If I can give them a zero I would!! The staff is horrible. Stephanie is rude and miserable. IT REALLY SHOWS in the way she speaks and treats customers. Do better walmart optical. Im glad I didnt do my eye exam.

Made an appointment yesterday for this morning and they said they did not have me on their list (different person this morning). I have been here for a couple of years in a row. They switched ownership since last year and no longer accept my insurance. I work for a large company with great benefits. Thats okay... if they dont want great customers, we can go find great vision providers.

Dr.Gordon is fantastic. She spends time with you and is very precise. Dr. Gordon listens and is very professional. I highly recommend her.

A couple of years ago I went for my annual check up. Every year for 20 years, I had to get a stronger prescription which was costly because of my eye needs. That year, my insurance changed and I had to go to Walmart. The doctor there told me she wouldn’t sell me new glasses, and I had to see a medical doctor. I was upset over not getting a new prescription, but went to MED doctor as advised. Guess what, I had cataracts! Every year, other doctors kept selling me new glasses.I had the cataracts removed and now at the age of 70. I don’t need to wear glasses at all under any circumstances. Nice to have honest doctors

I found their staff to be rude: nothing overt, but the way the optician approached me and spoke to me was snarky in a subtle way. I felt as if he were annoyed that I was in the store. I was just looking and didn’t even ask for his assistance. Costco optical is much friendlier.

Had a great experience there today. I must have looked at every glass case before finally choosing one. Staff was very patient and friendly.
