If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I purchased a go cart 5-17-21 and never been able to use it till this day 9-13-31 My husband and I was elated when Josh from the store 642 ( Portage mi) mentioned there’s a go cart half price that someone returned, a new engine was put in and it’s ready to go! Just like many, I’m thinking is it really new if the engine at any point was replaced. I was told the person before had a lifetime warranty so no problem. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE Incident! Now September and we still to have our go cart had to purchased another one, the sub contractor mentioned he’s not in a hurry because they’re back on payments! I trying not to get out of hand but this is getting the best of me ! I could post videos if need be of the many of lies just so we purchase and they knew the product wasn’t in working condition ! This is TRACTOR SUPPLY, NOT GOOD WILL! I’m beyond angry at this point

Placed an online order yesterday morning. Got confirmation email and waited for email saying order was ready for pick up for 24 hours. Called the store and spoke w Crystal to check on order. She stated it was canceled because they didnt have the product in stock. When I told her I was not notified, her response was we just cancel the orders, we dont know what happens from there. This is poor customer service. I realize the problem might be with TSC as a whole, but the blow off was rude. This was a medication I needed for my dog, and I could have gotten it e elsewhere.

Good prices on some items.

I used to go to this store for animal feed. They don’t wear masks so I will no longer shop there. I switched to Blain’s Farm and Fleet and cut my feed expenses to a quarter of what they were here. The store has a dirty feel to it. I thought that was normal for a store like this but Blain’s is so much cleaner.

Almost every time I go in there to try to find something I leave their disappointed the latest example was when I was trying to buy a gun cabinet it did not come with any shelves or anything to hold the guns in place it was just a metal box. I asked him if they sell the cabinets or the arms that hold the guns in place. They said they do not. So why would I buy something if you guys do not have the necessary equipment that I need for that product to work?

The manager needs some training in customer service or maybe just manners and friendliness to the point where she made me feel uncomfortable and I was ready to leave.

My wife and I bought a pair of geans. Good price, but there was no tag on the geans. So the cashier had to go scan another pair then look for it in the computer. Slow service.

Called to verify if store is filling propane during Covid times. The associate stated they were open for filling. I asked how late they were open and was told 8:00. I traveled from the west side of Kalamazoo after work and arrived at 7:25. I was told garden area was shut down and they couldnt fill my tanks. If the hours differ than train your employees to state that on a call in. It seems like these changing times are breeding even worse customer service. I wont be back !!

The staff is always helpful and fun. They always seem to have what Im looking for at a reasonable price. The store is always clean and organized. If you get a chance stop in.

Its a great place to get all you farm nerds and more. Great employees and their willing to help and answer any questions that you have. The prices are very fair, and they always have what Im looking for.

Nice store for outdoor supplies and country decorations. Good supply of everything from tools and materials to animal feed and management. Fun place to go to and browse because you never know what you might find. Sales prices and the staff were great too!

9/17/21We were in this morning to get a few things....WOW..Boy did your prices go up....on the things we get...I know pricing has gone up.. but a 2 dollar jump all at once..not just on one item but many... We will not be back. .

Easy in and out of traffic, the back entrance. Clean store. Lots of selection. A bigger store would not be a bad idea. Big parking lot to maneuver vehicle with trailer.

This store has always had what I needed at a fair price, I love coming in here for anything from winter apparel to any tools you could think of. Weather it be landscaping tools or tools to work on your vehicle theyve got it. Thanks for having great customer service.. and baby ducks thanks for having those too.

High prices=sale items look like rediculously good deals even when they are not

I got most of my nutrients and soil mixture for my first garden here! Seeds included. I even got the screws to make my raised beds from TSC!

Gull road TSC has had better days. The price on the Shelf sticker was not the price that came up at the register. Im sure theyll get it sorted out but it was a little bit frustrating to have to wait for an employee to go check the Shelf and then report back to the cashier that I was in fact correct and not lying that the price on the Shelf was different. I understand these things have to be verified but if the computer and the Shelf price matched up in the first place it wouldnt have been a problem.

The people, especially Kurt and Robyn are wonderful. Very helpful. They go above and beyond for me all the time. Im in there everyday, and everyone is great

We buy our dog food there. Both our dogs seem to love the 4Health grain-free food and I enjoy good prices and rewards from the neighborhood club. Recently we tried the visiting vet on Sunday, they were awesome.

