Carly went out of her way to find a tire for my motorcycle and ordered it very quickly and had my bike serviced and ready to go before I needed it. I informed Carly that I had a charitable Poker Run that I needed to go to on Saturday and she got right on the task and got my bike in and out as quickly as possible. And after having to have a tire expedited and shipped over they got my bike done as fast as they could and I very much appreciate their efforts. We were looking for a klx110 for our daughter, which are pretty hard to come by now days. We live roughly 4 hours from the store, so we made the deal over the phone. The crew at fast toys had just received one. They had it put together and waiting when we arrived. The whole crew was great to deal with. I would definitely do businesses with them again.

The single most corrupt business I have ever dealt with. Most of these reviews are fake. Ask around. Took my motorcycle for repairs they dismantled engine and kept it that way for A YEAR AND A HALF until I called the sheriff and was forced to pick it up in pieces with some very expensive vintage parts missing. The owner is a liar who has now created three different fantasy invoices despite putting in public writing that I had to pick it up in pieces after 18 months of total BS. New shop that got me fixed up said Fastoys screwed up what little they did so bad it would have seized if theyd actually got it running. For this Mr. Fast has refused to return my deposit, continues to send the third preposterous fantasy invoice (with accruing interest) for work he never did. We are headed to court.

Shelby ( the super sweet parts counter lady) makes me want to not shop anywhere else for rc/motorcycle parts! I always feel so welcome and wanted when I walk in there, even if its just to kill some time on my way home. If she doesnt know the answer to something she finds someone who does or will take your phone number/info and get back to you with the correct information, that goes a long way. 5 stars goes to team Green at fast toys. Theyve gone above and beyond for me and Im sure they will for you too!

I have been looking for a new ATV and had recently visited Fastoys. I was immediately greeted by one of the salesmen, Donald May, and he was extremely helpful in finding the right machine for me. I first visited in March 2020 and Andy helped me get an idea of what my options were with absolutely no pressure to buy. Got busy & didnt get back there until June 2020 & Donald continued a low-pressure, high-service process. Ultimately bought a Kawasaki Mule PRO-FXT Ranch with a few extras that they suggested I save a few bucks and install myself (which was both easy and a good project). Did I mention that I was flying-in the day they were going to deliver my vehicle? So Jason picked me-up at the airport along the way! Every time I stop-in, they are friendly and helpful. Top notch service, especially at parts and service desk. Mechanics know what theyre doing and dont milk the clock. Theyre the valley Kawasaki authority, but Id rather take my Honda here than to the actual Honda stealership. Accessories galore and something for almost every style in stock. Theyre quick and accurate about getting things in if they dont have it.

My first experience at FASTOYS left a great first impression. Their large inventory and involved staff helped me to get all of my questions answered. I’m not even gonna lie I just went in to look around with no intention of purchasing anything. After looking around for a few minutes A salesmen Donald approached me and even after telling him I was just looking around he still hung around with me just chatting it up. I was looking at the side by sides and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer whatever questions I had. I’ve always liked the side by sides but never really looked in to them but after talking with Donald I’m now in the market to purchase a side by side, or atleast once I get the wife’s approval. Initial impression were great, aside from having to wait two weeks for appointment, but with recent times was okay with that. Very nice on the phone, nice when dropped my scooter off, and filled out a form for what needed to be done. Dropped it off the day before appointment in case they got to it early. Day after appointment was supposed to be done, called them and they hadnt gotten to it..Its up next and Ill call you by noon tomorrow at the latest. I was told.. No call, and when called around 4pm that day, oh we havent started on it yet. Friday morning I get a call (My appt was for Tuesday) and asking now what did you want us to do? Wasnt going to write a review but this morning when I went to start my scooter I had the same issues had had before. I was charged $62 to have it washed and a brake lever tightened, and now am back to same issues..albeit with a cleaner scooter. Nice initial service, terrible communication as seen above when was time to actually work on it and am back to same issue as prior. Would never go back

My girlfriend stopped in a day earlier to look at used adventure bike they had for sale. She has her own road bike and has almost 30,000 miles under her belt but we have decided to look into adventure bikes to expand the territory we can ride. Today we called to make an appointment so she could ride the bike and I was going to look at another adventure bike they have advertised. One of their salesmen, Mark, said she would have to fill out the paperwork to basically buy the bike before they would allow her to ride it. This after a fellow the day she was there previously jumped on a bike and took off without having to do that paperwork. Looks like well be buying two adventure bikes from another dealership.

