This is one busy Starbucks! However, every member of the team, that works here, always has a smile and goes above and beyond to make you happy. That starts my day off amazing. It is obvious this store has great management and training to deal with the public. It is not my closest store but I will go out of my way to go see the great staff and drinks at this location 💚👏🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I used to live in this area and this was my go-to Starbucks years ago, fast forward 8 years later, still never disappoints. Friendly team & great drinks.

We were driving and decided to grab some coffee on the way from Orlando to Miami as this place is off the I-95 exit.Honestly, best Starbucks experience (and I travel a lot out of state).So clean and beautiful! Peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff, art and flowers everywhere. If I lived in the area would come there often

Hey this place is great they got a great little drive-thru also dining is also pretty good quick service fast barista if you ever in the area I definitely would give it a go its also really close to Juno Beach which is a nice Beach ⛱️🏖️

Why Starbucks are always located in around amazing locations where you get taste of everything together with tea or coffee. Though I am not a great fan of Starbucks in terms of coffee but the locations pulls me to sit around for some time. I would also mention that the lady on the cash counter was really nice. We wanted hot water for my baby and she offered without any issues whereas a while ago another shop denied us. The mint tea that we had was amazing though I hardly drink tea, so you should try it

Super slow drive through but they always get my super complicated coffee order right!

I spilt my coffee directly after getting it, the staff quickly came and cleaned up the mess and made me a whole new coffee all while being genuinely nice and making me not feel bad. Would def go again

I go to Starbucks in many places. This week when I walked in here I got a chai latte iced and an espresso. The espresso was fine but when my wife had her chai latte she said it was a coffee latte. I went back in with it and told the lady and the lady didnt even look at it and said she made it and it was a chai. I really didnt want to argue with her. I just wont go here again. This place has terrible parking its difficult to get in and out and if you cant drink what you want why bother?

Let me begin by saying this would be a zero star review if possible. First off, they allow any number of homeless people to just lounge in their outside seating area. Not only that, they actually feed them the old menu items they are getting rid of. The coffee itself is good but the staff never seems happy. They are always out of something, be caramel, straws, the stick that’s used to keep the coffee hot or any number of other things. They seem to shut down at odd hours, like right in the middle of the day sometimes. I’ve emailed their corporate office to no avail. My girlfriend and I spend about $40 a week there and it’s just not worth it anymore. Seek to fill your coffee addiction elsewhere. The “star” is no more it’s just “bucks” now

It seems to be low staffed and the drink i usually drink every day taste way better at the Wellington location then what i got in this location!!

They need to clean and straighten patio each am to give that clean image. Also pick up trash in parking lot and landscaping surrounding it, make it nice for all. Otherwise, coffee perfect as usual!

Quite possibly the dirtiest and least customer friendly Starbucks in America. Prominent displays of employee indifference. Filthy counter, floor, doors, exterior. Sickening yogurt parfaists.

The food was great, and our waitress went out of her way to help us pick great food. And thanks for the water bowl for our puppies.

Slowest Starbucks of all times. Drive through is the absolute worst.

They really need to figure out different vendor options because it’s been months and they are always out of the most basic items. You can never order for the app because something is always out of stock for any item you want to order. Seriously the most aggravating thing to deal with for over 4 months now!! They sell siracha and caramel syrup at any local grocery store that they can go purchase.

Parking at this location is a major issue. Long drive thru lines make a mess.

Very convenient location because of the drive thru. Got quite a surprise when the person infront of me paid for my meal, so to continue the trend I went ahead and paid for the person behind me as well!

Horrible! We are traveling and stopped for coffees and breakfast. They served us two frozen breakfast sandwiches and the egg wrap (which was hot) made us both sick. Food poisoning on a road trip, not cool.

Store hours say they open at 5am. It’s 7:37am and I’m literally in the parking lot watching people pull in walk up to the door, it’s locked, and then they leave. They are losing sooooo much business. Clearly this location is not ran well.

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru on the planet earth. Seriously, set aside 25 to 30 minutes if you plan on doing it.

Food always comes out cold. Beverages are always watered down.

Baristas are nice, my drink has been done correctly half of the time. The biggest issue is the structure of the drive-thru, this Starbucks is always busy and the lines form all the way to the main roads. It’s a headache, even if u wanted to do a walk in u would have to wait in the drive-thru line to get in the parking lot. Nope.

The cashiers are super rude, took my order with so much attitude and was acting like she didn’t want to be there. Also, I asked for 4 of the same beverage and didn’t want to make them because she didn’t want to waste product. As I was leaving I asked for a few straws and she looked at me annoyed, sighed, and continued to THROW them at me. Horrible customer service, if you don’t like your job don’t work there.