Love the 4 health tsc brand grain free Dog food, distemper vaccine for dogs and cats vaccine and of course Farm animals. Great selection and variety of magazines and books on self sufficiency. All kinds of hand tools and nice clothes and boots too.

Polite, helpful customer service. Stopped in to purchase vaccinations for my service dog. Lots of nice stuff. Wish I had more time to look around. Looking forward to my next visit.

Cashier was very knowledgeable and solves five questions at a time. Mgr assembled a trailer in two hours and all was ready when agreed. It is very nice to work with people who care and get things done. They earned my future business.

I love the products & mostly the prices, but there are some things I think are over priced. The employees are very nice. I think my only complaint is that they dont always have things in stock. But I visit this store often & enjoy shopping here.

Tractor supply does have necessary items for people and animals. As well as some unique items, all under one roof. Some of the seasonal items make great gifts. We have gotten deals from this store.

They had an odd size inner tube I needed. Great for pet immunization supplies. Often have best price for softener salt.

Love this place. Staff is always super friendly and they open the doors to the pet clinic so we can take our dogs there.

Its clean, nice, always greeted at the door, always have my feed in stock and usually quick to get in and out if Im in a hurry. Slightly higher prices than online, for meds and some other items, but convenient.

Or first review would have been one star, but they made up for some stars the second time when I went back for the return. I think we just had a bad experience with a nasty cashier....🤷

Good selection of all kinds of dog food...great prices...leashed 🐕 s are welcome...the employee who checked us out gave Lady our dog a treat.....they have low cost vet clinic every Sunday....

Always has what we are looking for, but kinda pricey on dog food. Also SOME of the cashiers look at us weird, simply for having tattoos. That IS discrimination, plain and simple. But we understand and it wont steer us from coming in again. Just because we dont look like farmers, doesnt mean we wont drop cash.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We mainly go there for VIP Petcare which is traveling vet services for shots and heartworm testing (etc) in house every Sunday afternoon for an hour. You get coupons for free food (4health brand)Always find something to buy while I am there!

The front clerk wasnt very helpful but to be fair she was new. Walked toward back found another employee who was able to give me the information I needed including price off top of head.

The reason for our visit today was to get our dogs vaccinated at the VIP mobile clinic. Everyone working with the clinic was great. What I didnt like was when we came in we didnt see any signs for the clinic so I asked the guy leaning on the counter which way and he pointed to the back and said its that way. We couldnt find it there werent any signs or people to help back there so I had to walk all the way back to the front of the store and ask the guy to please help. He was still learning on the counter with his arms crossed. I had 3 dogs on leashes it was Abit of a struggle. If it was my store I wouldnt want him in the front, making 1st impressions.The clinic gave us a coupon for a free bag of dog food. I did find the right brand and size bag w/o helpI

Great, awesome if it remained more of a tractor store like it used to be.

Well Kristen (the Tractor Supply employee) and I transferred a pair of Carharts bibs from another store and some how it got mixed up. The wrong bibs were sent. So Kristen looked at every store and none of them had the one I wanted. So after about 10- 20 minutes effort she found the right ones. So after a long haggle with the payment method we finally got the order through. She went above and beyond to make this customer happy. She even stayed open for me past closing to make sure we got the right ones. She is very awesome and the other two workers with her were very nice and friendly. Those three employees are the reason Im gonna stay shopping at this store on Gull Rd Kalamazoo, MI. 49048. Thank you ever so much for your time and effort Kristen and staff.

The staff is horrible here. I have never had a good experience with any of them and today... I tried to talk to one and make a comment as I was walking by the chick pen and he gave me the dirtiest look and said absolutely nothing. Then I get up to the counter and the cashier try’s to tell me that I’m going to make my dog aggressive by controlling her behavior. Yeah, I don’t think so. I live 20 min away from the shaver road TSC and 2 from the Gull road TSC. I will ALWAYS be driving to shaver road. 100% better customer service. Yeah I said customer service!! It’s not that difficult!! I hate to leave a bad review but golly jeez. I’m so over this Tsc.

I needed tires for my kids go-kart. Walmart had them for $11.11 per tire. TSC was closer so I figured Id check there first. TSC price per tire was $29.99. I showed the TSC employee the Walmart price on my phone and *BOOM* price match. No hassle. No fuss. Awesome customer service! TSC for the win!

Tractor Supply is really great they have an incredible selection just about everything and staff is always super helpful and bathrooms are very well maintained I recommend signing up for the free rewards card program it really pays off you get great discounts
