Had a first lesson scheduled last week Saturday and they made me drive to Stuart pool 35 min away which was closed and on service. Was swimming other the wire and instructor said: “it’s ok just move it to the side”. The instructor was not following PADI manual and left me in the pool saying we can’t continue. Unprofessional and owner is rude, as well don’t know the PADI rules. Trying to get my $$$ back. Please report them to PADI don’t be shy.

Jupiter Dive Center is by far the most professional and passionate organization in South FL. The dive guides are experienced, polite and incredibly helpful to all divers. The owners are fantastic and truly care about your experience. 5/5 would recommend!!!

Current was Ripping, they didnt care at all. Just there $$$ to be made. Other Boaters were Fishing at Wreck and Chumming there Fish to have a better Target and the Suppostly captain of the Fleet was Very Un-Proffesional Running and Gunning the Scuba boat around them trying to upset them so they move and us to Dive. Very Disturbing I felt and All the Scuba Divers were SAYING WHY HE ACTING LIKE THAT Few boat Avoided the confrontation and as True Captain, the pick up Anchor and Moved. This Jupiter Scuba Club is Only for them. Current bad and threw us anyway and were drag away badly. No Fun been out of Air by fighting the Current. Not Even a * star. One of the best dive centers in Jupiter. The entire crew is super professional and ready to assist you with setting up your gear or any questions you may have. The captain does a great job getting you exactly to the spot of the dive when you drop and the dive master was very professional and helpful on the boat and during both dives. Highly recommend!

I use this shop/ charter pretty often and they are always do everything they can to ensure that everyone has a fun and safe dive. I got to see the Goliath groupers this weekend with them, and that dive showed me again that they’ll always make sure that we are safe before anything else, which is why I’ll continue to use them.

Stopped in today to look around and walked out with a bag full! Gotta say what a great store! Clean, organized and the people were AWESOME! Will definately be stopping in again.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. As we did not even get to dive. After telling them on the phone when booked that this was our first dive and again on check in, they waited to tell us until we were on our way to the dive site on the boat that we could not dive with them because it was too rough. They proceeded to turn the boat around to take us back to the dock, cutting into everyone else’s time in the water to drop us off at the dock. So after driving four hours and a stay in a hotel it resulted in absolutely nothing but anger and embarrassment. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional experience.

I went on my first deep boat dive today with Jupiter. The crew was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring. I could not have had a better trip. I saw lots of sharks, loggerhead turtles, a sting ray, and groupers. It was really awesome!😁

Went diving yesterday with Jupiter dive center, Was A great day on the water and under as well. First dive I had an issue with my CCR once I took care of the issue the crew was on the ball and helped me quickly get my unit on to save my first dive. Captain Tim dropped me in to join the group and was greeted by a 10 FT tiger Absolutely beautiful animal !! Second dive Tons of shark, Logger head turtle, Hawks bill. Plus to many other species to list. As always this shop is on the ball and the crew is spot on every time I dive here. Highly Recommend using this shop !!

More expensive than the others, I expected better service. At any rate, what baffled me is that even though I was buddying with the dive master, she didnt check with me on the air level not only once. Staff was ok but not great

Did a last minute addition for a Sunday afternoon dive and Jupiter did not disappoint! Ended up doing the wreck trek where we saw a ton of sharks and grouper! Did a decent job of running with the current and had great surface amenities with hot coca and snacks to stay warm. Shop was very communicative and friendly.

