to keep cleaning dirty grout! Anyway, I am thrilled! Id post a pic, if I had time. ;)

I recommend Natural Stone & Tile Design highly. Jason is an incredible and knowledgeable kitchen designer, Val Scott, the owner, is on top of all of the details, and Michelle Bryan is an awesome finish design specialist. In less than 3 weeks we went from demolition to completion with hands-on attention from beginning to end. Nick Palladino from Gourmet Designs was an installation genius and Antonio from Crystal Design Inc. was a quartz fabricator extraordinaire! We are very thankful for their friendship and super professionalism.

Jason was the only person who was penitent enough to deal with our endless questions and knit-picking. We are going back to do our Master bathroom next

Run, do not walk, away from this company! Jason came to our house, did measurements, and never gave an estimate. I called him and spoke to him twice and he said he was working on it but never returned our call or gave us an estimate. That was weeks ago. We have a small house and maybe it wasnt worth his time which is fine. Just have the integrity to say so. I think it demonstrates lack of honesty and integrity in doing business. I will never recommend them.

I had a really great buying experience with Natural Stone and Tile design. Not being that knowledgeable in the field of choosing the type of tile best suited for my project I was all over the map with my initial selections but Val, Steve and Jason very patiently helped me to get through the process and spent much more time with me than I expected. Their showroom is amazing - and their unwavering customer service earns them Five Stars!! I highly recommend them!!!
