Got the waffle with ice cream and macadamia Nutella and it was AMAZING. Gives me the nostalgia of eating waffles and ice cream with none the guilt of eating 100grams of sugar π π .The establishment also goes above and beyond in terms of COVId safety, to sit inside, you have to fill a survey, thereβs hand sanitizer at every table and the staff does a judicious job cleaning the tables and common touch surfaces. Highly recommend for people that are as paranoid as me.
A delightful, healthy treat if you are in search of one, look no further. With ample seating indoors and outdoors, they have an expensive menu to satisfy your sweet cravings! But be warned, the bowl size is rather large! Good enough to share with 2-3 people!! Overall, a very pleasant experience and would come back.Vegan desserts, gluten-free!
We went after lunch for something cold and sweet and this was just the ticket. I had the Choc mac banan - still a slight banana flavour though π delicious! They were generous with the serving including the chocolate chunks and honey nut butter I got as toppings. My husband and I could have probably shared one, thereβs a lot of banan in the bottom of the cup but we were really happy with our choices! Weβll be back before we leave!
One friend told me, youll love it, another told me it sucks. So I had to try it! Went in for a spoon sample and walked straight out. It tastes like blended bananas and water. I was hoping for either something creamy OR refreshing, but it was neither. Maybe people like it for the toppings? I really wanted to like this place since vegan food is hard to find π1 star for flavor. The other stars are because I can respect them trying something different, LOVE that they source local food, the place was very clean, and the server was helpful.
Was a bit skeptical after reading reviews but loooved it! Very eco-consious, responsible business that is farm to table. Its basically frozen churned bananas and different toppings. Very healthy and yumm.
Delicious without the dairy belly cramps
Friendly service; no dine-in but a few tables outside near street.
A bit on the pricey side but super yummy high quality dessert thats healthy
Extremely rude on April 14 around 4:30. So much that I walked out.Signed, Waimanalo organic farmer
Huge selection of delicious dairy free frozen treats. Wanted to try everything. Got the tropical bowl. They are packed with lots of delicious ingredients. Very filling. This location has a very large indoor seating area. Very clean, cozy and friendly staff.
THE BEST!!! Love their mission and their product!
Love the whole concept! Got a chocolate mac nut cup and it was so satisfying! It did still have a slight banana taste, but I really liked the flavor. Definitely think everyone should try.
Great healthy choices!
Best dessert ever
Great dairy-free fruit-based soft serve ice cream in an relaxed, open setting. If youre done with Dole whip, I would recommend banan. They had lots of options for soft serve and toppings, close to the style of acai bowls. I split one with my friends after dinner and we enjoyed the unique taste. We went on a weekday night close to closing time and found it very quiet. Lots of room to hang out. Staff were friendly and dealt with our mountain of questions with a smile.
This place has amazing frozen desserts. Their toppings are always fresh, local, and delicious; and the guy behind the counter is always awesome.
Great ice cream, dont tell your kids what it is made from until they ask for more. Lol
Love this place!!!!
We had one of those papaya bowls, the papaya was kinda green with cero taste --really disappointing for how tasty hawaiian papayas are-- we asked for no honey in our order and they served it with honey... it wasnt a good experience. Disappointed...Nothing like the one at honolulu.
The idea is great, but it tasted really bitter yesterday when we went. $7 for a cup of frozen, unripened bananas with a light sprinkle of other fruits is not worth it.
Very good but pricey.
Great ice local cream.
Service and products are amazing.
Delicious and healthy
Its bananas
