The best conch fritter I had ever had in my life was in Key West. Not anymore. I just had the freshly prepared conch fritter today, tossed it into the oven and ate it with their suggested calypso sauce. Pinders Seafood has THE BEST conch fritters in all of Florida! If you enjoy a fritter with lots of conch meat this is for you. Its going to be a seafood appetizer for me from now on, anytime I pick up some fresh fish to grill from Pinders. Simply amazing!

This place is great. My wife and I came down to Jupiter to visit with our family (2 boys, 4&6) and ended up here two times, back to back days picking up our dinner. They’re good with kids. They brought lobsters out to touch, and talk about and overall just friendly people. Great food:- Lobster bisque was not too thick, good consistency and flavor- Stone crab - pricey but worth it, get the mustard sauce to dip- shrimp - cooked perfect- oysters - Blue point & Great Whites were amazing- Red Snapper - mild, if you grill do on foilWe’ll be back for sure if/when we’re in the area.

My family has been long time customers. They used to have good fish, good premade dishes, and good soups. They were pricey, but the cost could be justified.At this point, and for reasons I cannot explain, the quality of what they offer has taken a nose dive. This has been declining for a year or two. After over a decade of shopping here for seafood and precooked meals, we will be getting these products elsewhere for the foreseeable future.As a local business, we would like to shop here, but as rational humans we cannot subject ourselves to what they have been offering. A shame.

Exceptional customer service. Excellent quality fresh seafood options. Great suggestions made by staff. Attentive to needs and interests I expressed during my visit. Cannot express how remarkable my experience here was today. Came home and made seared scallops and shrimp scampi using their special Scampi Butter accompanied with their delicious cocktail sauce (red sauce) and was actually amazed by my own culinary skills. The scallops were buttery and sweet, soft and perfectly seared. Easily the best meal Ive ever made or ate. Highly recommended. Will definitely return!

I will NEVER go to Pinders again!!!! It was an awful experience. I drove up and noticed people standing in the parking lot. I also noticed people in their car. I heard people placing orders all around me. I read the sign on the board that said Call and place your order. I called and placed my order. They told me 30 minutes. I told them I was waiting in the parking lot. I noticed every time the older women came out and called the names of people waiting she also asked for other names who were waiting. It was about 5 min before my 30 min was up. I asked why others who had come after me were taken care of but, Im still waiting for my order? She said something is wrong with my credit card...then she yelled This isnt Wendys! Then yelled Youre early! Then two min later another guy brings my food out. This kind of bullying is unacceptable! Btw, I ordered 2 quarts of soup and a dozen oysters. If the lady on the phone didnt take my credit card already, I wouldve walked away. Unfortunately, I had already paid. Terrible service!Tonya

Great selection of seafood and everything looks fresh. They also have a small assortment of produce Id youre in a pinch. Theres a small selection of deserts and baked goods that looked very tempting.

Institution for super fresh seafood with a huge variety. Pretty much everything is locally caught so its about as fresh as it can be. The staff is obviously well versed and knowledgeable and even offer cooking suggestions for items that arent as common as others. They also have a selection of seafood dips that are incredibly tasty (like, dont leave there without one or more). Dont let the fairly sparse interior deter you. There are treasures to be found!

Delicious fresh fish. Very nice staff to help you. I love the fish dip. Soup is fantastic as well. You cant go wrong the only thing is it is very expensive and you will spend a lot of money here. But its worth it for a wonderful treat.

They sell a great smoked fish dip and rice crackers. We will go there again. The guy came from behind the seafood counter to help us find the right crackers.

Went there for the first time today. LOVE IT! Got the smoked salmon dip. DELICIOUS! Took some Wild caught Scottish Salmon and Mahi. Cant wait to eat it. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the fish looks fresh and from what I am told it is very fresh. The fisherman deliver it straight to them. I will post another review after I eat the fish.

We bought fish dip, clams, soup, and cooked shrimp on Sunday. We have been shopping there for over 8 years and first time the sea-food did not smell fresh. I had stomach problems since Sunday. As a concerned customer went to address my concerns to store and asked a for a refund today Tuesday and what a surprise unpleasant costumer service from Pinder store manager. She made me feel as my concerns are unwelcome and stated that it is not possible that the food sold was not fresh. She also made a comment that I probably cooked the food wrong and at the end said you better do not write anything on facebook as it is a lawsuit. Needless to say they just lost a customer.

Great variety (feels a little pricey to me, but thats just me). The layout makes it easy to browse their stock and get help from the counter-staff. Everyone is really friendly. Parking is limited.

I had an absolutely horrible experience there today. I called to inquire about the market because I saw them on the internet and showed interest in buying fish there instead of my usual grocery store. Well my wife and I picked out a large Pompano. Just one. Anyway the lady popped it in the scale and off so fast I did not see the price. The prices of the fish per pound was not posted as it is in most grocery stores. We’ll after they cleaned the fish as we asked I was handed a bag with a single fish. $43 dollars. Omg. I was in shock. I wanted to give it back but the owner hurried over and said that after they can not resell that so I was stuck with it. I walk away saying I’ll never ever come back. Here are the facts. My usual Grocery store which is Foodtown sells Pompano for $3 per pound. This store sold me a fish for $16 per pound.....over 5 times the amount. Well it’s true that at Foodtown the fish is posted as coming from China and is Farm Raised. I can only assume that at Pinders the fish is caught locally. The lady manager never did say or post where she gets her fish so I dont know.In conclusion. I have eaten the Pompano at Foodtown. It tasted fine. Is Pinders 5 times better. I’ll find out when we cook it later. Will I ever go back and pay those crazy high prices no.For $43 I could have gone to a fine restaurant and had them cook the fish for me with veggies and a salad and desert.Way way too Expensive $$$$$$$

Went to Pinders last Saturday! Got stone crabs and conch chowder. Amazing! You can tell they are from Bahamian decent. The conch chowder was full of conch meat and seasoned very well, not too spicy and it didnt have alot of filler that alot of places put in there conch chowder. Stone crabs were very fresh and sweet. Will defi nately be going back.

High prices....slooooow service. 9 bucks for half a sub... That was mostly bread. They do not carry cheese.. no toppings .. Sucked up 45 minutes of my work hour...and there wasnt a line.
