This place is AWFUL! Been there three times for couple weeks to use the gift card from my credit card (as a reward). The lady in the cashier said their system’s down. Jeez! For three weeks? What’s the point of providing gift cards and can’t be used? Stup*d. Also, their cashier and crew were not the friendly ones- grumpy all the time. I love your donuts but not your service!

Terrible experience. Ordered, then was Put on hold for over 2 minutes in the drive thru... No line up, not busy. Was told they only had 1 (one) Kreme filled doughnut left. Coffee was like warm and tasted like Garbo. 2dozen assorted doughnuts with a coffee for $31.09 and didnt even get what I came there for. Trash.

Its Krispy Kreme probably the better of all donut chains in the United States. Loaded with sugar inside and out.Big selection of doughnuts for you to choose from.a lot of area for you to park in one side and sit down and eat your donuts drink coffee or juice. They sell lots of juice in water there.You can sit there and watch the dogs come off the conveyor belt after cooking and getting topped.They really dont offer you the free donuts coming off the line like some of the other stores do.

This Kryspy Kreme is bigger than the ones I’ve been in. The Facility is nice and clean. They have a good selection of doughnuts. Very sweet and delicious and really fresh! Goes really great with their coffee. The staff were friendly, however, they just need to focus on one customer at a time. The cashier tried to help multiple customers which started to form a line.

Very disappointed in this Maui location. We were excited to order the pumpkin doughnuts that have been advertised on t.v. as well as signs in the shop and also the pumpkin latte. When we get there, we find out there was only 1 type of pumpkin doughnut and no one knew how to make the pumpkin latte. They did attempt it and when we left, we tried it and it was awful. Did not want to return because we had to go somewhere and had no time to have it remade. No longer live on the Islands, left almost 30 years ago and I know I probably will not be returning to this particular location.

Love this place whenever I go to Maui. I wish they would resume making fresh dounuts in the afternoon so that the dounuts are fresh when I bring them back to Oahu.

Found out when the light is on in the window this means that theyre making fresh donuts and you can watch from the outside how its made and glazed and put all together for you to buy. They also have free glazed donuts for you to try before buying and their help its very courteous. This is one place that Ive been that shows the Aloha spirit

2/14/2021. Maui Location. They are NOT serving any Valentines Heart Shaped doughnuts as others in the mainland are serving with special flavors. This is disappointing! They used to do this. Let me guess? It’s due to COVID! Everyone seems to use COVID for the lack of certain things that doesn’t seem to relate to make sense. The closest they have is Valentines colored sprinkles on reg doughnuts. I will still give this location 5 stars because the doughnuts are good, however I hope this location manager steps up his/her business interest and start participating again with holiday themed doughnuts.

Went early AM to pickup some birthday donuts, they were hot off the rack and delicious as expected! They open at 6:00 AM, so you can get an early start on that sugar rush!

Excellent service! Wonderful staff from the ones operating the machines, packaging ladies, to the cashier. My kids were glued to the glass watching the process. They smiled and greeted my kids. We ate the best doughnuts (right off the machine!)

Everytime we visit Maui its a must order place to go. I love the combo deals it offers and the ability to bring back donuts safely to Oahu. I love how fresh and crisp the donuts taste. Its to die for lol, okay not that serious. But its good for fried donuts. I love the oreo creme filled donuts. And of course the regular plain ones are great too. You cant just eat one donut.

The donuts are amazing, the bathrooms are not. They smelled, were dirty, and there wasn’t any soap. Unless the employees have a separate bathroom, how are they going back to work with clean hands after using the restroom?

I live on Oahu where we dont have a Krispy Creme, so this a must visit when in Maui. We ordered 6 classic glazed and 6 assorted. My only regret is we didnt get two dozen more to bring home. Its also a cool touch that the kitchen is setup like an aquarium so you can watch the donuts get made. Like donuts? Come here.

Just asking how to get a order without a car and she screamed and yelled into phone about people walking up and being able to steal through the window? Is this a problem there? She hung up on me! You would think they would want business with everyone staying indoors.

Krispy Kreme in Maui, only place we have seen the cinnamon coffee cake and pinapple fritters. There were so many people with Krispy Creme on our plane our attendant called it The Krispy Kreme Express.

Visited twice at different times of the day whilst on vacation. 5 stars for helpful, friendly & courteous staff. Top marks for the quality of their fresh made-before-your-eyes donuts. Tim Hortons in Canada could learn a trick or two from Krispy Kreme Maui.
