DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.We were looking to have our 6x8 entry double front doors replaced with 3 light double doors. When we met with Vince at their showroom we really liked him. After we finally got a quote from him we said LETS DO IT. Then, didnt hear back from him. After few more emails we eventually got him to send someone out to finalize the measurements. Then we didnt hear from him again for another week and when we did he said The next step is mine…I will prepare everything for your approval…Door + install + permit + tx and send it to you. I am totally open tomorrow; thus, I will get it to you then. :( After a month went by I reached back to Vince who said, Jon…I dropped the ball…frankly, I lost all of my information from the door company which I will get today and get back to you…That was it. Never heard from him again. So I can only say DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Amazing as here we were ready to spend thousands of dollars and couldnt get them to work for us.

We have been using The Window Professionals for the last ten years. They provide such an excellent experience there is no reason to go anywhere else. They excel in product knowledge and experience especially on difficult jobs. I strongly recommend you check them out before you go anywhere else!

We recently had CGI impact windows installed in our home by Window Professionals, using their installers and contractor, Pahl Construction. To say that we are pleased with these windows and the installationis an understatement. Not only did the windows come in a bit earlier than expected, the installers, Pahl, did a great job of installing them. They came into our home (mask and gloves too as we requested) and sectioned off each area, for each window (so dust would not accumulate) and after the window was installed, they made sure the area was cleaned appropriately. I have to compliment Tyler Pahl, owner, who supervised the installation and came to our home numerous times to make sure the job was going as expected. Our real satisfaction involved a number of items; It was a pleasure purchasing the windows at an attractive price from Window Professionals, the owners Son, Justin was a pleasure to work with and he was very patient with us during the window selection, the oversight of the job by Tyler Pahl and his crew and after the job was completed, anything that needed to be touched up or repaired, they came right back to take care of it! That alone made a huge difference, we didnt have to worry about the odds and ends that needed to be taken care or and we did not a single worry that the contractor would come back even on the smallest item. They have been and were right on top of this project. Finally, even though we did not have a cost but would have been a cost when I signed the contract, some of the windows had a bit of caulking on them, just from the installers handling them which is normal. It is terribly hard to get this caulking off a window if you dont have denatured alcohol. Well, Tyler Pahl sent back to one of his men to handle this for us! At no cost too! They removed the caulking for me, since I have a spinal injury and could not do it myself. That was a great thing that they did, his effort made our lives so much easier! Thank you Tyler! Any stucco that was chipped off during installation (which is normal) was immediately repaired as well! On a side note, one of the owners, Emelio, came to our home to also inspect our project/installation. That makes a difference to us as well! So, I have to say that we are exceptionally happy with Window Professionals, the ownership of the company, the salesman who helped us and especially the contractor and owner, Pahl Construction and Tyler Pahl! We have sliders next on our list and a front door and we will not hesitate to use this company and contractor again! I highly recommend them to those of you who want impact windows and I also recommending them to my clients. Thank you!

Just finishing up replacing 26 windows 2 sliders and 2 doors at the house Done in 5 days, and everything looks great. Good installation crew, everything is completed professionally, and they covered everything inside with plastic as they moved around the house replacing windows and doors. Highly recommend.

The Window Professionals were highly recommended to me and they didnt disappoint!I wanted to replace my 40 year old windows with impact windows and did my homework contacting 5 companies. After several quotes from the most expensive one installing the poorest quality windows to the most reasonable installing the best window available! This last and definite quote was from Emilio owner of The Window Professionals.The Window Professionals are wholesalers and apply the wholesale price to all costumers, making their quote the most competitive. They also represent the 2 companies that manufacture windows in Florida and I chose the better ones for an unbelievably reasonable price!The windows came the day they were supposed to come and they were installed in 4 days by Tyler Pahl of Pahl Construction.Overall the experience was flawless from beginning to end and my windows look amazing!

Working with Window Professionals has been a horrible experience. The salesman Andrew is a pathological liar. He will tell you whatever you want to hear or is convenient for himself, regardless of the truth. I came to window professionals due a friends recommendation. That friend has since had a similar experience with Andrew and is no longer working with window professionals.Now I sit with an unfinished job and a company with full payment who has little urgency to address my problems.On 8/11/18, I ordered 5 very large (60”x120”) commercial windows and 1 standard double hung window from Andrew with Window Professionals.Windows were delivered on 10/29/18.- Three of the large commercial windows had scratches on the glass.- The aluminum decorative covers for them were scratched.- The single small window was the wrong sizeThe 5 commercial windows were installed the first week of November.On 11/26/18, CGI sent out a factory team to repair the scratches. The scratches buffed out on 2 of the 3. The third ended up with a baseball size distortion where one of the scratches was and CGI agreed to replace the pane of glass under warranty.Five months after ordering (1/12/19)- Andrew left the company.- The 6th window was never ordered.- The Distorted glass still isn’t replaced (see picture).- Trim covers aren’t on site or installed (see picture).- Permit is still open waiting on 6th window.- Notice of Commencement isn’t pulled (supposed to happen before pulling permit).

