I had such a pleasure experience at this location. The staff were gracious, friendly and very helpful. I called for some information beforehand and they were able to squeeze me in within that hour! I chose the wrong day to stop by Stanton in Jupiter -- just a few days before school reopens and Stantons computers were down LOL. But Tiffany was doing her best to control the chaos and I left feeling well attended to and happy with my purchase. Super staff and great selection of eyeglasses! My initial experience at Stanton was good. The staff was friendly and I was seen immediately. I was then told that there was no optometrist in the office which made me think twice about proceeding with my appointment as I had not seen an optometrist in 3 years. The machines the technician used were new and all digital. The prescription exam was done through telemedicine, I believe also by a technician. At the end, my visit was good and I was told they would contact me the week after to pick up my contact lenses trial. I have never used contact lenses so I was excited to try them. After 2 weeks I contacted the office to inquire about the contact lenses and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. There was no order on file. They transferred me to customer service which also didnt know anything about the order and couldnt even speak with anyone at the office when they tried calling. After 45 minutes of being on the phone, no one was able to help and now I have to go somewhere else to get my contacts. No one ever called to follow up or resolve the issue. Im very disappointed with how disorganized this office was and hopefully they can improve their ordering process.

My experience here was very good from when we entered the store till we left. Breana was the gal who helped me. I have nothing but good things to say about here. My only disappointment is the length of time it takes to get the new glasses. My distance vision didnt change much but my reading did. I am an ad vivid so I am disappointed that I have to wait almost 2 weeks for my new glasses. I dont want to say anything negative. So now I wait for my new glasses. I would go back though. I am disabled & they made the visit easy!!! The opposite was correct when I returned to pick up my glasses. The young man who helped me was more interested in his cell phone then he was in making sure that my glasses fit!!!.

Tiffany and Nate were wonderful! I cannot say the same for the telehealth refraction procedure. I expected to be seen by a doctor, not a guy on a monitor flipping the lenses. When my RX came out, it was quite a big difference from what it was. It went from a -5.50 to a -3.75. When I questioned Nate about how that could be, he agreed that it was a big jump. He requested assistance from Tiffany, who also confirmed that it was a big jump. Both worked to figure out why and what the best RX would be for me. Tiffany did have to email a doctor, since there wasnt one on site to get the RX changed. What should have been a 30 minute visit took over an hour. Had I known that I wasnt going to be seen by an actual doctor, in person, I would have gone elsewhere. COVID IS OVER! Get back to doing business the traditional way.

I wanted to take the time to send a BIG shout out to TARA who is an incredible, wonderful, warm and attentive associate at Stanton Optical.So....my teenage son broke his glasses, again, 🙄. We went to Stanton Optical where they were originally purchased hoping they could be fixed. Tara did her best to repair but, a new pair was needed. She took to the time with us to explain options and provided feedback as to what types of frames would best for him. After he tried on about 10 pairs, he picked one!!!! 👍🏼 She was patient and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, Tara!!!!!

I went in to pick up a pair of sunglasses that I had forgotten to pick up and they said they were already picked up, they said they would get me a new pair no problem to give me a temporary pair until they came in, ok great, I understand things happen and they were great to this point, they said grab seat it will be a few minutes, an hour later they tell me it will still be another 30 minutes, a few minutes is not 90-120 minutes, I stopped in to pick up glasses not sit and waste my entire afternoon at the store, the employees need better communication skills, had I known the actual amount of time it would have taken I would have left and been pleased with everything, very disappointed

Best eyeglass experience of my EVER! ... the vision screenings are done via web now with the doctor over the computer in the exam room, so very COVID safe. My prescription was not as strong as I had needed it to be tho, not sure if that was human or computer error, however Tara and Ashley went SO far above and beyond what they needed to do to get me in the right glasses/contacts! I’ve been in glasses since 9 years old and can easily say this was one of my best experiences. Customer service at this place is an EASY 10/10 and you can’t beat the selection of frames, which they sanitize after anyone touches a pair. Thanks ladies, I LOVE my new glasses!

