We flew down to Jupiter Thursday and dove with this company Friday! Amazing crew, boat, shop, staff, dives what else can I say? Amazing people to have fun with! Robert at the shop... what a great guy he is honest and helped us with buying gear!! We bought our first wet suits and BCDs. Friday we went on the wreck trek dive and a reef dive. The crew on the boat super friendly, and great guides we felt safe and had so much fun. Best dive trip so far along with the shark dive on Saturday. Recommend these people anyway anytime! Go dive with them!!

Had an amazing weekend diving with the ScubaWorks crew! The customer service is impeccable and the captain/crew do everything to make sure all divers are comfortable and have awesome dives. We did eight dives over two days, and their efficiency and punctuality is very impressive. Captain Kenny handles the boat like a dream making entries and exits a breeze. Kayla, Bryan, Zach, and Austin are the best in the water and on the deck, always there to help with anything a diver needs.It is also important to note that this operation dives when others cancel - I am confident in the captain and crew’s judgement and know the dives will be safe and spectacular. Can’t wait to dive with them again!

Fantastic Captain and crew. O/W driver w/ about 35 dives here. We went on two drift dives over ledges.We saw turtles, Goliath grouper, sharks. They said the visibility wasnt good today, but I thought it was great. We checked around for pricing, and they had the best prices for two tank dives in the area. Rental tanks were waiting on the boat. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend. When we come back to Jupiter, this is who I will use for my diving!

I usually dont write reviews or recommendations but in this case, I have to make an exception. We had a great dive with Scuba works this past week in Jupiter FL. A group of Scuba Friends went on two days of diving with this outfit. Drift dives over some very nice reefs. I cant say enough good things about them. The boat was clean, the captain knows his stuff, and there were two fantastic divemasters on board that made everything easy - I was very impressed by them. If you need to dive in Jupiter FL, Scuba works is the place to be.

I did my open water and enriched air certifications with Lex. She was an AMAZING instructor and I had so much fun in her class. She teaches in a way that I found fun and easy to understand. I had such a great time that I’m already signed up for advanced with Lex too! Can’t recommend her and the rest of the crew at scuba work enough!!

Great folks, great shop, great dive experience! At first I was concerned as phone conversations were a bit tough- on hold or call you back. But once I got there I saw how busy they were with in person customers and phones taking care of everyone, I completely understand. Our instructor, Fini was great - loved the Bridge dives for Open Water refresher. Boat dive was fantastic. Going back again.

My favorite dive experiences have been with the crew at ScubaWorks!! Dove on the lighthouse and tunnel yesterday after not diving for two years and the competent crew made sure all was well and bonus was Goliaths, big turtles, morays, and my first reef sharks !!!

Purchased 4 sets of bcs, regs and computers from Scuba Works and am very pleased with our equipment. Great people to deal with and Robert walked us through every piece of equipment to get what worked best for us. Treated my whole family like their own. Dove today went around 80 feet and crew was top notch. Great for new divers.

When I called the shop lex was spending one of her work days in the shop she made sure to book me for the perfect dive, checked what tanks I need and she was so upbeat and excited she made me really excited to dive. I then made sure to go diving on a day she was working the boat so I’d have the same energy out there on the water. I learned everything I did from her. You will have So much fun with her underwater!

Scubaworks is the best diving operator in SFL. Friendly and personable, I’ve been diving with them since 2015 and yet to have a bad experience. While some of the employees have changed, the new ones are attentive to their patrons and work hard to ensure you have a safe and fun dive. Their full service shop is well stocked, clean and has reasonable prices. Their diving boat is well designed, comfortable and conveniently departing from the Jupiter inlet. This reduces the amount of time navigating to dive sites which are always filled with abundant sea life. I highly recommend completing your certification classes with them. Beware, you will return to this spot over and over again.

