This is the best service dealership ever. The service advisor didn’t even get snippy with me when I insisted the air filters couldn’t possibly still be good cause we live on a dirt road. Patient and kind and professional. Thank you!

On the app I set up an appointment and heard back that it was at 2:15 pm. So I drove over there got there 2:00 and they didnt have my appointment there I had to pull it up on the phone and show them. They were so busy but they got me in. They were so kind and they only took about 30 minutes. I am so thankful for Toyota. And my Brand new truck........

We come from 80 miles away because the service department gives us piece of mind. They genuinely care about providing the customer with excellent service at a good value. Theyve done a great job on our Sienna and Tundra! Theyre very thorough and proactive on communication- letting us know what needs to be done and what to plan for if future repairs are in view. Everyone Ive dealt with at Kalispell Toyota from sales, parts and service is attentive, professional and kind, and they treat you like a VIP. They even give a free carwash at the Blue Cow! They know how to put you at ease and treat you right.

Most recently I had a valve cover leak repaired on my Ford Tauris. Of the places I called, the most genuine interest in getting my needs taken care of as quickly and in the most professional way possible was evidenced by the employees at Kalispell Toyota. Id taken my car there once before after my daughter had highly recommended them. I was impressed with their service & their employees that time. This time the service and the employees were again a joy to work with. The service was fast and the cost very reasonable. Very pleased!

I had difficulty getting my prepaid service work for my Lexus. Everyone was friendly but I did not feel fully heard by one person I had to work through paperwork details. But in the end, it was worked out. And the sales person John Cochran was great.

Just a tire rotation and a 5000-mile check up on my 2021 Tacoma. Been on the road for 6 weeks, and I had a little trouble finding a dealership to fit me in, so I scheduled this way ahead, and almost 2000 miles late. I have 2 dogs with me, and they were allowed inside while we waited! That made the dog chaos so much easier! Great service and friendly people. Thanks, Toyota

They were quick with the standard maintence but needed the brakes redone, so they loaned ($20) a nice new Highlander. The car was done sooner than expected. I do recommend them to Toyota and Lexus owners

We arrived 20 min late and were told they couldnt take our car right away as a result. They said it would be an additional half hour or so but that theyd try to still get us out in a timely manner. To our pleasant surprise, about 5 min after we sat down we were notified by them that they had indeed begun working on our car! We were very pleased seeing as were coming from an hour away. They were very professional as they have ALWAYS been and the dealership was clean and comfortable to be in. All in all, the visit was a very positive experience and we would go again in a heartbeat, even though we live an hour away!

While vacationing in Montana, our radiator became damaged beyond repair. Jake and the entire staff were professional and helpful throughout the repair process. Jake was always easy to reach to discuss anything concerning our repair. They understood we needed to have our car fixed ASAP and provided us with a rental for a very reasonable rate. Jake worked with our insurance company to make sure they had the necessary documentation needed to reimburse us for the repair costs. They were able to replace the radiator and get us back on the road two days before the estimated day of completion. I highly recommend the Karispell Toyota team to assist you with any repairs.

Got key fob batteries replaced and while I was there they scheduled an oil change for later that day ordered parts for installation on another vehicle. Ben and Jessie were great. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We dropped off our car expecting 3 days before it could be looked at. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in less than 2 days. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be the only problem so I took the car back this morning, again expecting a couple days wait. Roan called a little while ago and said they had diagnosed a second problem and will be able to have it fixed tomorrow. Im very pleased with Roan and others in the service department that have made these difficulties go as smoothly as possible. 👍👍🙏😊

The whole team was courteous and competent. My only suggestion would be for more comfy chairs in the waiting area, but I didn’t have to sit in them long..they finished in under an hour!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Always like taking my car here to get the oil changed and other additional work that is needed to be done. They always do a thorough job and check my vehicle over looking for any faults and informing me of them.Great staff to always talk to and very friendly to get along with when waiting for my car to get serviced.Definitely recommend this place if you ever need your vehicle worked on.