I had a great experience here. I really recommend Tara. And I love my glasses! They had earlier closing hours during Covid, but I was unaware of that, so I arrived only 10 minutes to closing time to pick out my frames, but Tara was still very polite and helpful, she helped me decide which ones looked the best on me, and she didnt complain about cleaning and putting the other ones back I didnt like. She was very friendly, funny, and helpful. When I went back to pick up my glasses Tara was there again and the worker in the back also came out and they made sure the glasses fit my head properly. They had to take them in the back to reshape them some, which I appreciated. The glasses look awesome on me. Overall I had a great experience and definitely recommend this place. They have a huge variety of frames as well. Some other places I went to first I didnt end up getting frames from them because their selection was very limited and I didnt like any of them. Great pricing as well.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. On 12/14/20 - I came in for an eye exam and new glasses. I picked out two frames and was told that they would probably arrive before Christmas. Christmas went and passed - still no glasses. I check the tracking online only to find there was nothing in the system for me. I returned to the store and the manager, Tara, apologized and had me pick out two more frames - told me they would be upgraded for my troubles and her mistake. I returned to the store for a third time. STILL no order in the system so Tara again told me “pick out three frames and they will be free and upgraded” because it was AGAIN her mistake. I asked for my prescription so I can order from somewhere else, she couldn’t get it to me. I returned another time to ensure that my order would be there. Still nothing.Now I sit here, EIGHT WEEKS later STILL without glasses. I should have known it would be a bad experience when every time I’m there someone is upset or complaining about their glasses. I really hope they get things figured out because I know this experience has brought me so much stress and tears. I’d hate for others to be going through this as well. It’s ONLY my vision that they’re messing with, not like it’s a big deal or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️😠

Stanton Optical Jupiter location is one of the best optical stores to go to. This is only so because of TARA. She is the most amazing, helpful, kind, caring person in that store. The used car version in the eye ware business, the Jupiter location on indiantown road. It’s all about the bait and switch and used car mentality, the deal being $59 for a complete exam and two pair of glasses. Then here comes the unfortunate upscale used car mentality. I received the complete eye exam and was told how I can get the better version. It’s unfortunate how they completed disregard professionalism and integrity.I’m a senior citizen and don’t appreciate their lack of respect and lack of professionalism.Do yourself a favor and just don’t go there!It’s a joke!

Tara, Frankie, Aaron, & Dr. Derewyanko were very help with good personalities. I gave 4 stars just because of an issue I had with the teleprompter doctor, her attitude, and prescribing me the wrong prescription. But thanks to the rest of the staff I mentioned, we were able to fix the issue and find my correct prescription needed for my glasses. If you must see the doctor in person, call the store and ask for Tara or Frankie, they are a hoot and they will help you schedule your appointment on the correct day and time the doctor is in office.

Stanton Optical showed the best customer service of any place I’ve been to get an eye exam/purchase glasses. Tara, the associate that worked with me, did whatever she could to best accommodate my needs while staying within my budget. I scheduled a exam 10 minutes before hand on the weekend. This was one of the fastest eye exams. I am definitely coming here for another glasses exam. I even got a cheaper price on contacts than online; thanks to their best price guarantee!!! Woot woot!😁😄😃

First, the doctor and staff were lovely, safe, cautious and professional. I have no complaints about them.The glasses were worthless, and their warranty is laughable. I spent almost $400 on glasses for my 14yo son, and both pairs fell apart within a month. You cant take them to be adjusted, except on Wednesdays, but at that point, they were just trash. I wouldnt purchase a thing there. EVERY other optical shop offers a good warranty against breakage. Nothing here. Not a thing. You can even take them to be fitted if they bend on a Thursday. You have to wait a week. And if they break? Youre out of luck. Stay away. Go anywhere else with decent customer service and a good warranty.

Horrendous Customer Service Experience!!! Went there for my teledoc consultation and arrived only to find out their Internet service was down. Nobody called to alert me. Went back the next day for my appointment and waited almost 30 minutes for the exam. Finally picked out some frames after my exam and had to wait another 30 minutes to meet with the optician to order my glasses. Paid $334 for two pairs of glasses (BOGO offer) even though I have vision insurance. Needless to say a week later my glasses came back, picked up my glasses and got home only to learn my prescription was not correct. Went back again and this time waited almost 45 minutes to meet with the same optician, whose knowledge was fair at best. Now they charge me an additional $560 dollars for different lenses. SO now I learn that Im being charged $1000 dollars for my glasses which is preposterous!! Ive tried to call their store and nobody ever answers the phone.. Finally I get a general customer service hotline that must be in another country since the rep doesnt speak English. He tells me he emailed the store manager and I will get a call in 30 minutes. Its been 4 days now and they still have not called me back.. This place is a complete ripoff and sham..

