We recently needed some help with a warranty repair for a sliding door that had been purchased through JAX. Justin was very helpful, responded quickly, ordered the repair parts needed and came in person to install the rollers. And he did all of this for no cost from us. It was FREE! Fantastic customer service. If you need windows, doors or anything else JAX supplies, I absolutely recommend them.

These guys are amazing whenever I need anything, I call them if they can’t help me they point me in the direction of somebody who can. They have great prices on windows and window accessories. They have great customer service skills. I send many of my clients to their show room to pick out materials for me to install into their home. They are responsive; pretty much 24 hours a day. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need on a job no matter how big or small the order may be. The owner Justin is very knowledgeable about all materials in the construction industry. And his staff is very friendly to work with. My company spends almost $1 million a year with different suppliers and I wish all suppliers have The professionalism as this company does. If you are looking for a Windows siding or gutter material this is the place to stop first. They also stock a lot of material other supply houses don’t from aluminum siding to deer feed Lol.