Thanks Jupiter Dive center for a great day of diving for my bday. Recently had a horrible experience with Emerald Charters and so happy I found you guys. Super professional and the crew always ready to help. Divemaster Brooke very knowledgeable and explained both dives to the gust on board prior to diving in. He led the group and pointed out several sharks, lionfish and a higher loggerhead. Will continue booking dives with this charter.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the professionalism and customer-centric focus of JDC. I am in the shop for one reason or another at least 1-2 times per week, usually to fill my tanks. Gerry, Lisa, Sam, Adam and the rest of the staff are always there to assist with whatever scuba issue I may have. They have the components I need, and when they dont they arent bitter or upset if I go somewhere else. This place is the definition of a local dive shop - their captains are experienced and their sales department is honest. I invite all divers to go there when theyre in Jupiter and see for themselves the top notch level of service they provide.To prove Im an actual human being Ill list my limited criticisms - the owner is a tough guy and can handle it. Note that these comments do not detract from the 5 star rating they deserve:1) The per-trip boat cost is exorbitant - extremely higher than surrounding shops. I have a 12-trip card at a shop 5 minutes away at a price about $40 less per JDC dive. In transparency, I have not approached Gerry on trip card prices, so he may offer something similar or better priced than the competetor.2) They perform hot fills at this shop. Neighboring shops, including one in a very bad area (the hood) do tank fills in ice cold water. About 20% of my fills from JDC have not had 3442 psi and instead are closer to 3000 psi. In an attempt to fill quickly they have also ruptured one of my burst disks due to the thermal gradient (only had to pay $7 to fix). Since I am pretty good on air consumption this isnt too big of an issue, but like most divers I value when a tank has a full fill in it after paying good money. Gerry prices his fills very competitively on the fill card, however, so when I get a partial fill Im not that upset. Hes a good guy. Pro Tip: Ask for Sam - he fills the tanks slow and ensures they are full. Sam is a top-notch employee and deserves a raise.3) This is a no-bullshi* shop, which depending on your circumstance can be a good or a bad thing. My family is from the northeast, so I am used to this attitude and can handle it. Sometimes when the shop is busy their courteousness may be slightly less than what youll encounter with the surrounding shops. That being said, I view the shop as one to visit for more advanced and self-reliant divers, and I understand they are in a dog-eat-dog business, so when this occurs I dont take it personally. I finish my business, move on, and visit them again when theyre needed.4) They are a Scubapro platinum shop, which can be good and bad. Anything Scubapro I wouldnt dream of shopping anywhere else, and their level of expertise with the Scubapro line is undisputed. For other branded items, however, sometimes it can be difficult to purchase and locate through JDC.I look forward to continuing business with JDC as I advance my diving education, and wish them success and continued operations in our community. They are staple for North Palm Beach County divers and hope they are here for many years to come.

Jupiter Dive Ctr is awesome! They helped me get certified for Nitrox, and really helped me out as an adaptive diver. Im a disabled vet and took up diving as a new hobby a couple years ago. Gerry and Lisa Carroll run a well organized dive shop. A special thanks to them, and their staff, for making my dives safe and enjoyable. Sandy, Adam, and Troy went out of their way to assist me in any way they could.Seeing sharks while diving nearby reefs was sort of awkward as Im a Minnesota boy. We dont do sharks.I say, if youre an adaptive diver, or thinking of becoming a diver, give these folks a call. One of my dive buddies recommended Jupiter Dive. Theyre about a one hour drive from Ft Lauderdale.