I went diving with them today (3/3/21) and it was amazing experience. The crew was friendly and helpful, and our dive guide made it so we could just relax and see all of the beautiful creatures. In two dives, we saw probably half a dozen sharks (Lemons and Nurse), close to a dozen large loggerhead turtles, and about a half-dozen Goliath Groupers. One of my best days diving in about 250 dives.

Diving is out of this world with Randy. Its a very unique experience to encounter sharks up close and personal. Things that you see on National Geographics and Discovery channel, guaranteed to see it with Randy, it is quite an experience. Have seen more species of sharks on 6 dives than in my previous 150 dives, top notch operation. We did two trips and always has been a 5 star experience. Great boat, excellent lunch on the boat in between dives. Did my nitrous certification, one on one interaction, very good and informative class. Will be back soon !

Great reef and wreck dives on Divocean again this past weekend. Superb divemasters and boat captain. Safety and comfort of the divers come first at Scubaworks. We have been diving with them for the past four years and love the entire staff. Friendly and professional in every aspect of the operation from the shop to the gear to the diving. I have even witnessed the divemasters lifesaving skills when two years ago, one of the divers ran out of air. I was impressed as they rushed to her aid, calmed her down and then took her safely to the surface. Perfect.

First time going out of Jupiter vs WPB. Chartered 4 two tank dives over a long weekend with Scuba Works. Great experience, dropped on different bottom, lots of sharks and turtles, impressive bottom with almost “wall like” diving. Seas were rough one afternoon, Capt Andy did a great job positioning the boat for pick ups. Entire staff from people who answered phone to the staff present at the dock/on the boat were all very pleasant and accommodating. We have our own boat and do a lot of diving so we are very familiar with what needs to get done and observe how it is managed. Highly recommend Scuba Works, we will be back - goodbye WPB and hello Jupiter! Also, we brought another couple who are new divers and had not done drift diving before - staff was great with them and they had an “amazing time”. They are planning to return again next month to Scuba Works! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Great Dive shop!!!Went for our first solo reef dive today - we were both kind of scared. Crew were AWESOME and really looked out for us, helped check out gear was set up right, stayed with us going down, made sure we did all the computer checks we were supposed to do and stayed with us for first ascent. Husband’s fin strap broke, boat had spare flippers, I was way underweighted but our dive guide, Lex (who is amazingly nice) helped me with extra weight she had. At end of dive, boat is completely on the ball and ready to pick you up immediately.Boat was pristine, crew help you get all your gear on and off the boat and they have great snacks.On top, the reef was awesome, so much to see! Loggerhead turtles, moray eels, schools of fish everywhere.Highly, highly recommend Scuba Works - classes, dives, equipment rental and purchase.Thanks for a great time !! (The little bus divers....)

Scubaworks. There are too many good things to say about this shop than can fit inside of a google text-box.Every time I visit the shop or take a trip on their boat their level of customer service and professionalism is beyond anything in a 50 mile radius. They actually give a s*** about the customer and want them to have a good time, with properly maintained equipment with employees who are vested in their guests wellbeing. I have done many levels of recreational PADI training with scubaworks and recommend them for all new divers and those who want to continue their education. Their trip cards are competetively priced especially if you catch them on-sale, and their boat is immaculately maintained, safe, and piloted by experienced captains who take your safety first. Their dive guides are engaged with the clients and know the areas they are diving.To prove that I am human Ill list my only criticisms, which should not detract from their 5 star rating. Their General Manager is a tough guy and can handle the criticism, I have taken many classes with him:1) Scubaworks caters to the recreational diver. This is their niche and they do it flawlessly, better in my opinion than almost all of the surrounding shops. For divers who are more advanced, looking for more of a challenge, and want to experience the technical realm Scubaworks does not offer these services, trips, gear, or training. If Mr. and Mrs. Cates would explore the opportunity of serving technical trips to those in the area (Hole in the Wall, Playground, Rebreather divers) I believe they would offer an expanded value proposition and would fill a need for tec divers in Northern Palm Beach County Florida.2) Fill Pricing: I currently fill my tanks with another local shop because their pricing is vastly more competetive, especially when bulk fills are purchased in advance.3) Instructor Expertise and Depth: I have never had a BAD class at scubaworks. For their pricing it is appropriate. At some points I have wished the classes were a bit more depth and challenging.I wish nothing but the best for scubaworks and look forward to continued business with them in the future. Their employees are courteous, motivated, and nothing less than top notch.