Mixed feelings on this one... the atmosphere is pretty unwelcoming when you first go in so it is an initial turn-off. But the people at the parts desk have always been really great! Prices are kind of high, but I end up there anyway because the parts service is great and they usually have what I need. Would be an easy 5 stars if not for the chilly greeting I always seem to get. Will be back.

Great people! My son has been waiting to get a Traxxas Slash. They got one in last week and he bought it. Unfortunately they cant get in batteries or chargers- no fault of theirs. Found some Traxxas batteries locally online-Fast Toys verified they would work for us. Went to Fast Toys after depleting them to see if they could charge them up for us. They would have, but they had sold their in store charger so they couldnt. One of the people working there(not sure if an employee or owner) over heard us looking for just a charger and sold a personal one that he had only used a couple of times. This person really went out of their way to make our son happy. Thank You!!

Spent a lot of time at numerous dealers looking at a variety of makes and models. Mark in sales was patient, very well informed and not pushy at all. This is a great dealership to shop and buy in. Because I got a Kawasaki Teryx, not sure I will need much service, but they really seem to know their stuff in that area as well. Great experience and highly recommended!

Fastoys has been incredibly helpful over the last few years in my own endeavors to build programs that help the youth of this community. The owner and the employees have gone above and beyond to assist in anyway they are able to with the many, many questions I have brought in. The support to the local community is what makes this business well deserving of a genuine 5 star rating.

While on vacation I decided to stop in fastoys and check them out. I felt welcome from the time I opened the door. A salesman named Donald approached me and I told him I was just on vacation killing time. He walked me through the store and answered some questions I had. While I may not buy from fastoys they are the reason I will be getting a new Teryx when I get home.

I rode from Michigan to Glacier and my rear tire was done when I got there. I scheduled the change for next morning and my motorcycle went promptly in. The price was right and they even washed my bike. Very friendly staff.

Do not trust them here !I paid straight cash and they put a lien on my stuff !!!!I’ve been nice for over a month when the bank called me but they are still not getting the situation taken care of 😡. Will never go back to them !

I went on a ride through Glacier Natl park, and lost a nut securing my front exhaust pipe flange. Sounded like I blew the engine.........I arrived shortly after they closed on a Friday night, and as I sat there with my riding buddy wondering where Id be able to go, the doors opened up and they asked if I needed anything......they found the part I needed in the back and were going to send me on my way, so I felt compelled to still buy something to show my gratitude.......awesome display of kindness when I was in need. Many would have just hidden in the back and waited for us to move on. Cant recommend them enough!

Terrible service brought my tire in and got a new one later to find out they never replaced the tube also had other stuff wrong also that is it for these guys will find a new dealer my chain and a sprocket I got from them is wore out and wrong. This place sucks so bad.

I had a very dissatisfied encounter with fast toys. They mounted a tire for me and sold me a no leak product for the tire that was supposed to protect me from small holes in my motorcycle tire. The product did not work the first time. The tire did not have 500 miles on it since the product was put in. When I voiced my concerns and asked that the tire be fixed they refused saying they would not fix any motorcycle tires. In fairness I see that statement a lot. I found the company unacceptable based on how I was treated over the phone. They stated that I was whining to get my tire fixed OK, if thats what they call whining fine but when you sell a bad product and make false statements on what the product will do and then merely say well Ill refund your money for the sealer. HOW ABOUT the money for taking off the tires and cleaning it out? Would they refund the money for me getting that tire fixed elsewhere or give me some discount on the tire that I am going to have replaced because of their inferior product those points would not be addressed.Honestly I wouldnt take a kids trycicyle to them to get the tassels changed after this.

Having been on the road for 6 days, I called in advance to set up an appointment to have Fastoys put new sprockets on my KLR. They wouldnt do appointments, and instead told me to come in on Monday and theyd get it done for sure. I came Monday morning and they said to come back Tuesday and give them a good 3 hours. Found another shop in town that got me in within two hours.

Bought a few machines always a good experience

It was our first experience with Fastoys. Really nice, knowledgeable people. We made a purchase and will keep this review updated as we go through service and/or warranty issues we may have in the future. Our only beef was all the Fastoys decals on our brand new vehicle. Three. Cmon man! Nobody needs their brand new vehicle plastered with decals. Luckily it was something easily fixed with a hair dryer.
