The workers are absolutely RUDE!!And don’t bother calling, they NEVER answer their phones! This company is by far the worst water company on Maui for customer service.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED service.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a mix up on our last order when we were given the wrong product.After some miscommunication, the manager Ipo came up with a good solution.Water tastes great, it’s a local company and we will keep supporting them.Mahalo

Terrible Customer Service. Played games with us on billing. After notifying them of our new address, they still kept delivering to old address, and to this day charging us for their mistakes. The office staff is horrible. Unprofessional.

Horrible service. Overbilled. Sassy office workers. Bottles leaked all over and caused damage to the foundation of my property. Improper invoicing where they hide fees and mix water charges with deposits. Just say no and fill your own at the store.

Mind blowing-I sign up for they’re monthly service and the sales rep comes right out and brings me a cooler and 20 gallons of water right away... They never come back. I run out of water and call and I’m told 3 more days. It’s already a week late. They don’t show. I call again (now it’s 5 days wo water) and they tell me “tomorrow”. I told them if they can’t get me water today come and get your cooler I’m done. This is the mind blowing part... they can’t bring me water but within 2 hours they pick up the cooler and the empty jugs!!!

Customer service need to be addressed. So clueless it’s obvious why employees don’t last long. The delivery guys are the only good thing they have.

Saying goodbye to long time account! Since they moved to the new location I am done with Menehune Water. I stayed onboard mostly because of the friendly customer service and smiles anytime that I came in to get my water. I didnt have my water delivered for various reasons. When they moved their location to the new place it lost the efficiency and friendly smiles. The last three times I have had to go and get my water plus bring the old bottles and place them in the back. This never happened before, and usually I would be greeted with How many today? and a smile! Now it would appear that it is self service, and the girls in the front area are very sassy as if it were my fault for bringing our business to them. No thanks to that, there is too much of that attitude that has been pushed on locals. Goodbye to long time friends, Hello to doing it myself at the Water store and dealing with better temperament {my own}

Home water delivery made easy.

We order water for about 5 locations thru Menehune. They have excellent set-up service, they respond to our requests and theyre friendly when they deliver and on the phone. I see the other reviews and, well, no company is perfect. We love the water and its wonderful to have on-demand cool and hot water at the office and at home. Mahalo Menehune!

Sadly although the water tastes great, the company is very very poorly run. Deliveries are not timely, nor regular. The driver says he delivers more bottles than he did, then you have to work hard to dispute charges. When you go on vacation they get that wrong too.I do NOT recommend this water service to anyone. Buy it in the store.

Sad Sad Sad... I run a Delivery Business and its sad that I need to call every time to check on where my water is and why it didnt get delivered. Also they always have excuses on why they never delivered or they just simply put the blame on the us for not being at my shop. Are shop is open from 5am to 3pm that is are warehouse hours and for some reason they can never deliver before then its always after we are closed.Then when I call to ask what happen they already know my name ans say oh Hi Mister ****** the driver came around 3:45pm or 4pm, and I keep telling them we close at 3pm.. I really want to support are local companys but they really need to fix this on going issue... BUT I REALLY OVER IT!!!