I purchased a groupon to take my open water diver certification through Scuba Works. I did not know anything about their dive operation prior to buying it. Everyone I dealt with at Scuba Works is a true professional. Everyone is kind, helpful, and very down to earth. The equipment they gave me to use for class was top notch and in great condition. My instructors name was Mike Downing. I can’t say enough good things about him. I was very nervous, and wasn’t catching on as quick as some other students. He made me feel comfortable and helped me push through some of my fears. I highly recommend that you request to have him as your instructor!

Scuba Works is a FABULOUS place to learn how to dive. Did my AOW today with Mike Downing and Christy. Very fun, patient with teaching and did a great job with my teenage son. Buoyancy was not my forte but Christy and Mike worked diligent with me and gave me tips to help me get buoyant. Look forward to future dives with Scuba Works and learning from Mike Downing. There are other dive instructors who are fabulous as well..Professor Nitrox, Brandon and Aaron. Those guys are great, patient and fun to learn from. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE to learn future dives but here!! Very very happy 😊

TLDR, if youve been looking for a dive shop or trying to get into Scuba, look no further. Rental gear is nice quality and taken care of, staff is great, prices are fair (even compared to online retail)So Ive been coming here a month and realized I didnt even drop a review.This shop is wonderful and the people here are wonderful, welcoming, and patient (even before a purchase or reservation).I saved for a bit and got myself an entire system (BC, Reg System, Accessories, Computer, etc). Since I got it all here I got some discount and some boat trips on DiveOcean packaged.Much of what I ordered wasnt in stock due to back order and the shop let me use their rental gear until it all came in. They helped me set it all up, gave great advice, and Im loving everything.Some staff Ive interacted with who have all been just great (whose names I remember, sorry if youre not in here!!!):Robert, Kayla, Matteo, Todd, Brian, Brandon, Finny (spelling?), Austin, and Lex (I hope I didnt mess that name up, too).Not only the staff, but I consistently have met great people on DiveOcean and in the classes there.

Scuba works was amazing to work with! I had Jeremy for my instructor. He was very good on making sure you understood everything and during the dive he was always making sure everything was okay. And during the dive he shows you a lot of sea life that is not visible to someone who hasn’t done it before or that isn’t familiar with sea species. It was a very cool experience and with very knowledgeable easy going instructors.

Excellent Open Water Diving Certification class. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure students have a fun learning experience, as well learn proper safety in the water while diving. I was impressed with the level of commitment of the instructors to the class. Many times the class was assisted by multiple dive professionals in case students needed 1 on 1 instruction. If you want to join a community that loves diving and wants to share their love of diving with others, go to Scuba Works!! In addition to the excellent, friendly, staff, ask for Robert Peters will make sure you have the dive experience you want! He has 30 years of experience, and still wants to hang out with the beginners and make sure they are having a great time as well. Hands down the best decision I have made!

Literally the best. Exceeded all of my expectations. I had taken entery level classes with Adam Rees as my instructor and he made the class fantastic. He made everything so comfortable and relaxed. I never felt he was in a rush or didnt want me to enjoy the class. His patients and knowledge created an environment that questions or extra help were easy to ask for. The entire team made me confident to dive and ask a question if I was unsure. I also price shop equipment and found their prices to be very competitive but when you add the service the value is in unbeatable. Id you want to learn to dive this is the place you want to go. Five stars across the boards. They are awesome.

