I called and explained exactly what I needed. I was told they could do the work. However, when I arrived for the appointment, I was basically stopped at the door and was told they couldn’t do what I needed. The representative didn’t even try to figure out what I wanted. He made it clear that he didn’t want my business. I got off of work early for a two-minute conversation. A waste of time!

Victor Chopp was wonderful to work with and custom designed our kitchen. He stood behind the quality of the cabinets we purchased and responded to any concerns we had quickly and effectively. We would utilize them again for any endeavor. Very happy w the service.

I ordered all new kitchen and master bath cabinets and countertops as well. I was not at all pleased with the communication or professionalism of the Mike Koning. I would not recommend using him or his services. Totally wish I would of chose a different company to work with as well as a different brand of cabinets. This job was in 2018... Not one person from this company has ever called or come out to our house to see the finished job.

I had a small kitchen and very little cupboard space. Victor came in, measured and worked some magic coming back with a design. Chris Grimes brought it to life! I’m thrilled with the job they did! So happy and the price was much less than their competitors and I got so much more. I highly recommend them

We had a really awful experience working with The Kitchen Shop to redo our kitchen - it took over 8 months to have a fully functioning kitchen again, for what should have been a quick and easy reno. The tile guys installed chipped floor tile despite us having PLENTY of spare pieces, our butcher block countertop was ordered incorrectly, and when we eventually received the correct top, a huge gouge was taken out of the sink area, and SO many other little issues....The Kitchen Shop really didnt do anything to remedy any of the issues we had. Our kitchen looks great, but I cant walk in without getting frustrated, even over a year after completion.

The people are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Kim and they actually have kitchen models for you to look at to compare colors for countertops and paint.
