They couldn’t figure out how to redeem my Starbucks stars for a drinks. So I had to pay cash which I didn’t want to do. But otherwise they’re fast and have good service here. Very busy… but the line moved fast.

Star BucksPros:☕️ Good coffee, made exactly how we asked for it.🥘 A lot of food options which was nice for breakfast. They’re banana bread was my favourite; fresh, fluffy and tasty.👧Staff were lovely and happy to help, especially with the back to back line up of customers who had just gotten off a flight.🗺 Great location, close to check-in gates. Kids got the best frappuccino they have ever had, and I got to chase them around the airport. Free cookie samples at the Hawaiian place just beside it!

2 inches of foam. In a Venti hot drink. On the right is a Carmel mocha not drank foam was to the top. On the left is after i spooned out all the foam and thats where the drink actully started.

The lemonade here is to sweet I will only recemend good stuff on the menu witch is only coffee they only added the simple stuff like water, lemons, and suger. When I received my lemonade it came in a strange yellow color it is kind of sweet because they added suger and lemons the after taste is something most people will not enjoy but I kinda enjoyed this lemonade. I would reccamend this lemonade.

Line was long but the girls behind the counter were amazing and it went quick. Order was exactly as places, food was hot. Way to much water in oatmeal, check if you get it and dump some out. Good experience and would definitely come again!

Real busy but super fast. Need that pick me up every time Im in the airport. These same day flights are a doozy.

The strawberry and blueberry Greek yogurt parfait was really gross. Dont order.

No longer unique but still good I pop in on limited occasions since their CEO made it clear that my type isnt welcome there. I like the menu but they sure are costly & this one is cookie cutter to the rest. I will say that the staff was nice.

Pretty decent airport Starbucks. They take the Starbucks card and have most items that are standard fare. Service was very fast

OGG Rotunda, no mobile pay and pick up. Otherwise barristers working their butts off getting off orders from people all around the world coming and going! Line goes pretty far when busy.

Girl was speaking was the lowest voice possible. I asked for a small coffee, took the receipt, paied for a medium.. Nice

Starbucks wait area

No issues with the coffee or the food .... Its the long line. Maybe its because thats the only place that sells coffee before heading to the gates. Just make sure you arent rushing to make your flight when you stand in line.

They ran out of milk, yet up charged us for soy and almond milk. Plus they still have plastic straws!!! Not cool! The drinks and service were good.

Great spot to while away a couple of hours pre-flight at Kahului Airport. Smiling staff, quick service. Goody case was well stocked around dinner time and they were keeping up with a pretty consistent line of customers both arriving and departing. We were able to grab a table right in front and spend time chatting and people watching.

Very rude staff. No courtesy and wrong sandwich served. I wish we could report this!

After a 25dollar order we asked for some milk for the baby bottle and we were charged another $3.54. You shouldnt assume that this should be free of charge (4oz) but it made the whole experience simply unsatisfactory. Something we werent expecting from such a family oriented chain as Starbucks claims to be...

Convenient spot for last minute drinks and snacks before flights. Open early for dawn travelers.

Convenient location at the top of the escalator after TSA checkpoint. Staff is friendly, fast, and skilled in filling my difficult drink order.

Two drinks ordered; both of them messed up. Nice people though.

Very poor service, and the least friendly Starbucks employees I’ve ever experienced.Stood in line as they served 4 different flight attendants who were behind us in line...fair enough, then I ordered two flat whites and asked if they do the BOGO (buy on get one) for drinks pirchased with my gold card, they said “no sorry we’re licenced”, ....again I say ok. So my drink finally arrives.... you you read that right, I said drink, even tho I ordered 2. So I ask about the second only to be told “sorry you only ordered one” So I reminded her about our BOGO conversation and she clearly remembers but insisted I only ordered one. So after watching several people behind me I’m line get served before me again I was then asked to come back to the front and pay for the second coffee.Left feeling very frustrated.

Perfect Starbucks. Doesnt have everything, but you can snag some kona coffee beans here before heading back to the mainland.

The girl working the register was a depressing interaction. I could without the frown and negative tone.

Management need to add more cashier. Long line for orders & long wait to get your order. The only thing nice are the staff.

30 minutes to get 2 lattes (at an airport!). No Apple Pay (the only one in the US?). Experience way below expectations. Doesnt fit well with the Maui experience.

Great for a quick fix in Maui

Busy store, very unfriendly. We waited more than 15 minutes for one tall ice americano. They seemed to have skipped my order but no apology was made. We left the place with leaking takeaway cup but did not even wish to go back for replacement. Very unattentive and indifferent staff. Starbucks at Honolulu airport is also very busy but they pay more attention to customers.

Apparently no Almond Milk at this location - unfortunately waiting through a 10 minute line to find that out. Where’s all the local coffee shops? Starbucks sucks!

Flew into Maui on a mileage run for executive platinum status . Walked into Starbucks at 6:15pm to ask what time they close . JUST went in to get a venti black iced Tea 8:10pm) . Was told they dont have it since its late and they only have green and one other . Its 2& 1.2 hours til they close !!! Seriously ?! Bad service, bad business, no care kinda attitude .... way to make your monthly goals in profits
