When I arrived home last night I was unable to open my garage door. I found their company on the internet and called them for advice. While they were driving in their car they asked me to send photos of of specific mechanisms so they could analyze and over the course of 6 back and forth phone calls they talked me through a solution which enabled me to open the door ! They did not ask for any monies or try to sell me anything and I came to find out they are husband and wife and owners of the company. INCREDIBLE customer service and just nice people. I highly recommend this company.

Omar, Terri & Mike of Residential Garage Door Service did an excellent job installing a hurricane-resistant garage door for our home. Even though I have fixed other garage doors in the past most of the time, about 2 years ago, I called Omar because of a broken part on an opener that I was not able to fix & he took care of that and did other work adjusting the opener & doors to make sure that everything was functioning 100%. I told him I would call him when we were ready to have the 36 year old garage door replaced with a new one. His company is honest, they do high quality work, their prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.

Called Saturday morning at 7:30am. At noon Omer arrived. Excellent service. Fixed the broken springs, tested, lubed everything and fixed a loose bracket. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience with this Company. I wanted my garage door fixed and did not know who to call. Went on line and found this Company and I must say it was the best that I could have found. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Omar came out, assessed the problem, explained everything to me, and the door was working that day. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Omar and Terry. My door was old and was sitting for quite some time but Omar did not push to sell me everything new. He felt he could use what I already had. I did decide to go with a new opener and he returned within a couple of days with it, installed it and made sure I understood everything before he left. Great service! My garage door spring broke on Saturday morning. I called for service and within two hours they were at my home replacing the springs. At no additional charge Omar did a tune-up. Adjusted the chain, lubed the wheels, and adjusted the sensors. Pricing seemed to be very fair... especially when considering the 1st class quality of workmanship.

Omar saved me today. Spring on the garage door broke. Hurricane windows and doors being delivered tomorrow morning. They came right out within 2 hours and fixed the door for me on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

Tired of impersonal service and being switched from person to person without any answers? Omar takes pride in his work and Terry was great with communication, permits and paperwork. Omar fixed the door enough that it worked for us until the new Hurricane door was permitted, delivered and installed. Everything went smoothly, so bigger is not better.

My garage door failed at the most inopportune time. My neighborhood facebook page had this company listed as a recommendation from a happy customer. --- (Ha, many of us had similar issues around the same time!) I called them and they came out the next morning and gave me an estimate for a quick fix, or new installation. I chose the new...better value and it was probably time! Highly recommend them. They are reliable, super easy to deal with and prompt! Nice family run company.

Old unit. I told him I wanted a new one. He said he wanted to look at it. He fixed in 2 minutes. Sold me an old 10 year remote for the price of a new one for $40 dollars total for 5 min $140. Broken again 3 months later .this happened twice this year! I trusted him !! Guess he makes more money with less work on a ridiculous so called service call. Call a handy man better off... Talk about excellent customer service, its midnight and Omar just left our house. He came out on an emergency call at 11:00 at night, and managed to secure our old garage door that was bent and came off the tracks. The door was hanging half open and ready to fall on our car. It wasnt easy but Terry literally managed to straighten the door out and secured it so no one could get in, all without touching the car. What a relief. THANK YOU OMAR! Great job!

I called Residential to correct an improper garage door installation by another installer. Omar expertly converted the garage door springs and saved me from completely reinstalling another door...a garage door installer genius!

Extremely professional! Came by next day (my only day off that week), had all parts on hand to get my garage door working and no longer binding. I had purchased a new opener assembly (just incase) with the chain rod that had bent. Instead of just installing it, they advised me I didnt need it and it could return it instead of charging me for the install unnecessarily. Couldnt be happier with the service they provided myself and my family. They also guided me on routine door & track maintenance to avoid future issues. Value of what I was charged to the adjustments and repairs that were made exceeded my expectations. Would recommend them 110%
