I requested service from their website. After having to call them a few times the tech came out to look at my gate motor, it was old and damaged from a lightning strike. He diagnosed a bad part and called his supplier to see if they had it but if not a new system would be needed. He told me he would call me back in the afternoon. I have called them a few times since then with no results. I do not recommend this company.To add some context to your reply, I acknowledged it was old and damaged both to you in person and in my review, above. I was not against getting a new one but you were going to check and see if the part was available, first. I called you days later asking for an update. You told me the supplier did not get back to you and you were going to their shop to see if they had the part. You said you would call me that afternoon, again, you did not call. Failure to communicate is the reason for the 1 star.
