Wow had one good braddah help me out without all the car salesmen type lingo!

Called head office for assistance to cancel a flip phone and also to cancel pre auto pay.. They switched me from cancellation department to pre paid cancellation department to another department which took me 45 minutes then finally was told I needed to go in person to the nearest ATT store to get this problem resolved because they needed to see a ID to cancel a flip phone service and again cancel my auto prepayment plan… long story short.. After driving 18 miles to the nearest office, (Kailua branch) the representative from ATT said they don’t do this at the store and I would simply need to dial #611 to resolve. I decided to call while I was at the ATT store… it took me 20 minutes to even talk to a rep. The rep. At the store knew I was having a bad time on the phone but continued to help another customer instead of helping me.. Finally after being at the store over 35min. I told him to explain to the rep. On the phone what was happening… Why did I have to do all the work, so conclusion was, go down to my bank and put a stop payment on this account.. what the hell happened to compassion, service and with ATT people!!My conclusion… cancel ATT after 15years of service!! This is the thanks for being a loyal customer!!! I don’t think I will hear from ATT after giving you my input… PS.. they still owe me money on chrgs. That was not used over a year but will only refund me for 5 months. That’s another story..

Extremely satisfied with the customer service at the Kailua AT&T store. William was the representative. He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. William was extremely knowledgable and helpful when I visited the store for a phone problem on 6/27. His guidance, advise, courtesy and professionalism make me keep coming back (staying) with AT&T for 25 years of cellular service.

Under their COVID protocols, you text a number and get put into a queue. You get messages confirming your place in line, what number you are, progress you are making and when they are ready for you.One star review because I got messages until I didnt. When I went to the physical store to see why my wait was an hour and 45 minutes when I was next in line, I learned that the store had closed early (an hour earlier than posted hours) and everyone had gone home. Without having the courtesy of texting or calling me to tell me that.Rude move and inconsiderate of my time. And yes Ruel, I am looking at you as the guy that closed up that night.Next time you do this, have the courtesy to call people.

Ruel, the manager of the ATT Kailua store is amazing. Felt like I knew him for years! Went in to get an iwatch for husband and ended up with a BOGO watch and a cheaper, better plan. He is quick, knowledgeable and funny too. I really enjoyed my experience with Ruel. Thank you!

Went in the other day to research plans & phones. He was awesome! He was patient & thorough. I felt he did his best to get us the most perfect plan for our needs, & ensured we were happy when we left.We had an issue he had to contact customer service to resolve, & despite him having to be on the phone with them for a ridiculous amount of time, In the future we would definitely come back to work with this store.

When you guys start allowing tipping let me know cus William at the AT&T in Kailua just made what i thought was going to be a 2 hour long ordeal easier than ordering a big mac at McDonalds. I had to transfer two lines into two different plans and some other things. He was professional, quick, and best of all he explained everything so i knew exactly what was going on. People like this make me stay with AT&T

Spent an hour getting the IT guy lecture about what I didnt understand about how an apple watch SE works. Employee insisted the cellular capable watch could not send or receive phone calls to separate line from parent account. Decided to go with the many online forums that described the watch working as advertised sending and receiving calls and texts on separate line. Took it home and worked as expected. Could have done without the extra stress today. If you dont know.. just say you dont know, IT guy!

William was helping another customer when we arrived. Followed the instructions on the door and got the text notification about 15 mind later which was nice because we walked around a bit. Needed 2 new phones as mine died and the wife wanted a new phone. William quickly set up the new phones and got things provisioned. He was very knowledgeable and suggested different options for accessories

Helpful to the extent of their ability, but didnt get the results I wanted.

For 2 weeks I’ve been having issues with my phone not loading photos on apps AND not having internet connections even when I do or at home to access apps. Was referred to AT&T ProTech service and they couldn’t help resolve the problem. Went back into the Kailua store and William figured out the issue almost immediately regarding a VPN that was interfering with the regular cell Wi-Fi. So impressed with his service and knowledge. This has been so frustrating as I use many mobile apps for my business. Kailua AT&T is lucky to have such an astute employee. Thank you William!!

Worst Authorized Retailer to go to specially if you are changing carriers. Just make the drive to a corporate location. Staff is not helpful when it comes down to walking you through a process or informing you about something on your account because they are an authorized retailer and do not have access to a lot of things online. All they are able to do is give you customer service phone number.

I arrived in Honolulu without a working phone!I drive to Kailua and entered the store about 7:05PM, 5 minutes after they closed! Kelsie and Mike upgraded my phone with new SIM, local phone number and required power accessories in about 20 minutes with exceptional kamaina package! Maximum Kudos and Mahalo for Da Bess Service ever!Jeff Clark, local boy come home for much Aloha))

I was disappointed they didnt have the LG. They suggested I could go to Target or Best Buy and buy something so I bought a Samsung not quite the same . I have to get used to it, my last three phones have been LGs. Travis was wonderful helping me transfer my data and all my information to my new phone for that Im very thankful😃