Our first time to dive with JDC and I dont think it will be our last! JDC helped us with a spontaneous trip to see the Goliath Grouper spawning, even recommending hotel and restaurants. Shop is large, well-stocked (Scuba Pro) and operated in an amazingly friendly, safe and relaxed (but efficient) atmosphere. All our dives were drift dives and the current was very strong. We covered 1.3 miles on one of our dives and that was with us making stops! With confidence in the crew, we quickly became comfortable diving our own dives and maximizing our time. 7 dives, 3 days, used their rentals. Masks required on property and on boat. Equipment was perfect. Boat was clean and safe. Crews were amazing. We got lucky with our timing and with picking JDC!Goliath Specialty - Taking the Goliath specialty wasnt a must-do before going down but Sandy Carlson made the Goliaths WAY more interesting in the water. Nice to ID male/female, several behavior patterns, etc. Goliaths are congregating on the Zion wreck right now for spawning and currents were too strong to go there our first day, which was really disappointing, but we got there the next day and they were mind-blowing!! Probably 50 Goliaths in 2 areas. We waited for other divers to proceed and got to watch behavior from our specialty. We want to go back and see if we can score 2 or more Goliath dives next year.Jupiter Wreck Trek - Currents were probably too stout for new divers, but we loved it! For Goliaths we stayed on the Zion most of our dive, but wound up on the Esso Bonaire, which was some easy, not really penetration into a fun, very visual wreck. Lights really make the colors pop. Since we flew solo on this dive, we were relieved the Captain’s compass setting was dead-on. Having that made us much more confident diving our dive.Lobster Diving - Wasnt interested in this, but others on the boat were, so we hooked up with their dive and had a blast watching the lobsters get caught, analyzed and often released. Great experience to do this with experienced lobster hunters and wound up with a new interest!Blue Heron Bridge - Were Master divers with a ton of dives and experiences, but this was a fun, easy and unique dive… we were told #1 shore dive in America! We splurged on a guide (since this was last minute, a guide let us be lazy with prep) and diving with Steve Watkins made it much more informative and enjoyable.Team - Alex was incredible! Helping reattach lights, lust over new fins and an attitude that never dipped. Hannah was another marvel. I was frazzled due to timing, she was not! Always helpful and calm under pressure. We dove with Troy, Brooks, Alex and Angelo and all were amazing. You never know what youll get on a dive boat and these guys were all top notch. Our Captains were amazing (oops, names?) and we were especially grateful for day 2 Captain getting us to at least one wreck dive. Lisa and Gerry were the masterminds behind getting our trip to actually work out. They operate a terrific dive shop! Wed actually considered diving different shops each day to get a different experience, but we didnt want to go anywhere else :-)Misc – JDC recommended the Best Western and things went smoothly and safely. Dive Food – We scored big time with Subway (806 N Old Dixie Hwy, Jupiter, FL 33458) opening at 7a each day (don’t believe Google, glad I called), so breakfast and boat lunches were quick, easy and on the way each day. Restaurants –Great meals at Blue Point (Sandbar Salad!), Food Shack (the creative dishes will shock you when you see it’s a hole in a strip center), Jetty’s (upscale and very relaxed) and Frigates (delicious salad and tacos). Tourism – We really enjoyed the Loggerhead Maritime Center. Other than our easy access to Cozumel, we rarely go to the same place very often, but after cold diving the last 2-3 years, Jupiter was a surprise delight! Warm waters and a fabulous experience. Ready to go back!

What a great organization. Just returned from a charter and the staff is great and the diving is/was awesome. Went out on a 2 tank dive, charter starting at LemonDrop - plenty of sharks to see. second dive was Tunnels what a great small reef at just 65 ft, saw everything, Reef sharks, turtles, Galactic grouper, and all types of other fish. Thank you JDC! Cant wait to come back!

Amazing is all I can think of the dives were great the captain was awesome so friendly and helpful the crew was on there job making sure the dives went easy as possible and comfortable for all divers Hannah or dive guide was perfect attentive very informative and fun definitely 100% a must if u are in the Florida area. There equipment was top notch and can fill all tanks and nitrox aswell the shop had tons of items and supplies and great location had issues at the end with bank card so could not tip but will be contacting hanah to arrange a way to send one for them

Moved here from LA last year and fortunately I stopped by JVC to get situated for diving in Southern Florida. Now they are my home base dive shop. Jerry and Lisa run a great shop.and are very customer focused. They take care of equipment as well.since they have a great full service repair center.James webber my TDI TECH instructor works with JVC which is another benefit.

The dive crew was very attentive and helped with every step of the way including entering and exiting the water. They did a very good job of keeping up with the current regulations of Covid-19 and reduced the amount of exposure substantially. Great charter and crew, would recommend to everyone.

