I had just purchased a Can-Am Defender at another dealer and 15 minutes after using it the shift lever fell apart. I took it to Jesco early the next day. They told me the first availability for service was in 2 weeks. However, Marisa told me that she would see if she could get somebody to look at it. 3 hours later Marisa called me and it was fixed! MARISA DAVEY gets my vote for employee of the month. I will return to Jesco for all my services.

CANT SAY THANKS ENOUGH! So if you had any doubts as to whether to purchase from these guys please read on. My wife and I were in the market for a used pontoon boat back in April of 2021. We stopped in after seeing a tri-toon on the lot as we drove past. Although we were really just wanting to learn more about pontoon boats, it turned out that the one we saw was everything we really had hoped for. My only hesitation was buying a used boat that I could not actually check out first ON THE WATER. Previous BAD experiences of buying a used boat still bring back HORRIBLE memories. To alleviate my concerns, our salesman Tucker, assured us that the boat had been thoroughly checked out and if once we got out on the water we found anything that wasnt as they said, THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON IT! Easy for them to say, right? But would they really? We bought the boat on the hope that there was nothing wrong and that we wouldnt have to find out if they were good for their word. Well despite our discovery of multiple issues after two months of owning the boat, I am pleased to report that the JESCO management did not hesitate one bit to deal with the issues. It is worthy to note that one of the issues involved overheating of the engine and had the potential to be very expensive. As a matter of fact, it took multiple visits to the Service Dept and over two months to finally resolve. Yes, it was a bummer that we lost so much of the summer but I can honestly say that Kevin, the Service dept manager, never gave up and never became disgruntled. After chasing down numerous possible causes, they did finally prevail!! We LOVE our boat and are so grateful for the HONESTY and INTEGRITY that the JESCO Dealership demonstrated. THANK YOU. I ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys.

This place is a joke!! Dropped off my Polaris Rzr and my boat at the same time, Polaris needed some aftermarket parts that they installed incorrectly which I later had to have fixed by a credible shop, The boat had ballast wired incorrectly they charge me $2000 had fixed absolutely nothing used all my fuel I had to drive 400 mile round-trip to bring the boat back up to them to have it fixed The manager refused to have it fixed they wanted additional money so I took the owner out there to show them that nothing had been fixed after he admitted that it wasn’t right they still wanted another thousand dollars to fix it which I already paid them 2000 the first time when I refused to pay more money they parked my boat out on the side of the road and left it. Piss poor I wouldn’t let these idiots work on my lawnmower after this experience!!!

Needed to have some warranty work done on my 2015 Ranger 900 XP.As I had bought it used, all I needed to do was email a copy of the registration to Jesco to get the ownership information updated. I loaded the ranger on a trailer and Jesco made it so easy. I left trailer and all at the service area. When I returned, the trailer was in the same place to hook up and go. I did check to see if something had been done, as the rig had not been unloaded. Everything was handled in an easy, professional and efficient manner. Thank you Jesco Service Department..

Did a great job on my repairs but replaced my drive belt that did not need replaced I brought old one home compared it to new 1 I had in my trailer and there is hardly anywhere on it so I feel like they ripped me off in that department. Try to say something to them acted like I was stupid.

The customer service was great but there was a very upset customer there when I arrived and the service manager for some reason couldn’t satisfy her and basically told her to take her business somewhere else.

They had what we wanted so had to get it there. Purchases for new toys is good..Service department are liars we paid alot of money for service that wasnt done. Luckily the manager refunded us hopefully the service workers got reprimanded for it.

Bought a used side by side from them, the salesman told me it was served religiously. NOT THE CASE was never served in two years. Just took it back for a recall Thursday February 18th 21, when I picked it up 2/22 and both my running lights lenses on the trailer were smashed and missing. Called them 5 minutes after I left when I noticed it, told me they would check the cameras to verify they were inintact when itwas dropped off. No call yet 3 days later. Will never go back!!! The pictures you sent were over 6 hours after I dropped it off and you were moving it. Not sure how that proves it was damaged before it got there but good try.
Not pleased as neither jet ski cleaned or gased up. I wasn’t charged for this but it’s always been done in the past.

Well, the boat is back at Jesco to re-repair the hatch cover. It didnt work after the first warranty repair was completed. Fingers crossed the second attempt is successful.
I have had all work for my boat done at Jesco for years. Last year I had an I - pilot installed. Kevin was very helpful. I asked Kevin at the time to give me a quote for Two deep cycle batteries installed with a charger. The price he gave me was around $500., then this year they quoted me over $700. I was not able to talk to Kevin at all, who I feel was the only person there that cares about customer care. I will now find a different place to bring my boat.Raymond Vila

I dealt with sales associate Cody Flora and could not have had a better experience. I traveled from out of state to look at a used boat in March. Rather than have me inspect the boat outside in the cold, he had it in the showroom. I ended up buying the boat and every item discussed was completed and followed up by Cody just like a professional should.

Please make sure to check and take pictures of your mileage when dropping your machines off and picking them up for service. If you ever need any re-work they will likely dispute your mileage and claim that re-work is not their responsibility when it was never fixed right in the first place. We will never come back here again, nor will we advise our friends to.

