Our experience was good overall with the exception of the manager, Jessi. There was confusion about a broken pump and missing oar locks and she made the situation much more stressful by being dishonest with us and rude. She has no customer service skills. If you have the same experience with her just speak to the owner. Hes smart and reasonable and will treat you fairly.

Great place to do business. They stayed open after hours on a Saturday to put a raft together for us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Super helpful owner with loads of experience. We were by the store and looking at a raft trailer parked out front, and he came out well before business hours and told us all about it. He even went so far as to allow us into the shop for a look around before regular shop hours on a Saturday morning. Will be back and spend my rafting money here for sure. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place in the valley to purchase a raft or kayak. Well stocked with other outdoor gear as well.
