Pharmacy will not pick up the phone on multiple occasions. Had to give up after waiting over 40 minutes each time. Regarding immediate medical prescription that yet again was not in stock for me. CVS quality control please act I have never had a problem with other CVS pharmacy’s.

The pharmacy staff at this location is rude and lazy. As of today, September 10 which it has been more than three (3) weeks since I stopped by the Pharmacy (August 19, 2021) asked the Pharmacy Technician to take the picture of my bottle with all the information to get my medication transferred. She was so RUDE, I asked her when do you think the pharmacist can make a call to get my transfer? she responded whenever she (Kate, I believe that was the name of the pharmacist) has time, then I asked her so, when do you think she will have time? she responded 72 hours. Like I said at the top of the letter, it has been more than three weeks, no one ever called, texted nor email me to let me know the status of this transfer. I am not a new patient. CVS needs to fired all of these employees. There are so many hard-working people that needs job out there. They appreciate and respect their customer and makes CVS images much better than these employees. They are very lucky that I gave them one star.

CVS off i95 has all New Landscaping, and the Whole place has been just built. Its one of the nicest ones I have seen yet.

I was so excited to get a pharmacy so close to my home but this pharmacy is the WORSE! They are extremely slow and absolutely refuse to answer the phone! You wait forever in line in the drive thru .. it’s almost like they are ignoring you on purpose! I’m moving my prescriptions to Publix.. I just can’t deal with it any longer.

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a flu shot during a pandemic. The rest of my family basically walked in and out of another pharmacy chain for the same in under 10 minutes. They’re failing at a core competency.

I’m sitting here at the CVS in Jupiter. The pharmacy staff is soooo slow. I wait nearly 10 min to have someone help, ( I’m only one in line)Physician called in prescription yet it’s not ready. Had other times where they don’t have the medications. My wife has had similar expreciencea. When I called earlier it took 15 min to get someone on the phone. Look at how many 1 star reviews there are.

Pharmacy is not helpful. PERIOD!

The slowest cvs pharmacy EVER WAITED 20MIN AND THEN WAITED 10MORE WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW (drive threw)

Terribly slow pharmacy. Doesn’t usually bother me because I know they are busy, but when you are waiting are the only person in line, and you don’t even get acknowledged for 10 minutes, that’s a problem.

This is the worst Cvs pharmacy ever!! They always have only one person working there and I’ve waited more than 20 minutes just to pick up RX and when you call you get put on hold for about 10/15 minutes and that includes hanging up and having to call back in hopes to get a person on the phone. Why have a pharmacy if you don’t have any body working in it? Will never go through this pharmacy ever again! It’s more convenient to go to the location in town off military

This is the nastiest CVS Ive ever been in. Bathroom floors were covered in urine and used toilet paper. Snot stuck on the walls. All of this from a CVS pharmacy. I will never ever stop in again

While the Manager and staff in the store are fantastically helpful and nice, I would never recommend the pharmacy to anyone. I went to fill a prescription for my eight-year-old son and was told that they would not do it for me because it was so far away from my home address. I work very close to this CVS and I was shocked. The pharmacist told me that I need to go back to the other CVS that I used to get my prescriptions from. When I explained that I dont live near that CVS any longer and that this was much more convenient due to the proximity of my work, he still refused. Im not one to give a poor review, but I have been a loyal cvs customer for nearly 15 years. It was a disappointing experience and I will never shop here again.

Spent 30 minutes while they tried to bill TRICARE for meds. Finally said they DONT DO MILITARY.

Great pharmacist. Too bad the pharmacy tech is just the opposite; so bad in fact its easier to drive across town once to find competence than waste drive to this cvs only to leave in frustration.

Lynn the pharmacist, was probably the nicest, sweetest, and most helpful pharmacist I’ve ever come across. She was great!

Called in my sisters prescriptions as she was struggling with depression, at this time there were no issues. When I went to go pick up the prescriptions the next day they could not give me all of her meds due to an issue in the system. He then proceded to tell me that there was no need for her to be on medicine A because it was the same as medicine B even if the doctor, who had been working with my sister to help her, called to talk to him. He then proceeded to tell me to call the doctor again even thou they clearly were not open. I will never come here again.

Refused to tell me if they had my medication in stock . Every other pharmacy told me it was back ordered. Very rude an unprofessional.

Love the store and pharmacy is great.