I was very disappointed in the customer service my husband and I received here. I called Jesco on Thursday, May 21st, explaining that we were driving from Stevensville, MT, and that we were interested in purchasing a new SeaDoo Spark. We asked if we could make an appointment for Saturday, May 23rd. He told us because Saturdays are so busy we should just come in. We spoke with someone named Hunter on the phone I believe. Fast forward to Saturday, we drove 2.5 hours to Kalispell and spoke with a different salesperson when we got there. We were told that the earliest we could even take one home would be Tuesday and if we wanted we could go home and fill out a credit application. I completely understanding not being able to bring it home until Tuesday due to it needing inspections but he wasn’t even interested in helping us while we were there. People don’t just drive 2.5 hours to “look”. He could have sat down with us and completed a credit application, showed us payment breakdowns and helped us complete everything while we were their so come Tuesday we could just pick up the SeaDoo. He didn’t even ask for our contact information, he just sent us on our way. He wasn’t interested in helping us so we took our business to Gull Boats in Missoula and purchased with them that evening. Don’t discount people because they’re young and take care of customers when they drive 2.5 hours to do business with you.
Went in to get a shear pin for Polaris snow plow and struck up conversations with several people... all very friendly. We had an extended conversation with a young man named Hunter that was very knowledgeable regarding boats but also of Flathead Valley. We will be back when we are in the market for a boat.
I went to exchange a part the other day, was directed to back counter where no one was for awhile.. Stood there ....for awhile. Than the young girl with long hair came out and said something...but not to me, but to the guy waiting in line behind me. And than she proceeded to help HIM!? Completely ignoring me, no acknowledgement (example...hello, ill.be right with you) and the fact i was next/first? The family, many friends,and i are frequent customers...but i was not impressed by this customer service last week.

Every part of my experience at jesco has been phenomenal! The sales staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of power sports. The parts and service department is very helpful and efficient in helping me find what I need to fix my problems. As far as power sports go, I wouldnt shop anywhere else!

Jesco takes care of our equipment and does a good job. Cant get them to get information changed in there database to save a life. Cant tell you how many times I have asked them to change the name and phone number on our account. Cant seem to get a timely call back on service either unless youre calling frequently weeks will go by without a call back.
Was a 5 star review until I had my snowmobile serviced. Told me they figured problem out charged me $750 took it out brought it back to them with the same engine cutting out problem. Still sitting down there waiting for parts that will hopefully fix it this time. Funny how I pay $750 and I bring it back for the problem it had when I brought it to them in the first place. No one offered a refund, wish I could charge for not doing the job i was paid to do. One would think a Mechanic should test all possible causes before throwing parts at somthing. But this time the estimate is around $250 so woo-hoo a grand later.. hopefully it gets fixed this time.Update 2/18/21Picked it today my new belt is not on it and they are running my spare. Argued with me about it. After all that and leaving with out my belt they obviously misplaced. Took it out in the yard same issue as when I dropped it off. Cutting out on the top end rpm.This place is the true meaning of bad business.That will be the last time they touch my machines. They have had it since early January and over $1000 and still not fixedI urge anyone who has a situation or experience like this get it reported to the BBB (Beter Business Bureau). As Im doing the same.Business should not be able to take money and not be fixing the problems.

Needed the carbs cleaned on my snow mobile. I use my sled for work so needed a quick turn around. Called on a Saturday to make sure they could get it in. Was told they would look at it on Monday or at the latest, Tuesday. Had sled there first thing Monday morning. They didnt look at it until Friday. Then they realized the carb boots were dry rotted and needed to be ordered and it would be 4 more days. Couldnt wait that long, so I took it home. On top of that, charged an extra 120 dollars for diagnostic fees. 360 dollars for a carb clean is a little high.I have 11 Ski Doo snow machines for a contracting business I have. Was looking to buy 4 more. I was hoping to establish a good repoir with a different dealer as I have had terrible luck with Gull boats in Missoula. Will be going to S and S.
Tried ordering a part. After a week they had no idea what it was. Parts man had taken picture of part, got serial number off boat. Said they would check it out. Week later still no call. I got part off Amazon. Told them and they said great.

Continued excuses of how busy, but really I find it hard to believe that every salesman is busy every minute of an 8 hr day! Always loved working with jesco over the past 5 years. They put a new motor in my boat. Pretty expensive, but wanted some place that would stand behind it. Yesterday they said not to bring my boat back to them as it was too old. Been good to know before dropping $6500 on a new motor.

The fuel in my boat was stolen while in there possession. The manager completely denied it and disrespected me. Claiming they have a reputation to keep and that they do not siphon gas out of boats. And that it did not happen there even though he had not checked the security cameras. I will never speak to any one at Jesco marine again. They totally deny leaving my boat empty of fuel but without investigation WHATTA REPUTATIONWorst service department in the state.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! I went there to get an oil change on my Grizzly 4-wheeler and buy a tow rope for our Jet-Boat. The store had spiders falling from the rafters and windows. Worst of all, the Mgr. Chris is so disrespectful to customers and so rude!!! I will never go back.