You should post what you allow and dont especially if its not a uncommon thing (like using a scooter) I would have been more than happy too go else were .but you would do a refund and onestly no that was only the beginning of that bad Experience wetter the better, narcosis and logger head all have staff to help you in and out of the water grab your stuff so your stuff does not fall back into the water.and all allow scooters

If youre ever in the Jupiter area you owe it to yourself to check these guys out! Even if you have to drive a bit to get there, try a trip with Jupiter Dive Center. I went on a dive with them to see the Goliath Grouper and they put us right on the money!!From the very start of our journey, the Captain of the Republic VII and Angelo, and all of the staff, made us want of absolutely nothing during our trip; they did everything for us. All we did was show up Hollywood-style and enjoyed the hospitality, sights, and sounds.Then came the real payoff - the Goliaths. They put us right in the middle of the largest school of grouper Ive ever seen. It was the most amazing trip ever! Give the folks at JDC a chance to wow you; you wont be disappointed!

Wasted $57 on ubers because this dive shop couldnt be bothered providing an email confirmation or voicemail about their cancellation this morning. Would not recommend unless youre ok with hit-or-miss dive trips.

I had such an amazing experience today with Jupiter Dive Center! The crew is friendly snd experienced, and the dive sites they took us to were spectacular!

Called and cancelled our trips hours prior to embarkment claiming the seas were too rough. Called other shops (Captain Kenny on Divocean) - and dove all weekend long with others in the rough 2-3 foot seas. Come on!? Will never use JDC again.

Dive boat didnt let us bring our scooters. They didnt have dunk tanks to wash gear. Boat staff seemed inexperienced. Nice shop

I just completed my first dive in more than ten years here. The Captain and crew were very professional. Safety protocols are followed. The dive sites in this area are nice. Jupiter dive center is a first class operation compared to other dive centers I have visited.

I LOVE this Dive Shop! I live in Florida and have tried numerous dive shops and locations and this shop is by far my favorite. They are a very safe operation and they have the BEST staff! The captains, deckhands, dive masters and the people inside the shop are all friendly, knowledgeable and just plain fun to be around! The boats are spacious with room to store your gear under your seat. Great dive sites with all the best sea creatures to see. They have any equipment you may need for purchase and the customer service you receive is excellent. If youre diving in the Jupiter area, this dive shop is the best in the area!

Jupiter dive center, lets start with the fact that the owners are right there. Not behind the scenes, they know your name, they care about their business and the customer service they provide. So do the employees which are very knowledgeable about diving and the servicing of the equipment they sell. You get this feeling just by walking in the front door, when you look around the shop and the showroom of dive gear that would make any scuba diving enthusiast drool. Walk out the back door and there sit the vessels which will take you out to some of the worlds best scuba diving. Dont believe me, just book a trip and ask any of the regular customers that are on board why they call JDC their first choice for scuba diving in Florida. Ask them what they see when diving with them, ask them why they keep coming back. They will all have the same answer in common, top notch service and diving.

Great dive center, Great under water guides and above water captains and crew. And the surrounding waters are pretty good..Never really disappoint (remember that you are not in an aquarium, so sometimes not a great viz and no big animals) Turtles, sharks, Eels, Goliath Groupers and all the other Florida reef critters. Check the season, there is always something happening..

Overpriced dive shop, they try to nickel & dime you every time you stop in. I am a commercial diver who occasionally works in the area and has to fill tanks here. I avoid this shop like the plague. Employees are rude and only want you in their building if they think they can sell you $2K worth of overpriced gear you dont need.

Average. There are much better diving operators in Jupiter, west palm beach and pompano. I dive regularly in this area and I would not dive with these guys again. They are ok but there are better choices around.

Had my best dive experience ever here today !! Saw 5 Caribbean Reef Sharks, a few nurse sharks, and like 6 massive Turtles !! The crew was exceptional. Super nice, helpful and pleasant. Will be diving here again real soon. Don’t hesitate, just book !

