I can’t believe there are still places like this around!!!! The nicest people, they went way out of their way to work with me. I was going out of town on a Sunday, so they actually come to pick up my car in Monday. The work was perfectly done...AND THEY FIXED SOMETHING THAT WASNT EVEN PART OF THE BID!!!! I can’t give them enough stars!! Only place I’ll ever take my car!

Just like a previous reviewer said... Staff was helpful on the phone and upon check-in but never actually gave an estimate. Called on Feb 17 to make an appointment, took my car in on Feb 19, it only took 10 minutes but they did not actually complete the estimate form, said they would get back to me soon. Thought this was strange but figured they might have to look up parts/costs. Heard nothing for 3 days, so I called back on Feb 22, office lady said they should finish it tomorrow. Never heard from them again (it is now March 13) and I have long since taken my car repair elsewhere. Why even say they do estimates if they dont complete them?

I contacted them 3 months ago for a repair to my SUV. They continue to tell me they are too busy and theyll get back to me soon. I called again today and they told me the same thing and if I didnt like their answer I should just go somewhere else.

Locally-owned shop. Office staff is friendly on the phone and upon check-in. Had an estimate done, and was told to expect a phone call with cost/scheduling, but 3 weeks later they have yet to call and have lost my business to competitors.

Drop off some parts they ordered