I can only say good things about Jupiter Stanton Optical. this was my 1sttime . the staff was great & most of all it was clean. when I went back to pick up my new glasses I was meant by the new manager Tara. She was so helpful & funny to, she made my day . she will be a great asset to the store.

Sadly, my mother passed away and I had to shop for eyeglasses for my mother to wear for the viewing because hers became damaged. I was devastated from her loss and was in a time crunch with only a few minutes at lunch while I was at work to find glasses and then I knew I had to immediately leave after work to get to the airport on time. I found a pair of eyeglasses that looked identical to the ones my mother wore. I only had a $100 bill with me as I’d forgotten my purse at work. Tara told me they didn’t have change for a $100 bill. I didn’t have time to run back to get my purse or I would’ve been late for my next appointment. I started to cry and she asked why. I told her what the eyeglasses were for and she said please just take them as they were on clearance and she would just damage them out. She gave me a hug and told me her mother had just passed away too from a similar illness. We were both crying in the store and then another customer saw us and also started crying. Tara demonstrated such compassion and listened to my story. You don’t get this kind of personal, caring customer service in many places anymore. I highly recommend Tara and Stanton because of the service I received.

Great service, they have a really good no touch appointment setup where the optometrist is able to remote control the vision test which is really neat and I was able to get an appointment immediately after calling to set it up.

Purchased a set of glasses in January 2019 for over $400plus. About 18 months in, the anti-reflective coating on both sides of both lenses started slowly peeling off. Store wanted to charge $106 to replace the lenses. The lenses were not under warranty even though its obviously a defect. This was in the Jupiter store.I called the corporate office to double check if this was indeed the policy. Told me that the lenses had no warranty per their system. Mind you that these glasses were $400 glasses, but not some designer frame or anything. Just very overpriced glasses that have a manufacturing defect that Stanton does not stand behind.Draw your own conclusions, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Co. to anyone

Only one other customer in the store. The manager and one other employee were in the back. 1. They both saw me but neither acknowledged my presence. 2. Asked if I would be contacted when glasses were ready. He said yes. Was never contacted. 3. When I p/u glasses, I tried them on but was not told/ asked if they needed to be adjusted. Glasses slid off my head (when I was looking down) and now there are a few nicks in the lenses. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer serviceWont be going back to that location 🤔.

Tara was excellent, but this place is so disorganized. They incorrectly documented my prescription and then made me jump through hoops to get a copy of my corrected prescription. Had to call customer service 5+ times and spent hours trying to sort out something that was result of their mistake in the first place.

I paid a lot of money and I had a problem with my daughters glasses, like small broken points, the first time they changed them and now 1 month later the same thing happened again and they say that it has no guarantee (which by the way they did not offer me) as if my little daughter outside banging her glasses against the wall

Was traveling from out of town and forgot my contact lenses. Called Stanton Optical and provided them a copy of my RX and they went beyond to track down some contacts to get me through my trip. Im not a client, but they took care of me as if I was. Customer Service like that doesnt present itself much these days and I appreciate them.

Great experience with my step son and while prices are a bit high, they worked with us on getting a second pair at a reasonable price and gave him a free glass cleaning kit which he was thrilled with.

This place is a scam. We called for my son’s eye exam and the lady over the phone told is the fees. When my son reached there, the person at the shop started selling us the contacts and i told him that that I was just interested in the eye exam. He denied us the service without selling contact lenses. Be ware! They do not give those conditions over the phone and will try to scam you.

My experience was good until the delivery of the glasses. I was told my daughters glasses would be mailed to her as they were unable to process the order and she needed to go back to college. This was not done and we were not contacted regarding the pick up either. The glasses sat at the location for almost a week. When we called to inquire as to when the glasses were mailed we were advised that they were still there. I understand things happen and asked if they could please overnight the glasses to her. I was told that wasnt the policy that they would not overnight them. I was extremely disappointed and told the associate I would pick them up and overnight them to my daughter. They eye doctor told my daughter she should be careful driving at night without these glasses which was a great cause for concern. I wasnt upset the mistake was made I was upset the error wasnt corrected in the most advantageous way for their consumer. When I picked them up I got an Im sorry. well maybe they were or maybe the werent but to leave feeling like well they got my money and that is all they cared about left me a bit underwhelmed. This was also the third time I had been there in the past year for myself and son. For a matter of the cost to overnight glasses they probably lost a family of 6 who will go elsewhere next time.