I have had the pleasure of diving twice with Jupiter Dive Center. They have two spacious and modern boats. They do accommodate technical diving. The shop is well equipped and staffed. The atmosphere is friendly. Two tank trips are reasonably priced. I would highly Recommend this establishment.

I have about 400 dives all around the world with quite a few different dive shops. Jupiter Dive Center is one of the best I have ever had the privilege of diving with, if not the very best. Marcelo exudes a quiet competence with his professional and understated demeanor. I completed two specialty certs with “Scuba Steve”: Peak Buoyancy and Navigation. Both smartly delivered and during the practicals Steve was able to help me focus on specific weaknesses. Dive captains are all total pros with excellent safety briefings and a well run boat. Dive masters are there to assist to the degree assistance is needed. Even though dives are led experienced divers can peel off and do their own thing. They don’t miss a thing.

Hello, I did a great dive with you today . Saw a lot of amazing animals and was happy with the safety aspects of the pick up for the drift. I am a diving professional who worked as a commercial diver and now am finishing my DM for the rec side so was diving here in hopes of bringing groups from my shop in Tampa to your location but had some communication issues with what we were looking for on this dive between our staff and the shop. Obviously having a issue like that should be spoken of I think personally but was advised by a staff member that if I want an answer I should use this format. Although a bit confused I hope you can help me. But I prefer to not talk about a issue on a open format that to professionals may be trivial but to guest look like a problem. Let me know who to speak with properly and on what format so I can work out the issue. Again, great drift dive. The young woman who led the dive had a lot of knowledge about the turtles and truly enjoyed being in the water. I for one enjoy that when I am on a dive as a customer. Great job on that staff member!

This was a return trip for us at Jupiter Dive Center. I would not dive with any other dive shop in Jupiter, Florida. The first time I dove with them in 2012 they were fabulous. Amazing to see some of the same boat captains and dive masters when we returned this weekend for some more diving. Excellent staff on both the Republic VII and the Republic IV. Thorough dive briefings, great safety requirements. The boat has a dive spotter and the captains get divers back on the boat quickly. The dive master points out interesting features on the reefs before going down and makes sure you see interesting sea life. I would never dive with any other shop in Jupiter.

If you are looking for individualized training this is the place for you! My teenage son obtained his certification and advanced training here and when my daughter was old enough, I knew just where to take her. My son was certified with them through Boy Scouts (which says something) and now has advanced/nitrox. Scuba Steve was a fabulous instructor. Since it had been a long time, I took the class with her. I thought I would be anxious for her (and myself, if I am being honest), but we were so comfortable on our check out dives. He spent a very thorough time with us in the pool the first day. On our second dive we were prepared for a drift dive; we saw amazing turtles, sharks, and grouper. More importantly, we learned how to scuba safely. Everyone in the center was so encouraging when we were certified. I cant wait to go back for more!

Gerry and the staff at Jupiter Dive Center are outstanding. I have dove with them several times, and highly recommend them. All the staff are reliable, knowledgeable & very friendly. They know all the great dive spots, and make all divers feel comfortable.Parking is close to the boats, and loading/unloading gear is not an issue. The crew is super friendly and will help you carry your gear to & from the boat.I am an active scuba Instructor, and would recommend this boat for both fun & training dives. It is always a wonderful experience to dive with Jupiter Dive Center.

I recently did a drift dive with Jupiter Dive Center on Sunday the 29Th of June 2014. I was very impressed with the staff on board, One crew member, Melissa, was especially hard working ensuring all clients that needed any assistance with their gear or help in getting in or out of the water were taken care of. She never took a break! I highly recommend this Dive Shop.

A professional setup, great captains, great deck hands and great guides. The only negative is sometimes the boats can get a little too busy. But I would always dive with Jupiter dive center as they are a great bunch.