I called every day, sometimes two or three times a day to get a hold of the one person that works in accessories, Chris I believe his name is. Never received a call back for for five days, finally got to talk to him, needed a part ordered, everything worked out in the end, but really frustrating that there is only one person that works accessories and is so difficult to reach without return of calls for several days despite leaving messages, paging overhead, emails, etc.. My experience the day of my appointment was outstanding though and they went above and beyond my expectations after having such a hard time getting through to anyone! There wasn’t a ton of communication and nobody knew I was coming to get a tonneau cover put on aside from the oil change & tire rotation, which was all coordinated, ordered, scheduled through Chris, but they were super helpful and were able to squeeze in checking my alignment and getting that fixed while my truck was in the shop for the tonneau, which was incredibly appreciated! I will definitely continue to use their services but really wish more than one person worked in that department since it seems to be in high demand!

Devon was awesome! Really everyone was. Appreciate the employees all being very mask conscious. We found that to be a rarity at other dealers even if they rode in the car with you and you had a mask on.Very professional.

I had my truck in for a ‘not routine’ service, and three days later my ‘maintenance required’ light came on, so I had to schedule it again for a tire rotation. It would have been nice for them to see that service was coming up so soon and taken care of it at the same time. Then when I scheduled the tire rotation, I mentioned that the tire pressure light was on and asked if they could resolve that so the light would go off. They said they would - but ended up not being able to address it since the tire guy went home at 4:30 - so now it gets to go back for a 3rd appointment. It is hard to get away from work to have these appointments. I like the shop, and they are friendly - but this last time has been frustrating.

The service took as long as was stated when I brought it in which I find to be a rarity. After diagnosing the problems I mentioned to them, they called to discuss what I wanted to do as well as recommended a few other fixes...cabin and engine air filters and high beam bulb replacement. I went with the bulb replacement but thought I could do the filters myself since they mentioned they were only dirty. Upon inspection of the engine filter, I realized it wasn’t just dirty, it had been chewed completely through by mice! If they had said that, I would have had it replaced by them. Their waiting area, while modified for COVID was expansive and comfortable. Overall I was very happy with the service, attentiveness, comfort and price of Kalispell Toyota Service.

The people were professional and very nice. The service was much quicker than I thought it would be. They took my snow tires off and put summer tires on and new windshield wipers. The price was very reasonable.

My tire had a slow leak from a puncture. Kalispell Toyota repaired the tire and hung my spare back in it’s storage place, and they made sure the spare had the correct pressure. Since I bought the tires there and they change/rotate my tires seasonally, KT repaired my tire for no charge, which was a great service to me.

The mechanics must of done a good job because the car is running good. The people I dealt with were very nice. However when I picked the car up after the service I noticed my wife’s umbrella was on the roof of the car in the snow. The umbrella was behind the front seat on the floor board, I’m not sure why it was removed and placed on the roof of the car. If I hadn’t noticed it we would have lost it on the road. Hopefully not causing an accident.Tom H

I brought my Tundra in for a problem with the fuel system. The problem was diagnosed and I was provided a repair option. I am still evaluating that option. However, I want to compliment the assistant service manager, Jake Josephson for his work with me. He was knowledgeable and provided a clear explanation of the problem. He listened and answered my questions completely and patiently. This employee is a credit to the Kalispell Toyota Team and should be recognized and promoted.

My truck is never a straight forward fix, and this crew ALWAYS finds the problem, keeps it reasonably priced, and takes care of me, but, also their techs. As a result the techs put the time and effort in (not just whipping through to fix it as fast as possible) to ensure they have the situation resolved. Love it. I will always return to Toyota b/c of their customer service and being above and beyond to ensure Im safe when I drive off.

I was a touch unhappy.... My wife and I have bought a total of 7 vehicles from Toyota. We brought in my wife’s lease for a check up. All fluids were at a perfect level except the windshield washer fluid, that was topped off from Toyota. From what the list of chores said that was done they also rotated the tires, which we get done for free at m&c tire. I’m aware that it was only $30 yet I feel that was the charge for the washer fluid. We’ll be back but just wanted to make It clear that we got charge a lot for a very simple thing.

Always easy and seamless process to get an appointment and have service done. Was done in a timely manner and the staff was professional and courteous.
