We went here to get paint for our living room, kitchen area, and hallway. We specifically went with a color that we already knew and had used before to play if safe (grey cloud). When we got home and started painting, we realized the color was way off. It is awful and a powder blue and not in fact a match to what the color is supposed to be. My father-in-law who was helping us a paint and owns his own painting company was shocked as well and confirmed that he uses this color all of the time on jobs and has never seen it look like it did. So now we are stuck with $175 dollars worth of paint that is useless because the store did not mix it right. Avoid this store for paint and go somewhere else.*******Update to this review: Shortly after we did connect with the owner per his request as below on the review and I will say that he was very helpful and responsive in handling and addressing the issue, which I really appreciated so I updated my review to 4 stars. ************

I came here because I was working on a building which was painted with BM paints.I had codes and colors. I gave the codes and colors and they made the paint. All the colors are wrong. They upsold me to the highest most expensive paint saying that the building used this paint exclusively.This was incorrect. The building has a supply of paint which was the standard line. Not the premium aura paint @88/galSo now I have 3 gallons of useless paint.I wouldnt have bothered to leave a review but when I went to checkout I was treated like a second class citizen because I dont have an account there.Going to home depot for a color match now.

I recently bought some gallons of paint at the store and at the moment of the order, when the employee checked the items with me I overlooked that one of the paints were wrong, and when I came back to the store thinking that it was their mistake they showed me the notes that confirmed it was mine the mistake, but still they went ahead and refunded me for it.

All of the employees at this store have been very helpful. Ive been going to this Benjamin Moore store for the past 4 years and have never had an issue. Theyre very knowledgeable and quick to help me get out of there as fast as possible. Unlike most places when I walk in they know where I stand in line. Keep up the great service guys. Thank you.

Is more easy much and buy the paint and Home Depot to Benjamin More..... Im need only 1/4 for paint one garage door and this guys no sale 1/4 only 1gll...... The community tell you need to buy the paint and Benjamin More and Jupiter is the store with have the correct color........ Ok but this guys abuse for that

Went here two times in 72 hours. Once to try and find a waterproof sealer that could be painted over, and the second time to get a paint color matched. The first time the guy, an older grey haired gentleman, waited on me and very rudely and obnoxiously replied that he had never heard of it. I asked if Benjamin Moore carried anything similar to which he replied NO while walking away. I left wondering what I had done to solicit a response so rude and negative. I went back today with my wife. There was one person in the store. A younger guy with a beard waited on us and we asked about getting a color matched. The same older gray haired guy immediately spoke over this Guy and said they were too busy and that it would take too long. There is a problem with this man. He surely knows NOTHING about customer service and is rude on top of that. I went to Home Depot and got the paint matched, and also bought 20 gallons of paint, brushes, caulk and sand paper. Sherman Williams found me the sealer I was looking for and ordered me 4 gallons from the company that makes it. All in all this lazy jerk missed out on roughly 1000 dollars of business. I guess they have enough customers. I hope so because I sure wont be going back. Jim Parker, Jupiter, Florida.

Just wanted to comment on my experience at the jupiter paint store, the staff is friendly,very knowledgeable, i was in need of a certain metalic color, they went out of there way to track it down and had it ready for me by the end of the day,i appreciate the help and care.

Went in to buy a couple hudered dollars worth of paint and supplies. I was the only customer in the store. I asked a couple of questions and the employee with the beard pointed to the wall of samples and said go find a match. Very unhelpful and would appear to be a little lazy.