I had my first open water dive with them this morning, what an experience. They were extremely professional. They knew every divers name before we even got on the boat. They made sure we all knew what we were doing and felt comfortable. All I can say is that this will be my go to dive shop in the jupiter area. Very professional, and a very competitive price. I have dove twice with Jupiter Dive Center, and each time it was an incredible experience both above and under the water. The dive spots they choose have some of the best diving for wildlife in all of South Florida. The staff was helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend it for anyone diving in Jupiter.

Great staff, I enjoy diving with them. Boats are clean and easy on and off . Highly recommend you try them if you haven’t yet. I have also enjoyed their dive trips which has taken us to exotic places like Wakatobi ! Looking forward to many more dives with them.

My diving skills needed a tune up. Although diving for over 10 years, I had not been in the water frequently enough to have an automatic skill set. I just completed 2 instructor assisted dives with Lester and feel I have gone to another level. He was calm, patient, clear...an excellent natural teacher. He gave me insightful tips I had never heard before. Drift diving was new to me and he made it seems easy. He complements an already excellent professional staff and JDC is lucky to have him. I look forward to many more dives with this great shop.

The dive guide was very good at explaining the dive site and helping point out some really cool stuff (a huge loggerhead or two and a few Goliath groupers for example). The comments about the diesel fumes are spot on. I was mildly sick from them but at least two people didnt even do the second dive because of the smell. I will not return to dive on that boat because of that.

Just got back from a week long group trip with 16 divers and had an excellent time. I worked with Lisa who was EXTREMELY helpful and made the trip the best it could be. We did 3 days diving with JDC and 3 with Walkers and Lisa coordinated all the logistic which were many. All the staff including DMs and captains knew their stuff and made sure we had a safe and enjoyable time. As a group leader for a week long trip I can use all the help I can get and I cant wait to go back because they made my work easy!

Brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. I have been diving over the last 10 years and really enjoy diving in the area of jupiter. Every time I go to this area I am amazed by what I see. Jupiter dive center is not the only dive company in the area and definitely not the cheapest. Typically I prefer to go on my own with my buddies but yesterday was urged by staff and guide that we MUST stay with the group in order to see the reef. We followed the guide as asked and spent the entire dive looking an a sandy ocean floor. This was great disappointment as we did make a day trip of it to have a less than spectacular experience. I gave them two stars because after filing a complaint they did refund us for the dive and 2 tanks. I might consider using them again but I prefer a company that is not focused on filling as many people on a boat as possible and delivering great costumer service. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Lisa in the shop is Fantastic. Friendly and Very attentive to divers requests or needs. She remembered the details of our conversation days previous and made sure all thoes things were followed thru with.Captain Tim is incredibly skilled at boat maneuvers and Great attention on safe operations. I had never done free ascent before. I was throughly impressed when Captain Tim spun the boat around and backed so that the ladder very perfectly drifted into my hands below my safety sausage without me moving. Drops and pick ups were flawless.Divemaster Dave was a great leader. He throughly went over the dive plan and reviewed the places and highlights of each dive. He was attentive and caring during the dive keeping our group together and checking to make sure everyone got out safe.The best mate we had was Tyler. He did an excellent job making sure every detail was ready before divers lined up for entry. Tyler also paid special attention to those divers who needed special assistance and was eager to be of service.The dive shop as a whole is a well run organization and excellent location to dive. I felt confident the whole time diving 6 tanks over multiple days. I will be back and I will be sending fellow divers to them as referrals.Thankyou! -- Capt Brian

Have had the pleasure to dive with JDC for years and they have always been first class. On 6/11/19 they added something special to their normal trip schedule and included a run down to West Palm Beach to do the Ana Cecillia wreck. As always, the Captain and crew were outstanding! Good food between the 2nd and 3rd dives and a relaxing boat ride when moving between Jupiter and WPB. Their willingness to try new trips and always outstanding customer service is what separates them from the rest!

I worked at JDC for several years and now take my kids there as a customer. The only place I will get my gear serviced. My go-to shop when I need anything.

