Great customer service and did what many other places couldn’t. They had my windshield in stock and got me on their schedule, the very next day.My safety and registration were expired for 6 months and because of them, I got everything taken care of, the same day. I highly recommend them for any of your auto glass needs.

I called to get my front passenger window replaced that got shattered by a golf ball. They were able to get my new window installed the next day! Very quick & good customer service!

I am happy that Ace Auto Glass fixed the leak. They are excellent on communication. They make sure they are doing what you want them to do and confirming the information is correct. Five star on customer service.The price was not what I was expecting. So, I will see how long it will take for it to leak again because there are no guarantees which I do understand since they are not a body shop.

I initially had gone to them because people told me they were the cheapest on island. When Steve told me the price it was too costly for me and when I told him that he said they werent interesting in helping me install a new windshield. I think they could have offer other options or maybe refer me somewhere else but they were super cold and said they couldnt help. If you want to spend a lot of money and have it done by people with bad customer service this is the place for you 👌

Excellent business! Went it to repair a small crack in my windshield (required to ship Young Brothers). Repair job was excellent, but YB said it still wasnt enough and I had to replace the windshield. Ace Auto Glass was kind enough to credit to cost of the repair when I returned to replace the whole windshield. Kind, courteous, and professional. Mahalo, Ace Auto Glass!

1st time customer to bring in my Toyota Corolla for a windshield replacement. They were fast and efficient in installing the new windshield. I am very happy with the service.

They have repair my windshield for 200 something bucks before and now theyre charging 550, doesnt make sense . They said they werent interested in helping me . I understand they want to do things right but I dont understand the need to over charge me the second time. Wont be giving my $$$ der. Not pono

Really fantastic! The associate (I didnt catch his name)came out to the car was really helpful even though the parking lot was full. He was clear about what caused my damage and the price. He also was very helpful in letting me know my options about how to repair underlying damage that lead to the crack. Top-notch service this visit.

So Ace Auto Glass denied replacing my windshield today and said they couldnt help me. I showed up for my 8am appointment and was told that I would have to pay the full amount of the replacement instead of just my $100 deductible as per my Allstate Insurance coverage and claim. Allstate had called me and told me Ace was one of their preferred shops but Ace says they are having billing issues. I dont know what the difference between the $100 and the cost of replacement but they shouldnt try to have the customer shoulder the extra cost out pocket when they have 1st rate insurance. Im sure they would have gotten reimbursed and they should look to help the customer. Will probably not recommend.

Ace isnt really cheap, but you can expect them to do the job! They glued on my rear view mirror back onto the windshield. There was a nice, air-conditioned waiting room. A pleasant place.They repair auto glass, by the way.

Quick and painless visit, came in with nasty hard water spots and left with a solution after a great product demo. Mahalo guys!

I broke my rear windshield of my truck and they literally rushed it so I can ship my truck the next day. They were polite kind and very proffesional and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend giving them your business.

I have a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT model all I needed was a hatch for the back sliding window the guy told me to put a piece of wood and some tape there and that will do the job if I wanted something half past I wouldve done it myself commonsense right but I guess they dont have that are maybe theyre just too lazy to even do there jobs properly I dont care how much it was to fix it it wouldve been done so if u want someone to tell u to do it yourself u should go here...

Had to get front windshield replaced, thanks to small rock hitting it. Very friendly people. And they get it done in time frame they suggested (said 4-5 hours, done in 3).

I drove all the way there to bring my car in for an estimate, was told theyd call me back with the estimate when they put one together, and never heard from them again.