Great Starbucks as Starbucks go. But the parking lot is really a mess the way they have set the parking spots so close to the drive thru line. Bad location, but good Starbucks drinks and staff.

My favorite Starbucks location! The morning crew is the best. Very nice welcoming way to start your day! Jake is a very nice young man, who knows his coffee! He was very helpful. Stopped at this Starbucks on the way to Miami. Used the restroom and forgot my phone in the car. When I went to grab it so I can buy something, an employee locked the door behind me. Went to the rest of the co workers and started mocking us thinking I couldn’t see him through the big glass windows right in front of me. Nice customer service.

Busy shop not far off the highway. Nicely decorated. Good selection of food; we had warmed sandwiches before getting back on the road.

Trinity and Scott working the front counter gave exceptional service this morning. They were very professional and patient. I had a complicated order and they took their time to help me put together what I wanted. Very fast and friendly service.

We stop here for beverages and bathroom break on our way north. It is nicely located in between 95 and the turnpike. Staff is fast and courteous. Bathrooms are clean. Parking situation could be better, but that is not something they can change.

Y’all need to stop hiring people who don’t know how to make specific. frappes or people who are so rude. One of your employees was so slow with my order and you guys weren’t busy. Please hire better people especially people who don’t know how to make drinks and have been working there for almost half a year

Great coffee at Starbucks. I like their new nitro cold brew. It tastes really good with the foam on it. I always go to Starbucks on my work break because they always have the best coffee and best variety of different coffees.

Please hire a more diverse staff so they won’t look so shocked when they see a Black person ordering. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I’d ordered a drink and that everyone saw I’d ordered such. One of your staff members asked me if I needed something. Even after seeing me order and I was simply waiting for drinks. (This happened about two weeks ago) Today was just a look of “Oh”. So I guess that could be considered an improvement from the zero stars I’d of given last go round. I’ve only had one pleasant experience at the drive through at night. That’s it. Three times I’ve ordered here, with two times reminding me why I shouldn’t.

Nice location. Good coffee. Anoided that I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before even being aknowldged. No one else in line, just me. With 6 associates behind the counter. The drive through was hopping but still they could do better and at least say, Ill be with you momentarily.

This place DOES live up to the busy, crowdedness that everyone says... BUT the people here are very nice and go out of their way to make sure youre happy. The atmosphere is always upbeat and professional but in a fun way. I was sitting in the cafe doing work on my computer (after I ordered) and the manager offered me a sample of their newest drink! Which, by the way, I was never going to try, but I love it and will definitely order it in the future! Who does that any more?! So nice! I work in retail so I know good customer service and this place has it! Im so happy I live right around the corner from here... my husband and I are here ALL the time... we love it!

Go here everyday during the week for coffee and am greeted by name.

Fast. Clean. Easy to get to. The outside seating is robust, but not ideal during busy times, because you can end up breathing in exhaust fumes. The inside is rather small, and does get loud if busy.

It is 3:00pm on February 28th, I just left from your store on 2770 Indiantown in Jupiter FL. 33458. I bought 2 hot chai teas. After 15 minutes I asked for my order and a lady told me that probably the sticker machine was nor working good. I understood. She made ice chai tea, I told her that I ordered hot chai teas, she started again with a new cups, then she put some caramel mix inside, poured some TAP water in front of me and then completed with milk. The beverages were watered. It is the first time I saw it. I would like to communicate with the manager, but they gave me a gift card from Starbucks and told me the information is behind the card. So sad. Customer Service is very important. Quality also. You failed in both points. I hope this reviews can help to improve.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The closest one to my house. Unorganized in design drive thru always blocks everything. I order through the mobile app and somehow they always get my order wrong.

In My opinion (besides the continuously messy men’s room) this is one of the best locations. There has been some turnover, but the employees are awesome and the nitro cold brew has become a new addiction of mine!

Very friendly staff and excellent service. I dont think they have ever gotten my order wrong. They also offer the nitro brew here. I have not tried it yet but I will be getting it on my next visit.

Statbucks has great coffee, lattes, and all sorts of drinks and snacks. I highly reccomend the blueberry scones. They are very friendly even when there is a long line. Always worth the wait. plus indoor and outdoor seating.

Theyre nice, but I usually just get an iced coffee with cream and sugar and theyve forgotten the sugar multiple time. By the worst thing is that their drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. Youre better off parking and going in, defeating the purpose entirely. But then honestly theyre often just slow in general, no sense of urgency no matter how busy