Very knowledgeable and experienced crew. Took my 14yo junior diver daughter with me and the crew made sure she was safe and comfortable. One the first dive the captain dropped us right on top of a 250+lb goliath grouper and a couple of 6ft lemon sharks! The grouper was obviously used to divers as it followed the group like a puppy dog. At one point the dive master rattled his float ball reel and the grouper came to him like a well trained dog! The girl on dive boat (dont remember her name) helping out the divers went above and beyond. She assisted every diver from their seat to the back of the boat and back again making sure each diver was safe. While the visibility on the dive was not so great, the captain and crew made sure we had the best dive we could have.Excellent crew, excellent boat, a top notch operation.

Dive staff top notch and a great experience. However, my sister called to book it and the pricing was very misleading. She was told over the phone that equipment was included in the price ($70pp). We took most of our own gear, but she needed a regulator and wetsuit and that was an extra $42. Then, the air tanks were $33 pp on top of the $70 charge to dive. The price breakdown is not available anywhere online, so we were a bit surprised when we got there and ended up paying quite a bit more than we expected. Diving is expensive, I understand that, just be upfront about how much you charge.

My wife and I went diving on March 18th with JDC and it was amazing. The boat was in tip top shape and the staff was incredible. We hadnt dove in a while and they gave us a quick lesson on our Nitrox settings and how to set our gear up. Mike was the captain and Bob was the dive master. The diving it self was amazing with all sorts of sea life and a few sharks. I highly recommend them for your S Fl diving

Very disappointed in this dive operation. Traveled across the state at O dark thirty on the 25th of Aug to dive the wreck and the goliath groupers, after we were assigned to the VII we learn from the Captain that some of the divers wanted a reef dive, and most of us wanted the Groupers, we went to the reef with the second dive to be done on the wreck. Did not happen!!, the viz was bad, I know that is nothing that can be controlled but if the Dive shop advertises Goliath Grouper dive it should be made known what boat will go there. Would not recommend this operation .

Hello, My name is Rana, and i recently booked a dive trip through you guys, i unfortunately was VERY unaware of how bad my motion sickness is and had no clue i was even sea-sick, i mainly only ever dived in calm areas with little to no winds, ao i ended up getting very sick in the middle of the ocean.much to my demise, i didnt get to dive and see some cool lemon sharks, but i also suffered from a panic attack, and was simply not a cool cucumber to be around.i am writing this to mainly thank the crew that helped me feel safe and secure, mainly bob, who kept talking to me and not letting me feel like a burden.the store manager, who was a very lovely woman, and talked it out with me and explained to me what our options are.and to the boat captain, who very generously drove the boat back to drop me off, and adding 30 minutes onto the total dive trip time.id also love to thank Sam, who picked me up from the drop off location and DROVE me back to the center.not only did you guys refund me, but you went above and beyond to calm and help a very scared person who was alone and in need of comfort.i wish to thank you for your exceptional service, and mostly your humanity.id love to come back, when the winds arent 18 MPH and i am loaded up on anti- motion sickness medicine and fully enjoy what you guys have to offer, if of course youll let me.thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.

NEVER USE THEM OR SHOP AT JUPITER DIVE.They do not watch their divers. They drop their divers in on boats all the time and leave them. Jupiter dive is very disrespectful when you try to talk to them. I would not recommend Jupiter Dive because they do not have the safety of their divers in their best interest.

JDC is a very well stocked ScubaPro shop (my favorite gear), and in addition it has the BEST crews and captains in the area. I told Captain Mike yesterday (it’s a tired adage but true) that we’d been diving with the rest, and now we dive with the best with them. From the shop workers to the deckhands to the dive masters (Dave and Bob are the coolest people - make sure you have a chat with them if you can!), JDC knocks it out of the park. I’ve been continually impressed with their high level of service. Thanks JDC!

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating on dives. Maybe a little on the pricy side for tanks and nitrox (ends up being around $60/dive) but for newcomers in the area, theyre a great operation.