I was very impressed with these guys from start to finish. The salesman, a younger gentleman named Landon, made me very comfortable by not only finding the right windows for my condo (I was nervous, I didnt know anything about windows!), but also walking me through what to expect during the installation. The installers did an excellent job of covering everything in the rooms they were working in, and kept tidy during the whole job. I couldnt be happier and Im amazed by how quiet my condo is now! Great company.

We were so pleased with Window Professionals. Landon and Jeff were very helpful through the entire process. I installed all the windows myself (don’t recommend that unless you have professional installation background) and they provided me invaluable tips along the way.We will be purchasing a new entry door soon (they have a beautiful entry door display/department, not just windows) and we will no doubt purchase it from Window Professionals.We will definitely do business with them in the future. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional company. The initial salesman that came out was great and communicative. However, he left the company mid project. From that point on, issue after issue. To start, they failed to get my paperwork in on time to Ygrene which resulted in having to run my credit twice. This is after weekly calls asking if I could assist in any way. Next came ordering the incorrect windows. Which was only noticed after they took out the original. The installers spoke zero English and it was reliant on calling the company back and forth to ask questions. After the new windows were replaced, they cracked one. We are now 6 months in the project. When that window got replaced, they then failed to take pictures of the install and keep the stickers on the window. I had to go chasing after them to pull from the garage. When time for the inspection, it failed on the first window and was missing screws. Almost the failed the second time but we came to an agreement. Through out all of this, the owner Todd, started out friendly but then made it seem like I was the one that was wrong. Jason was the second installer and he was wonderful! Only saving grace. I had high hopes as friends used this company but I will never recommend them as the customer service was horrible. Errors happen, but it’s how you handle them.

Window professionals does not take responsibility for installers they recommend, read their contract is is written to only sell you the windows with a recommendation to find a good installer. After 5 months of being jerked around by their salesman and his manager, which included one installer they recommended that wanted to charge me $700.00 for the permit (correct cost $80.00), I used a second installer they recommended who completed installation without A permit. Windows Professionals had no interest in securing proper permitting for installation, even though they signed a condo association document taking responsibility to secure proper permits for installation. My recommendation based on my experience DO NOT USE!

This company put me through hell and it took them 10 months to get a 3 month job done. Piss poor communicators and plain do not care what experience their customers go through. The contractor they used was fantastic....going through what we went through the way they managed my project...I would not wish on my enemy!!!!!

While we were Initially pleased with the installation, the end product left us with one window that did not match the others in color of glass. After repeated attempts to get something resolved we have not heard from the company in well over two weeks. We can’t see how it is acceptable to install two different color glass on the front of someone’s home and it be appropriate or professional. We can not recommend this company.

Friendly customer service! I had all of my windows replaced, and Window Professionals promptly replaced a window that incurred a stress crack over a year later (although I believe there was a $50 fee, as it was out of the installation time period). Would definitely use them again!

We also had our roofer come to see if this was a roof leak. As it turns out, it was a roof leak.What is most encouraging is that when I asked if Window Professionals could come by at same time as roofer to ascertain the problem, Window Professionals President, Jeff Karlsen, had his installer come out immediately. They moved their schedule around to accommodate us. Their responsiveness and concern was fantastic, they have pride in their work and stand behind their product. We have used Window Profssionals for the past 20 yeast as our ONLY source for windows and doors. They are the finest group of professionals in the industry. They are honest, helpful and concerned with their customers present and long term satisfaction with the products they sell and install. No need to rely only on the manufactuer because Window Professionals has always stood behind the installation. They have contacted the manufacturer and are willing to use their relationship with the manufacturer to see to it that your needs are protected. I called a week ago asking for an estimate on 5 impact windows and a slider. Courtney said she would have an estimator call me back. A week later and no call. I guess they dont need business.

Terrible service, delivered windows that were not working properly, doors and locks incomplete and will not return calls as they were paid in full upon delivery. Andrew, our source, who was terrible was fired, then Emelio, our next source is equally as useless as the last guy will not show up as he promised and is now avoiding the project. Complicated hurricane doors is not something anyone can do so they put us in a real terrible position as we cannot lock our house... and clearly they don’t care. 5 months of this run-around.