What an amazing experience! My husband and I did our open water certification with Robert and Jeremy and cannot thank them enough for the hard work they put into making the experience great! They are so knowledgeable about diving and they make sure safety is the top priority, so you know anyone coming out of their program is going to be someone you can feel comfortable diving with. Even though weather conditions were not ideal for class, we all persevered and bonded more because of it. Had a wonderful time diving with Scuba Works. We had originally planned a dive with another dive company, but their boat broke down, so we were referred to Scuba Works and I am so glad they did. Great experience!!! We got certified together as a family and Scuba Works with our instructor Austin D were excellent. We learned so much and we all agree that Austin is an amazing teacher who is highly skilled and engaging. He really made our experience the best it could be. We highly recommend Scuba Works and Austin and we can’t wait to take the advanced certification in the near future.

After a bunch of weird snafus, everything worked out alright. I got refunded after effectively missing a charter and returning rented tanks half an hour later. The reason for the four-star is because there was a miscommunication (on their end) on a last-minute tank fill (through the manager), and there was nobody to fill it in the morning. Nice people.

I got certified almost two years ago, which almost didnt happen but for a patient instructor, and my life literally can revolve around diving. Fantastic dive charter. They were very helpful in all areas and provided a great crew and boat for the dives. They even carried my gear to the boat and back to the curb. I recently completed my open water certification with Scuba Works. I wanted to get certified so I could dive with my son who got certified at summer camp. The classroom part of the class was great, but my first day in the pool I almost quit. I didnt even realize how anxious I was about it until I was in the water. Rob and Cheryl were AMAZING. So patient, so kind and so very reassuring. I got through it all and just got certified this past weekend. I cant say enough amazing things about this shop. Everyone we have encountered has been super friendly and helpful. I went from being on the verge of quitting, to completing my Nitrox certification... I just got done with the Open Water Padi Certification class and it was 100% worth it all around. My instructor Michael Downing made my experience special and did everything he could to make the class as great and productive as possible. The Scuba Works team is a family and is always helpful.

Went on my first boat dive since completing my open water certification yesterday! My stepdaughter and I had a blast! We saw a few turtles, a couple Goliath groupers and countless fish and corals. The crew on Divocean were very accommodating and the other more experienced divers on the trip were very friendly. Started my course with Rob, and because of a eustachian tube issue was not able to equalize, took care of the problem, came back and finished with Michael Downing, after a while out of the water, I had a little catch up to do, Michael was simply the best! He was patient, super friendly and finally my dream came true, thank you Rob, Michael, and everyone at the shop who answered my 1000 questions with a smile on the face! Each and every interaction with the staff at Scuba Works was so professional and positive; from scheduling the course from afar to the friendliness of the staff in the dive shop, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. My boyfriend and I just completed a 4-day open water certification course taught by Adam and Lauren and as a first time diver, I didnt anticipate being so anxious about some of the skills until I got into the pool and really struggled with taking my mask off to the point where I almost quit. If both Adam and Lauren hadnt been so amazing Im not sure I would have continued. They were so patient and helped me calm down until I felt comfortable with all of the skills. I cant say enough good things about them and Scuba Works! I hope to be back one day and thanks to them, I look forward to a lifetime of scuba diving :)

Its a family and friends atmosphere that always offers the best products & services for the absolute best price.Last October I enrolled in a Rescue Diver course and the renowned Donna Askew brought us a level of experience Id never known. The safety and techniques were direct from the source and will always be there when I need them.I recommend Scuba Works for ALL your scuba needs!

Wanted to get my certification for few years, and been procrastinating... checked different shops did my research and never felt comfortable to pull the trigger.When I came to the store at Scuba works recommended by a friend that got his certification there, people were so nice and helped me through the process and made me feel welcomed. Then I decided that here I am gonna get my certification!Finni helped me getting the right gear and the whole experience it’s been over the top!Honestly I thought that it will be a lot harder!To my surprise it was pretty easy and pleasant experience!Thank you Scuba Works!I ll be back for next certifications!

