Really clean environment with nice variety of yogurt. Their fruit smoothies with popping boba are tasty but I would avoid their regular flavor boba. It’s not good compared to other places in west palm and lacks flavor. Customer service was good.

Girl behind counter had zero customer service no facial expression, no conversation, no thank you have a good day. Didn’t even ask me for a receipt and I also tipped her. Don’t come to work if you can’t show a positive happy attitude just stay home! Also inform your guests about the upcharge!!!

The shop is really relaxing environment. There are sections divides in good space!There are several kinds of topping. There are many seats both inside and out side. It is really good for you to hang out with friends or kids!There are many favor of the yogurts, the yogurts also taste great.It is not serve only the ice-cream yogurt in addition it also has the smoothies menu also coffee & tea.This place is close to the beach which you can walk across the street.

Probably the nicest frozen yogurt spot I have ever been to. This place is super clean which is always nice anywhere you go, so props to them. There are a lot of options when choosing your froyo flavor and toppings. Everything has always tasted so fresh and is definitely one of my go-to sweets spot anytime I am in Jupiter.If you are wondering how they serve you during this Covid time, they are putting the toppings on your froyo when you tell them what you want. A lot of people like this option that way 1,000 ppl aren’t touching the same spoon to scoop out toppings.Definitely a must try in the Jupiter area.

There is a sign outside, looking for people to work here, they probably should spend more time on the ones they have. I was asked to leave the store, with a clearly marked service dog, vest collar etc. The employee told me “we were a health code violation” . I’ve had a service dog for 9 years now, and that’s the first time we have been called that. All I wanted was a coffee, plenty of places other places for that.

Counter girl service was subpar, she didnt tell me there was a 4% upcharge to use credit card to pay. There was a small sign taped to counter she pointed out only after I paid & left her a 25% tip but it was covered by takeout menus she had to move to show me, horrible customer service. if I knew there was a 4% uocharge I wouldnt of left her 25% FYI they are pricy for there bowls and the fruit was not fresh in our 3 bowls the bananas were brown and blueberry were mushy we wont be going back there are 2 better places in Jupiter off Indiantown rd to get these types of bowls that use fresh fruits and dont upcharge to pay by credit card and the customer service is way better then this place.

Don’t come here for boba or their drinks. I got the horchata boba drink and it was so sickeningly sweet I could barely swallow it. The boba was hard therefore either not fresh or not cooked enough. My friend had the same reaction as well. Kind of expensive especially considering the quality.

Visited on Saturday and had the Lush smoothie. It was amazing, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. Cant wait to try more items.

I would just like to say that Darius Pringle should take into account other people issues and remember just because your dog is trained does not mean it does not have hair and dander they served you and got your money so who really lost

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. Ive been coming here weekly for 4+ years to get the Zen bowl and it is to die for. The storefront is very clean and unique inside, they have awesome menu of acai bowls, smoothies, Boba tea, and frozen yogurt. The owner Brian and the staff are top notch as well! Probably my favorite place for a snack in Palm Beach.

Really nice atmosphere, with glass mosaic tiled counters that mirror the ocean, which is nearby, and the seating includes tables that are made from beautiful varnished drift wood. Very nice vibe. The choices are abundant, with many healthy suggestions on the menu, or you can go my route, and grab a waffle cup and go crazy on the serve yourself wall of frozen flavors. Be careful, though! It says .59 cents per ounce, but I was hungry and went nuts. (Well, I could have gotten nuts, but my add ons were boba, crushed graham crackers, fudge and fruit.) This bowl ended up costing $15.50. Ouch. But it was really good. I recommend it.EDIT: Now a regular, I increased my review rating from 4 stars to 5. I go at least once a week and get their awesome Zen bowl, which has frozen acai, peanut butter (or almond, your choice), honey, granola, fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries), and a light sprinkle of coconut. . It is to die for! Also, the employees are very nice and know customers by name and remember your favorite orders. Go there!!

An intricately lively atmosphere indeed, the bathroom is decadent, the ceilings are whimsical, the attention to detail is not at all sub par.... but then, the boba. What used to be a place with wonderful black traditional bobba, has now budgeted to a merely tolerable brown sugar boba that is no fun. Difficult to suck the sticky tapioca substance up the improbably sized straw and once it finds its way into your squirrel cheeks, it is not in any way shape or form tasteful or enjoyable to chew. It sticks its tough and it is a waste of money. Acai and pitaya still hold their ground, but just never dare to step in for a delightful bobba tea because here, you will indeed not find it.Kidding! It Is THE BEST PLACE EVER! GO THERE!

I love the coffee and the people who work here. The bathroom is amazing. ACAI bowls are awesome. Cant wait to try the dragon fruit. Eating the half Paradise bowl was great and the Island bowl made me feel like I was walking on ocean water on a surfing day! One has bee pollen yes!

Best Acai bowl ever!! I love this place. Their service is fast & accurate, they make great bowls. Its very clean, nice restroom too. Love it has outdoor seating. Tons of fro yo options as well as lactose free flavors. Tons of toppings candy to fresh fruit. If this place isnt your go-to, it needs to be!

Majority of our group really enjoy their deserts. The dairy free option isn’t usually favorable with their topping options. I know it’s a yogurt place, but there are other non-dairy yogurts.

Best açaí bowls in the area. We are regulars here. I thought we visit a lot but I think some people go daily. We get the Zen with almond butter. You can get a small version though this is not on the menu. They have local Oceana coffee, too. I like the fact they support local business like the Chocolate Spectrum as well. Great job, Elements!

Elements is hands down the best frozen yogurt shop in Jupiter! My absolute favorite place for Acai bowls! Everything is fresh, the staff is so nice, place is always clean. They really take pride and care with the store. Brian, the owner, holds high standards and it shows. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week.

Every time I go in everyone is extremely nice. The choices are always changing and always delicious! I love coming in the morning for some of their delicious bowls and smoothies and it’s a PERFECT after dinner treat for the little ones. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great to have a yogurt shop in our little strip mall. Its late in the season, but a good time for yogurt. They offer 10 different flavors along with coffee, soft drinks, pastry and even treats for your dog. I have tried 4 different flavors of yogurt at Elements and liked them all. If you havent been in yet, make it a point to try the yogurt real soon.

We love Elements! I always get a Acai bowl and frozen dog pops. My dogs love them and I enjoy the bowl. The chairs are comfortable and you always get the ocean breeze. Service is fast and friendly and I love the decor.

Ive been coming here since they opened, when they only sold frozen yogurt. I am so happy they have extended their options to coffee, smoothies, acai bowls and now boba. Everything the sell is of great quality. I dont live close either but we always find a way to make it over this way.

I love this place. I have a fascination with acai bowls and frozen yogurt, and Elements HANDS DOWN is the best place for both. And Ive been around to dozens of other spots and always compare it to Elements.

Best acai bowls in the area! I go out of my way always to get mine from here when Im in need of this healthy treat. They also have an awesome self-serve frozen yogurt selection with an assortment of healthy and not-so-healthy delicious topping selections. My favorite thing about the frozen yogurt there is that they all are guaranteed to have live and active probiotic cultures in them, which most froyo in other places dont. So while Im indulging, I know theres at least a little something good for my gut that Im getting too! Oh, and they also have frozen treats for your canine friend that are made in-house. A big bonus for us animal folks who like to bring our fur kids with us everywhere!
