Great customer service - I’m not an expert painter, so it can be intimidating to pick out a nice color or the right paint, but the staff there made it very easy and quick.

I had admired my neighbors house and garage color and asked if he would share what color and where he purchased the paint. He was most gracious and gave me the formula. I stopped into the Indiantown Rd store in the TJ Max shopping center, very close to my home. The sales woman was Paula. I presented her with the formula and it didnt come up immediately. She looked at it and said one digit was not correct and sure enough it came up. She was delightful and very competent. I will certainly go back whenever I need more paint. The store is clean and very modern.

Amir is one of the best retail professionals I have had the pleasure of receiving advice, information and service from.He asked questions about my needs and listened to me explain what I was doing and looking for. It has been almost a decade since I owned a home and had to paint. I was referred to Sherman Williams by a professional painting contractor who uses their products exclusively and lauded their quality and the way they stand behind their products. That was enough for me to hear. A lot has changed in that decade. Amir made a recommendation based on my needs and I purchased Super Paint trusting his expertise.I painted today and could not be happier with the results. I looked at Behr at Home Depot, Benjamin Moore and other top rated paints, but after this experience I am a Sherman Williams customer going forward.