5 stars for Frankie Ortiz who is always so courteous and was working very hard to serve every customer who came in today by himself!1 star for Stanton Optical as a business that staffed him by himself, and schedules everybody for an appointment to come in at the same time while one person is working.

I usually see an eye doctor located 45 minutes away for my contact lenses. About a month ago I decided to give Stanton Optical a shot. Michael is the new management at Stanton and he made my visit easy and fun. Great sense of humor and great deals on glasses and contact lenses. Come to think of it all the people that work at this location are awesome. I will be using Stanton for all of my eye needs in the future.

I work for a dental corporation thats structure is actually an identical layout of Stanton. They offer free exam and have phenomenal deals on frames. We too offer free exams for patients. Ive been having a continuous issue with my eyesight and its been effecting my work, so I made an appointment for an exam. When entering, I found someone at a desk and informed them I had an appointment. He (Chris) let me know I needed to pick some frames and well discuss pricing, once we agree I can move forward with my exam. I thought I heard him wrong, and decided to just find some frames while I waited. I found two frames since he said there was a BOGO on frames. After sitting back at his desk and telling him I liked these frames, he goes on and quotes me $460 and change for the frames and LENSES (which is had not even been recommended or treatment planned for). I let him know I was more than happy to get some glasses but with COVID I cannot afford to make a purchase on the spot but Id be happy to come back after discussing the financials with my fiance and make my purchase. He then leans back and states I cannot get my exam until we agree on a price. I CLARIFIED asking So you are telling me I cannot get an exam done to check my eyes by a professional until I pay for lenses I dont even know that Ill need yet? He answers something about due to COVID and them being an essential business, thats how things are working now. This is absolutely wrong. I understand - my profession offers FREE care and we know many people will just get the check up and not move forward with care/financials. BUT that doesnt mean you dont help those people. I called corporate immediately afterward and tried confirming if this was how their business model was currently working. The wonderful call rep stated this was ENTIRELY backwards. I was supposed to have gotten my exam FIRST and whatever the EYE PROFESSIONAL treatment planned for me, I would then be quoted for it. I am appalled by this kind of treatment and hope nobody else gets gimmick-ed into their foolery. Im sure their doctors there are good, one of them was a patient of my office, but their management is horrendous if this is how they do business. I will be posting this review on all search engines.

Took my son for his first eye exam here everyone was so kind and caring to my sons nervousness.I also had a exam as well so that my son could see how it was done and they were very understanding. During the whole process from exam to picking out our frames we had plenty of help and thanks to Michael Rochester for being so helpful with choosing frames. We did the promotion of buy one get one free and its a wonderful deal. Unfortunately it seems most people complain about this particular deal because people misunderstand that the lenses are not included but without this promotion it would have been way more money. I am so pleased with our experience and we will surely be coming back in the future for our exams and prescriptions.

Michael and Joe were extremely helpful, listened to what I needed. I was having a problem seeing out of my glasses that I had picked up at a different location, went in and Joe did an adjustment and sure enough he fixed them and now I can see with no issues. I Would definitely recommend going to Stanton in Jupiter...Thank you guys.

Bait and switch tactics. “ Bait-and-switch is a term for a scam where a business advertises a great product or service for a low price. “ They advertise eyeglass specials and then tell you they aren’t available or jack up the options. 2 for $59 actually equals over $200 with their mandatory Options. This tactic is illegal. If an advertiser promotes a special they need to deliver on it, not change the requirements once they get you in the door. Consumers can file a lawsuit against a marketer for false advertising like this and I plan to look into it. The only good thing about this was the optometrist. If you just want an eye exam with no eyeglasses then go here.

The WORST customer service experience in my life. In order to get good customer service you have to call corporate. They first messed up my order when I would call to find out the status on my corrected order I got attitude. One employee admitted they have gone with a cheaper company for their frames which would explain why my glasses broke had to bring them in to get fixed after a fee. And today they broke again. I am very careful with my glasses but they are made out of plastic. Save your money go someplace with better customer service and better glass with well.made materials
