We had taken our car in for repairs on a Tues. We were told maybe 2 weeks. They werent sure what kind if damage under the side panel. The following Tues we picked it up. Have used them in the past, theyre great!

They took me in fast, as I only needed back bumper fix, and they followed up with me everyday on the process. It was amazing! I knew exactly what was happening and and when to expect my vehicle to be done. Moreover they found out my taillights were out and I didn’t have any idea! So they fixed it for me as well. My frame around the rear driver side door was dented, moon roof was shattered by a rock a lawnmower lobbed at my car. I called my insurance company (USAA) and recommended Faith Collision.To make this more coherent Ill list the key factors in bullet points:- I was able to get an estimate for repairs the day of the damage, which expedited the time before my car was repaired.- The repair was estimated to take about 8 or 9 days (to include weekends) they had it done in 7.- Every person there radiates friendliness and confidence.From beginning to end was quick and painless. If I was going to stay in hawaii I would trust them with all my repairs.

Unbelievably professional and friendly employees. Was able to get appointment quickly and time in their office was short. Employees explained the process fully and with all parts available, had the car back to me in 48 hours. Will use again if additional vehicle issues are encountered. Highly recommended.

Took my 2012 Malibu there for repairs after a parking lot fender bender. They were great! So kind and accommodating. And the car looks great! They did an awesome job, and they got it back to me early. Highly recommend!

Went in for an inspection and estimated quote since my vehicle got rear ended, and Faith Collision Center of Hawaii was fast and efficient. I was out of there in 10-15 minutes. Very personable customer service. Great 1st time experience for this guy!!!

Took my daughters van in to get an estimate on the right rear panel repair. I gave Dave my USAA estimate and in a few minutes, he convinced me that they were the company to do the job. I had to look no further. They called Enterprise to deliver a rental, covered by USAA, for me. The professionalism, quality of work, and quick time to do the repair confirmed I made the right choice.

Horrible service and very disappointed! I’ve dealt with this company in the past and they were helpful until recently. I had a vehicle that needed light work done taken there through the insurance company on a weekend. The beginning the week immediately following I found out that the estimate was done on it by them and the day after it was towed! No call or anything saying the vehicle wasn’t in their care or custody! Meanwhile, I’m under the impression it’s being held at the collision center while in fact it was impounded for over a week! Luckily I have an awesome insurance company who helped get it out of impound. I called back to see if faith collision had the keys and the guy I spoke to was very short on the phone like I was a bother. Again, horrible business tactics and I would not bring your vehicle there unless you want it towed and told sorry they can’t help you. What a shame!

Great Best ever

This is the best collision shop on Oahu. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle unlike most other shops on the island. The work they do is amazing.

Very friendly staff, updated me every week on how my truck was doing anwserd all my questions got my truck fixed in a reasonable time frame.

I got into a pretty bad accident and they made my jeep gorgeous again. It took about 20 days from start to finish. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Almost every body shop on the island had a wait of 4+ weeks. Faith Collision Center understood my urgency and took my car the next day! Great staff and they do great work