Great staff and boat!

Scuba Works has a great staff. I learned how to dive here and now love going on their dive tours.

I dive with Scuba Works a few times a year and they are always consistent in giving me a great dive experience. I have been lucky enough to have Aaron (A-Ron), Brandon and Rob as my dive instructors and each time they impress me with their knowledge, professionalism, kindness and safety. They all do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and prepared for whatever the ocean is throwing at you that day. I will be divingn with Scuba Works for years to come.

Fantastic. Professional, quality and safety first. The Boat is spotless and comfortable and safe. The instructors and professional first and knowledgeable. Patient and absolutely there to help you enjoy yourself. They will keep you safe. Your gear is checked. You are assisted on off the boat. They feed you and have sodas at the ready. Nausea meds on deck! They think of everything. You come up from your first dive and they have prepared fruit to enjoy. You wont find anywhere else where safety and quality meet these standards. Treat yourself. Scuba Works!!!

Received me open water through this shop and returning to take my advanced. Adam took care of myself and the entire class every step of the way, going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I live in Orlando and drive here for all my scuba needs, that should paint a picture on the quality of this shop.

I have been affiliated with this awesome family run dive center since Jan 2011... Am i biased.. Yes! But Im still right when I say they will go out of the way to make you happy. Training, gear selection, dive trips... are all first class.

So I just found this place and I wanted to reach to everyone and tell you guys about how amazing the service was here. Adam is the man! He helped me find a mask that fit really well and was super informative. Ended up getting a lot of stuff and will def be coming back here for more info and stuff.Must stop by for ocean lovers.

I think, especially with these, the more detail the better. I got my certification with Stephanie (Fini). The course was awesome, Fini knows her stuff, she’s done an insane amount of dives and really walked you through everything. You can rent everything you could possibly need from the shop and they are happy to run you through any questions you have. I really appreciate this, since diving can be scary for a first timer.After the course I took a trip on the DivOcean for a two tank trip. There are no words for how incredible the crew was on my trip. Zack was deck hand and when I had trouble equalizing he was so comforting. He walked me through what I can do, told me I could take as long as I needed before going back in the water and they would drop me with the rest of the group. I felt more confident going back in the water, and that leads to my captain.He was so freaking competent. He took in the tide, water conditions and clarity so that when he dropped me in the water, by the time I equalized and dropped down I was right on top of them. My mind was blown, he knows, like KNOWS, his stuff. I would trust him with anything. Where to get the best views, if the water is going to be low viz, what I should worry about? Brandon. Done.Kayla was the diver on my group. She crushed it. She went through my gear with me, talked to me about what I will see (I now know how to signal for turtle) and she was with me the whole way so that I didn’t miss a thing.If you’re considering getting you cert, going out on a dive, or just simply buying equipment, ScubaWorks will set you up. This is that sign that you picked the right place.

Great, friendly staff, reasonable rates. Super helpful, made sure we got the right fit and the snorkel gear worked out great. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

I was introduced to Scuba Works by a very good friend and was very impressed with first impressions. They have a well stocked store with quality equipment,a complete service dept and most importantly a very knowledgeable, courteous staff. I was in the market to upgrade my equipment and found Adam to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and what he didnt know he was eager to find me the answers. After using my new equipment for a couple of weeks and going in and out of the store, Dan was more than helpful in making some minor adjustments and recommendations. Im really pleased with my purchase and the level of service by the staff at Scuba Works. Another thing notable to mention is that they book several dive charters in the area including their own boat where the service is top notch. I have since introduced a number of my friends to Scuba Works and if you havent, stop by and meet them. Youll be glad you did!

We visited Florida from our home in Virginia. There are many dive shops in the area, but I was so thankful I found Scuba Works. The people are skilled, friendly, and go out of their way to ensure your total satisfaction. Their are many choices when you travel, but these people made you feel like a long time customer.
